[예매 시 유의사항]
- 본 공연은 전석 지정좌석제입니다.
- 공연 종료 후 관객 여러분들과 하이터치회를 진행할 예정입니다.
- 예스24 라이브홀의 2층 좌석 구역은 안전을 위한 난간이 설치되어 착석 시 일부 좌석 시야에 난간이 걸릴 수 있으나 난간이 얇은 철로 설치되어 있고 무대와의 거리가 가까운 공연장이므로 공연 관람에 무리가 없으니 예매 시 참고하시기 바랍니다.
- 본공연은 1인 4매로 구매를 제한합니다.
- 무통장입금 결제는 입금 마감 기한이 지나면 자동 취소됩니다.
- 구매한 티켓은 예매 마감 시간 이후 및 공연 당일 현장에서 취소, 변경, 환불이 불가능합니다.
- 티켓의 변경, 취소, 환불은 구매한 예매처를 통해서만 가능하며 예매처 규정에 의해 처리됩니다.
- 티켓 분실, 파손 시 어떤 경우에도 재발권 및 입장이 불가능하니 티켓 보관에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

[현장티켓 수령 안내]
- 본 공연은 공연당일 전석 현장수령으로 진행됩니다.
- 현장 티켓 수령 시 예매 확인증과 본인임을 증명하는 실물 신분증 (주민등록증, 학생증, 여권 등 사진과 생년월일이 표기된 신분증)을 반드시 지참해주시기 바랍니다.
(생년월일의 표기나 사진이 부착되지 않은 학생증의 경우 주민등록 등본 및 부모님 신분증 지참/외국인의 경우 외국인등록증과 여권만 가능합니다.)
미지참시 티켓수령 및 입장이 불가할 수 있습니다.  
- 본인 확인이 어려울 경우 티켓 수령에 어려움이 있을 수 있으며, 확인 과정에서 지정되지 않는 경로를 통해 구매한 티켓으로 확인되어 문제가 발생할 경우 실제 구매자와의 확인 작업을 진행하며 신분 확인이 되지 않을 경우 퇴장 조치됩니다.

[알립니다]
- 무대는 연출 협의 과정에서 사전 공지 없이 변경될 수 있으니 양해 부탁드립니다.
- 공식 예매처가 아닌 개인 거래, 인터넷 중고 거래 사이트 및 기타 방법으로 구매하는 불법적인 티켓 거래는 기획사에서 모니터링되고 있음을 알려드립니다. 이와 같은 방법으로 구매한 불법 티켓은 주최측의 권한으로 사전 통보 없이 취소 처리가 가능하며, 공연 당일 현장에 티켓을 소지하였을지라도 입장이 불가함을 알려드립니다.
또한 불법적인 거래를 하는 판매자는 고발 조치를 취할 예정이오니 이에 따른 피해가 없도록 팬 여러분의   자발적인 협조 부탁드립니다.

접수 내용: 부정 티켓 매매 정보가 등록된 사이트의 URL 혹은 매매 증거

접수 방법: 메일 제목을 반드시 [2019 1TEAM FAN-CON 불법티켓 신고]로 기재

내용: 예매 정보 (공연 날짜, 좌석 정보 or 예매 번호)구역, 열, 좌석 번호 등 구체적인 예매 정보가 확인될 경우에 한 해 접수가 가능합니다. 

부정 티켓 예매 및 매매 신고 건에 대한 예매 건에 대해서는 확인 절차 후 적발 시 강제 취소 절차가 진행될 예정이며, 해당 예매자 및 관련 아이디는 2차 피해를 막기 위해 예매 차단 또는 취소 처리됩니다.

[해외팬 구입 안내]
- ‘English’ 메뉴를 통해서 2019년 6월 21일 (금) 8PM부터 구매 가능합니다.
- 공연 당일 현장 매표소에서 예매 확인증과 본인임을 증명하는 실물 신분증 (여권, 외국인 등록증 등)을 반드시 지참하여 티켓을 수령하시기 바랍니다.

