* 인증 전 YES24에 등록되어 있는 개인 정보(배송 주소 등)를 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.
<팬클럽 예매 방법>
* 팬클럽 선예매 일정 : 2019년9 월 27일 (금) 14:00 ~ 10월 2일 (수) 23:59 (1회당 1인 2매 구매가능)
* 팬클럽 선예매는 인증 기간 내 팬클럽 인증을 완료하신 HENECIA(헤네치아) 회원분들에 한해 예매가 가능합니다.
* 예매를 위해 YES24에 가입하여야 하며, 팬클럽 예매 전 반드시 팬클럽 인증을 진행해야 합니다.
* 인증 완료된 아이디로 로그인을 하면 자동으로 예매 진행이 가능하며, 인증을 하지 않은 경우 팬클럽 예매가 불가능합니다.
* 예매 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금하지 않으면 티켓은 자동적으로 취소됩니다.
* 인증기간 내에 확인을 하지 않아 발생되는 문제에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.

본 콘서트는 YES24에서 단독 판매로 진행되며, 그 외에 경로로는 티켓을 판매하지 않습니다.지정 예매처(YES24)를 통하지 않고, 불법적인 경로로 타인으로부터 양도받거나 추가 비용을 지불하여 구매한 티켓은 공식적인 취소 및 환불이 불가능하며, 사전 통보 없이 무효 처리되거나 법적인 조치가 있을 수 있습니다. 또한, 개인 간의 직거래나 불법 사이트의 예매대행 서비스 등으로 인한 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있고, 공연 주최/주관사와 예매처는 책임이 없으며 이로 인하여 발생한 문제를 해결해 드릴 수 없음을 알려 드리오니 이와 관련된 피해를 당하시는 일이 없도록 각별히 주의해주시기 바랍니다.

-If you purchased two tickets on November 15th for the fan club pre-order, you can purchase two additional tickets for November 15th when purchasing a regular ticket.
-If you purchased 2 tickets on November 16th for the fan club pre-order, you can purchase 4 tickets for November 15th and 2 tickets for November 16th when purchasing a regular ticket.
* Fan club certification period: From 4PM, Tuesday, September 24th, 2019 until the pre-order deadline.
* Fan club certification is available on the "2019 WORLD TOUR 'BIO-RHYTHM' In Seoul" ticket page in YES24.
* Please check the personal information (delivery address, etc.) registered on YES24 before authentication.
* Fan Club Pre-Order Schedule: 2PM, Friday, September 27th, 2019 to 11:59PM, Wednesday, October 2, 2019 (2 purchases per person per time)
* Fan club Pre-Order is only available to 헤네치아 (HENECIA) members who have completed fan club certification during the certification period.
* You must join YES24 to make a reservation, and you must proceed to the fan club certification before making a reservation.
* If you log in with your verified ID, you can automatically proceed with your reservation. If you haven't authenticated, you cannot purchase a fan club.
* Tickets will be automatically canceled if deposit is not made within a fixed period of time after booking.

This concert tickets are sold exclusively at YES24, not by any other routes. Tickets purchased without going through a designated booking office, YES24, but through an illegal route such as from another person or from paying additional charges, cannot be officially cancelled or refunded, and may be invalidated or legal action may be taken without prior notice. In addition, we inform you that you are solely responsible for damages caused by direct transactions between individuals or services for booking of illegal websites, and that the host and booking office are not responsible and we cannot solve any problems that have occurred, so please take extra care not to suffer any such damages.
- Reservations will be automatically cancelled if they are not deposited within a set period of time after the booking has been completed.
- Tickets that have not been officially purchased through the booking office cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- You can change/cancel/refund tickets only at the appropriate booking place, YES24, that you reserved within the specified period. You cannot change or refund tickets on the day of the performance.
- Please note that tickets cannot be re-issued, re-entered, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances, such as lost or damaged.
- Other detailed rules regarding booking are carried out in accordance with the YES24 policy, except for the seperate notice.
