1) HOTTEST 7기 공식회원 인증기간 : 2019년 4월 24일(수) 17:00 - 4월 26일(금) 18:00
2) HOTTEST 7기 GOLD회원 선예매 : 2019년 4월 30일(화) 20:00-24:00
3) HOTTEST 7기 SILVER회원 선예매 : 2019년 5월 2일(목) 20:00-24:00
▶ 일반예매 : 5월 7일(화) 20:00 (회당 1인 2매 예매가능, ※선예매 매수포함)
※ 팬클럽 선예매 전, HOTTEST 7기 공식팬클럽 회원 인증을 반드시 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 본 공연은 글로벌 예매서비스도 진행 예정입니다.
※ 본인 인증 절차 관련
- 본 공연은 휴대폰 또는 I-PIN 으로 본인 인증절차를 완료한 회원만 예매가 가능합니다.
- 반드시 공연을 관람할 본인의 이름으로 예매 해주시기 바라며, 원활한 예매 진행을 위하여 사전에 본인인증(휴대폰, I-PIN인증)절차를 진행해주시길 바랍니다.
- 기 가입된 회원 중 본인인증을 진행하지 않으신 회원 분들은 휴대폰 또는 I-PIN으로 본인 인증 변경해주시기 바랍니다. (*마이페이지-회원정보-본인인증)
- 본인인증 후 반드시 로그아웃 후 재로그인을 해주시기 바랍니다. 재로그인을 하지 않을 경우 반영되지 않으니 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.
- 글로벌 페이지 회원의 경우 예매 시 별도의 본인인증절차는 없으나, 현장티켓 배부 시 본인 확인이 진행되며 이후 티켓 수령이 가능합니다.

[팬클럽 선예매 주의사항]
- 팬클럽 선예매는 2PM OFFICIAL FANCLUB HOTTEST 7기 회원 중, YES24에서 공식회원 인증이 완료된 분들에 한하여 예매 가능합니다.
- 팬클럽 회원인증 시, HOTTEST 7기 가입 당시 생성된 이름, 예매번호, 회원등급(GOLD or SILVER)을 기입해 주셔야 확인이 가능합니다. 회원정보는 아래 링크에서 인터파크 계정으로 로그인하시면 확인 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 전 회원인증을 완료하지 못한 분들은 선예매가 불가하며, 이후 오픈 되는 일반예매로 예매진행 가능하오니 꼭 기간 내 인증을 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 팬클럽 회원인증 방법에 관하여 아래 안내사항을 잘 확인하시어, 팬클럽 선예매 진행에 불이익이 없으시길 바랍니다.

[팬클럽 회원 인증방법]
※ HOTTEST 7기 공식회원 인증기간 : 4월 24일(수) 17:00 - 4월 26일(금) 18:00 (HOTTEST 7기 (2018) 가입자도 인증 가능)
1) 링크를 이용하여 ‘YES24’ 접속 후 로그인 진행 (사전에 ‘YES24’ 회원가입 완료 부탁드립니다.)
2) 로그인 완료 후 ‘팬클럽회원 인증하기’ 클릭
3) 이름/예매번호/회원등급(GOLD or SILVER) 기입 후, ‘인증 받기’ 클릭 (정확히 기입하여 주세요. 틀린 경우 인증이 불가능합니다.)
Ex) 이름: 홍길동 / 예매번호: T0123456789 / 회원등급: GOLD or SILVER
4) 인증완료
- 한 번 인증한 아이디는 재 로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.
- 하나의 YES24 아이디로 한번의 인증만 가능하며, YES24 아이디 소유자의 이름과 팬클럽 인증자 이름이 달라도 인증은 가능합니다.
- 선예매 전 [팬클럽회원 인증하기] 버튼을 클릭하여 팬클럽 인증이 완료되었는지 확인 후 예매진행 부탁드립니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매 오픈 4시간 전부터는, 로그인 시 당일 예매 가능한 등급의 회원에게만 인증완료 창이 뜹니다. (ex. 골드회원 예매기간 중 실버회원이 로그인할 경우, 인증되지 않았다는 문구가 노출)
- 정확한 팬클럽 회원정보 기입 후에도 인증오류가 날 경우에는 예스24공연 고객센터 (1544-6399)로 문의 부탁드립니다.

※ Before FANCLUB PRESALE, please complete your HOTTEST 7th Generation Verification.

※ Precautions
 - To be able to collect and view the concert, please make sure to reserve tickets for yourself under your name only. 
 - Those who reserve tickets on the global page do not have to make an authorization via mobile or I-PIN to be able  to reserve tickets. However, you will only be able to collect your tickets on-site after presenting proper ID.

[FANCLUB PRESALE Precautions]
- Only those members of 2PM OFFICIAL FANCLUB HOTTEST 7th Generation Verified by YES24 are allowed to reserve tickets during the FANCLUB PRESALE.
- It is required to fill in information such as Name, Reservation Number (Confirmation Number), Membership (GOLD or SILVER) that was used to register for your HOTTEST 7th Generation membership on INTERPARK to proceed the Verification process on YES24.

- If your Verification is not completed during the Verification Period, it is impossible to reserve tickets ahead of GENERAL SALE. So please make sure to complete your Verification within the set period.
(Non-authenticated members will only be able to reserve tickets from the GENERAL SALE date)
- Please keep HOTTEST 7th Generation Verification Guide in mind to prevent any disadvantage in purchasing tickets.

[HOTTEST 7th Generation Verification Guide]
※ HOTTEST 7th Generation Verification Period : Wednesday, April 24, 2019 17:00 - Friday, April 26, 2019 18:00 (KST) (HOTTEST 7th Generation (2018) members included)
1) Click the below link and log in with ‘YES24’ account.
(If you’re new to YES24, please visit the JOIN page to get started)
2) Click the ["Authentication(팬클럽회원 인증하기)"] button after logging-in to YES24.
3) After filling in your Name, Reservation Number (Confirmation Number) and Membership (GOLD or SILVER) click the ["Receive ID verification"] button. If at least one of the three information does not match your HOTTEST 7th Generation’s records, the verification will not be processed -

["FANCLUB Membership information does not match. Please check your FANCLUB Membership information again”]. So please enter the correct information.
Ex) Name: Hong Gil-Dong / Reservation Number (Confirmation Number): T0123456789 / Membership: GOLD or SILVER
4) Verification complete.
- If your HOTTEST 7th Generation Verification is completed, you do not have to make another verification when logging in again.
- Only 1 YES24 account can be verified per person but Verification will be possible if one’s registered name for HOTTEST 7th Generation is different from the YES24 account holder.
- Please click the ["Authentication(팬클럽회원 인증하기)"] button to check your status before FANCLUB PRESALE.
- A verification window will appear 4 hours before the designated ticketing time depending on your membership status.
(Ex. On the day of FANCLUB PRESALE for GOLD membership, all SILVER membership will see the message ["FANCLUB Membership information does not match. Please check your FANCLUB Membership information again"]
- If HOTTEST 7th Generation Verification is not completed for all correct information, please e-mail customer service