[매표소 운영 안내]
- 공연 당일 현장 매표소는 공연 시작 3시간 전부터 공연 시작 후 30분까지 운영됩니다.
단, 당일 현장 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

[입장 및 공연 관람 유의사항]
- 1인 1티켓을 소지하신 관람객에 한하여 입장 가능합니다.
- 원활한 공연 진행을 위하여 공연 시작 10분전까지 입장을 완료해주시기 바랍니다.
- 지정좌석제로 운영되므로 본인 좌석이 아닌 좌석으로의 이동이 불가합니다.
- 공연 시작 이후에는 원활한 운영과 다른 관객분들의 관람에 방해가 되지 않도록 입장 제한이 있을 수 있으며 진행요원에 안내에 따라 입장하실 수 있습니다.
- 사진 및 동영상 촬영 등의 녹음, 녹취를 금지합니다. 적발 시 녹음, 녹취된 자료는 삭제되며 즉시 퇴장됩니다. 또한 관련 내용을 유포 및 공유, 제작 행위 등은 법적 제재를 받을 수 있습니다.
- 다른 관객분들의 관람에 지장을 주는 행동은 삼가 주시기 바라며 공연 관람에 지나친 방해가 될 경우 진행요원의 강력한 제재를 받으실 수 있습니다.
- 입장 이후 이동 시에는 반드시 티켓을 소지해야 재입장이 가능합니다.
- 공연장 내에서는 생수 외의 음료 및 음식물 반입이 금지되어 있으며 병, 폭죽, 레이저 등의 위험 물질과 꽃다발, 풍선 등 타인에게 피해를 줄 수 있는 물품들은 반입이 불가합니다.
- 물품 보관이 필요한 경우 공연장 1층 내, 외부에 설치된 코인락커를 이용하시기 바랍니다. (500원 동전 2개 필요)
  코인락커가 협소하므로 가급적 짐을 최소화해주시기 바랍니다.
- 공연장 내 분실물에 대한 책임은 관객 본인에게 있으니 귀중품의 경우 직접 소지하시길 바랍니다.
- 즐거운 공연 관람을 위하여 여러분의 적극적인 협조 부탁드립니다.

[General Information]

[Concert Information]

1TEAM, who has debuted on March 27, 2019 with the 1ST MINI ALBUM ,
gladly invites fans to their solo FAN-CONCERT on July 10, 2019 for the very first time since their debut.

It must be a really special day
as they will primally reveal the SECOND MINI ALBUM and performance stage.

Also our 1TEAM members are looking forward to having a precious time with beloved fans.

[Ticketing Precautions]
- For this concert, all seats shall be a designated seating zone.
- After the concert finish, there will be a High-Touch event with the audiences.
- When choosing your seat, please be aware the YES24 LIVE HALL has railings on the designated seating zone on 2F for safety purposes. As such, the view may be obstructed from the few seats when seated. The railings, however, are made with thin wires, and the distance between the stage and seats are relatively short. Ultimately, you can still enjoy your concert viewing experience without too much discomfort. 
- The number of ticket an individual can purchase shall be limited to 4 tickets per person.
- If you choose to book your ticket using the “Deposit without bankbook” option, your reservation will be canceled if you fail to make full payment for the ticket within the payment period. 
- Please be aware that preschool children cannot attend this concert.
- Purchased tickets cannot be canceled, changed or refunded on-site on the day of concert once the booking deadline expires.
- You can cancel, change or refund your ticket only through the place of purchase only. All requests shall be processed in compliance with regulations at the ticket vendor.
- Organizers will not re-issues or offer any grant admission under any circumstances even if you lose your ticket or your ticket is damaged. Please keep your ticket carefully.

[Notice for Collecting Ticket On-Site]
- For this concert, you must collect your ticket on-site for all seats on the day of the concert.
- Please bring your booking statement/confirmation and an original copy of your ID that can confirm your identity.
 * Original form of personal ID such as ID card, Student ID, Passport, Driver’s license, Alien registrations MUST HAVE photograph and date of birth.
  * If your Student ID doesn’t contain photograph and date of birth on it, you must bring a copy of resident registration and parents’ ID. For foreigners, only alien registrations and passport will be accepted.
- If you don’t bring your ID, it may not be able to collect the ticket and to be entered for the show.
- You may not be able to collect your ticket if your identity cannot be confirmed. If you purchase a ticket via an irregular channel and the ticket becomes an issue during admission, the organizers will check the identity of the entity who purchased the ticket originally. If the original purchaser’s identity cannot be confirmed, you will be escorted off the premises.

