[팬클럽 인증 방법]
* 팬클럽 인증 : 5/24(금) 낮 12시부터
1) 5월 24일(금) 낮 12시부터, 예스24 로그인
2) 예매페이지의 팬클럽 인증창에서 팬클럽 회원인증을 먼저 받아놓으시면 빠르게 예매가 가능합니다.
3) 인증 시 팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호로 인증 가능하며, 공식홈페이지 (www.fncent.com)에 등록된 정보 그대로 인증하시면 됩니다.
* 팬클럽 고유번호의 숫자만 입력 (ex. 201900000000)
* 휴대폰 번호 숫자만 입력 (ex. 01012345678)
4) 한 번 인증한 아이디는 재로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.
5) 팬클럽 인증이 완료된 회원님은 ‘팬클럽 인증하기’ 버튼이 인증 완료 버튼으로 변경됩니다.
6) 공식 홈페이지에 [팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호] 이 2가지 정보 모두 등록되지 않은 회원님과 인증이 되지 않는 경우 FNC 홈페이지 문의게시판 문의 및 ft@fncent.com 으로 문의하여 주세요.
7) 예스24 ID 회원정보와 팬클럽 인증자의 이름이 달라도 인증이 가능합니다.
단, 인증 된 ID 외 다른 ID로의 중복인증은 불가하며, 예매 되는 티켓에는 예스24 ID의 회원정보로 출력이 됩니다.
8) 하나의 아이디로 한번의 인증만 가능합니다.
[팬클럽 선예매 시 주의 사항]
1) 이번 팬클럽 선예매는 2019년 5월 17일 11:59PM까지 PRIMADONNA 정회원으로 가입 신청 및 입금 완료 해주신 분에 한해 참여 가능합니다.
2) 인증 이전에 공식 홈페이지(www.fncent.com)에 로그인 후 MY PAGE에 등록된 본인의 이름, 팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호를 확인하여 주세요.
3) 예매 시작 전에 예매페이지에 접속하여 팬클럽 인증이 완료되었는지 확인해주세요.
4) 티켓 예매 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금을 하지 않을 경우 해당 티켓은 자동으로 취소됩니다.
5) 본인의 이름, 팬클럽 고유번호, 휴대폰번호 외 타인의 정보를 이용하여 인증할 경우, 법적인 책임이 따를 수 있습니다.
6) 팬클럽 선예매 시 티켓은 1인 2매(회당) 구매 가능합니다. 이후 일반 예매 시 추가로 1인 2매(회당) 구매 가능합니다.
7) 팬클럽 선예매는 5월 27일(월) 오후 8시부터 29일(수) 낮 12시까지입니다.

[How to Get Fanclub Authorization]
* Fanclub Authorization: May 24th (Fri) 12PM~
1) Log in to Yes24 Ticket from May 24th (Fri) 12PM
2) For faster reservation, make your fanclub authorization through the fanclub authorization page on the ticket site beforehand.
3) Enter your Fanclub Serial Number and Contact Number that was used when registering through the official site (www.fncent.com) to make your authorization.
Eg) Fanclub Serial Number: 201900000000 / Contact Number: 01012345678
4) Once authorized, you do not have to make another authorization when logging in again.
5) For those who have successfully made their fanclub authorization, ‘Fanclub authorization’ tab will be changed to ‘Fanclub authorization completed’ sign.
6) For those whose information [Fanclub Serial Number and Contact Number] are not registered on the FNC Official Website and those who have problems regarding authorization please visit the official FNC Website or contact FNC Entertainment at ft@fncent.com.
7) Authorizations can be made even if the name of the Yes24 Ticket account holder and the name of the fanclub member are different.
However, duplicate authorizations with another ID cannot be made, and the account information of your Yes24 ID will be printed on the ticket you have purchased.
8) Only one authorization can be made for each ID.
[Precautions for Fanclub Pre-purchase Tickets]
1) Fanclub Pre-purchase Tickets are available to those who have joined the PRIMADONNA fanclub as a regular member by May 17th, 2019 11:59PM.
2) Before you get the Authorization, Log in to the FNC Official Website (www.fncent.com) and check your Name, Fanclub Serial Number, Contact Number on the ‘MY PAGE’ tab.
3) Before the fanclub pre-purchase period begins, please make sure you have successfully made your fanclub authorization.
4) If payment for tickets are not made within the given period, tickets will automatically be canceled.
5) In the case you use another’s Name, Fanclub Serial Number, Contact Number or any other information to make an authorization, you may be liable to take legal responsibility.
6) Fanclub pre-purchase tickets are limited to 2 tickets per person (per show). An additional 2 tickets per person (per show) can be purchased during the general ticket booking period.
7) Fanclub pre-purchase tickets are available from May 27th (Mon) 8PM to May 29th (Wed) 12PM.
