■ 팬클럽 인증 방법
팬클럽 인증: 11월 11일(월) 오전 10시-11월 15일(금) 낮 12시
1) 11월 11일(월) 오전 10시부터 YES24 로그인
2) 예매 페이지의 내 ‘BOICE 인증하기’를 통해 팬클럽 인증을 받아주시기 바랍니다.
3) 인증 시 이름/FANSHIP 넘버(또는 고유번호)로 인증 가능하며, FANSHIP(또는 FNC 공식홈페이지)에 등록된 정보 그대로 인증하시면 됩니다.
   √ FANSHIP
(1)글로벌 예매자는 반드시 여권 내 기재된 영문으로 팬클럽 가입을 해주셔야 합니다.
(2)V앱 회원번호는 V앱 로그인 > MY > V LIVE 로그인 계정을 클릭하시면 확인하실 수 있습니다.
(3)V앱 회원번호는 대문자로 기입해 주셔야 하며, 숫자 0과 영문 O자를 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.
  √ FNC 공식 홈페이지
(1)팬클럽 인증 시 숫자만 기입해 주시기 바랍니다. (하이픈 인식 불가)

(2)팬클럽카드 분실 또는 미수령으로 인해 팬클럽 고유번호가 확인되지 않는 기존 FNC 공식 홈페이지 팬클럽 가입자 분들은 cn@fncent.com 으로 가입자 성함/연락처/공식홈페이지 ID 를 메일로 보내주시면 고유번호를 안내해드리겠습니다.
4) YES24 ID 회원 정보와 팬클럽 인증자의 이름이 달라도 인증이 가능합니다.
단, 인증된 ID 외 다른 ID로의 중복 인증은 불가하며, 예매되는 티켓에는 YES24 ID의 회원정보로 출력이 됩니다. 
5) 한 번 인증한 아이디는 재 로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.
6) 팬클럽 인증이 완료된 회원님은 ‘BOICE 인증하기’ 버튼 클릭 시, ‘본 계정은 인증된 계정입니다.’ 라는 팝업이 뜹니다.
7) FANSHIP 팬클럽 인증이 되지 않을 경우 네이버 V LIVE로 문의 바랍니다.

8) 팬클럽 인증 기간 동안 회원인증을 완료하지 못한 분들은 선 예매가 불가하며, 이후 오픈되는 일반 예매를
통해 티켓 예매가 가능합니다. 반드시 정해진 기간 내 인증을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.

■ 팬클럽 선 예매 시 주의 사항
- 이번 팬클럽 선 예매는 FNC 공식 홈페이지 기존 가입자 및 2019년 10월 8일(화) 2: 00PM부터 2019년 11월 6일(수) 12PM까지 FANSHIP을 통해 공식팬클럽 에 가입 완료된 분들에 한해 참여 가능합니다.
- 예매 전에 팬클럽 인증이 완료되었는지 확인해주시길 바랍니다.  팬클럽 인증이 완료된 계정의 경우, 예매페이지에서

‘인증완료’ 문구를 확인하실 수 있습니다.
- 티켓 예매 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금을 하지 않을 경우 해당 티켓은 자동으로 취소됩니다.
- 팬클럽 선 예매 시 티켓은 1인 2매 구매 가능하며, 이후 일반 예매 시 추가로 1인 2매(회당) 구매 가능합니다.
- 팬클럽 선 예매는 11월 13일(수) 오후 8시부터 11월 15일(금) 낮 12시까지 가능합니다.

■ 일반 예매 안내
- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선 예매 종료 후 잔여석에 한해 진행됩니다.
- 티켓은 팬클럽 선 예매 시 구매한 매수를 포함하여, 회당 1인 4매까지 구매 가능합니다.

■ How to Get Fanclub Authorization
Fanclub Authorization: November 11th (Mon) 10AM-November 15th (Fri) 12PM
1) Log in to YES24 Ticket from November 11th (Mon) 10AM
2) Please make your ‘BOICE authorization’ through the fanclub authorization page on the ticket site.
3) The authorization can be made with your name/FANSHIP number(or serial number) and please type the same information that you used when registering at FANSHIP(or official FNC Entertainment website).
   √ FANSHIP
        (1) For international audience, please join the fanclub under your English name as stated in your passport.
        (2) The V app number can be found by clicking V app login> MY> V LIVE account.
        (3) When entering the V app number, please capitalize the letters and be careful when inserting the number 0

and the letter O.
  √ Official FNC Entertainment website
     (1) When authorizing the fanclub, please enter numbers only. (Hyphen will not be recognized)

     (2) For those who joined the fanclub through FNC official website but cannot confirm the fanclub serial number, please send an e-mail to cn@fncent.com with your name/contact number/FNC website ID so that we can inform your fanclub serial number.
      4) Authorizations can be made even if the name of the YES24 ID holder and the name of the fanclub member are

different.

However, duplicate authorizations with another ID cannot be made, and the account information of your YES24 ID will be printed on the ticket you have purchased.
5) Once authorized, you do not have to make another authorization when logging in again.
6) A ‘This account has been authorized’ pop-up window will appear when clicking the ‘BOICE authorization’ tab for members who have successfully made their fanclub authorization.
7) If you fail in FANSHIP authorization, please contact to NAVER V LIVE.

8) Those who do not make their fanclub authorization during the authorization period will not be able to pre-purchase tickets and will need to purchase tickets once general tickets have opened. Please make sure to complete the authorization during the period. 

■ Precautions for Fanclub Pre-purchase Tickets
- Fanclub Pre-purchase tickets are available to those who have joined the official fanclub as a regular members through the official FNC Entertainment website or through FANSHIP from October 8th, 2019(Tue) 2PM by November 6th, 2019 (Wed) 12PM.
- Please make sure if you join the fanclub successfully before the ticket open date. For those who complete joining fanclub will see ‘인증완료(Authorization Completed)’ button on the ticket purchase tab of the website.
- If payment for tickets are not made within the given period, tickets will automatically be canceled.
- Fanclub pre-purchase tickets are limited to 2 tickets per person (per show). An additional 2 tickets per person (per show) can be purchased during the general ticket booking period.
- Fanclub pre-purchase tickets are available from November 13th (Wed) 8PM to November 15th (Fri) 12PM.

■ Information on General Ticket Purchase
- General purchase tickets will be available on the remaining tickets after fanclub pre-purchase finished.
- One person can purchase up to 4 tickets including the tickets you purchased during fanclub pre-purchase period.