[Notice]
- Stage details may change at the discretion of the host during the production process. We ask for your understanding on this matter in advance.  
- Please be aware that the organizers are monitoring any illicit trading of tickets via personal transactions, online scalping websites, etc. that deviate from officially-recognized ticketing channels. Tickets purchased through illicit means can be rendered null and void without any prior notice by the host. In such case, you will not be granted access into the concert venue on the day of the concert even if you have the ticket in your possession. Also, any person who sells tickets using illicit means shall be reported to the competent authorities. We ask for your voluntary cooperation to prevent any damages from the illicit trading of tickets.
- ‘2019 1TEAM 1st FAN-CON ’ DOES NOT engage in any marketing efforts to attract foreign patrons.

[Reporting Illicitly Traded Tickets]
- If you any posts advertising the illicit trading (e.g. private transaction, online scalping websites, etc.) of the ‘2019 1TEAM THE 1st FAN-CON ’ other than the official ticketing vendors, please report to the following e-mail address.

* Reports will be accepted as valid if the organizers can confirm booking details such as the zone, row, seat, no., etc..  

For reported cases of illicit ticketing and ticket trading, the organizers will investigate each report and render tickets null and void if confirmed. The person who originally purchased the ticket and involved IDs will be blocked from booking tickets and tickets will be canceled to prevent secondary victims.

[Ticketing Information for Overseas Fans]
- Overseas fans can purchase tickets from 8PM on June 21 (Wed), 2019, using the ‘English’ menu.
- Tickets booked via the global pages on either website can be collected on-site only.
- On the day of the concert, please visit the ticket booth at the concert venue and present your (the person who booked the ticket) actual ID (passport, alien registrations etc) or booking statement/confirmation to receive your ticket.

[Ticket Booth Information]
- On the day of the concert, the ticket booth on-site will open from three hours before the concert until 30 minutes after the beginning of the concert.
However, it may differ depending on the circumstances prevailing at the concert venue.

[Precautions during Admission and Concert Attendance]
- Access to the venue will be limited to patrons with valid tickets (1 ticket per person).
- For the smooth progress on-site of the concert day, please make sure to finish your entry 10 minutes before the concert begins.
- Since all seats are designated seats, moving to other seats are strictly prohibited.
- Entrance may be restricted after the concerts has begun. Please arrive at the venue early enough to avoid any disadvantages. You may enter according to the guide of the on-site staff.
- Any audio-visual recording of photos and videos are prohibited. When discovered, any and all audio-visual recordings shall be deleted, and you will be escorted off the premises immediately. Distribution, sharing, production, etc. of content taken from the concert may lead to legal sanctions.
- Please refrain from engaging in behavior that may adversely affect the viewing experience of other patrons. If your actions become overly detrimental to the concert proceeding, you may be controlled or restrained by security personnel.
- You must carry our ticket at all times after your initial admission to enter and exit the concert venue.
- You cannot carry food and beverage other than water into the concert venue. Possession of dangerous items such as bottles, fireworks, lasers or items that may harm others such as flowers, balloons, etc. is prohibited.
- If you need to store your possessions, please use the coin lockers available outside the first floor of the concert venue. Coin lockers are small, so please carry essential items only. (Lockers require two KRW 500 coins.)
- You will be responsible for your possessions, and the organizers will not be liable for any lost items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
- We ask for your full cooperation to ensure a pleasant concert experience

[Traffic Information]
- No parking spaces are available inside the concert venue. Surrounding parking facilities may also be unavailable. 
Therefore, please use public transport to make sure you arrive on time.
- Please be aware that the concert organizers will not change or refund your ticket if you fail to arrive on time due to traffic or parking issues.
