● 팬클럽 선예매는 2019년 3월 6일(수) 오후 8시부터 오후 11시 59분까지(KST) 3시간 59분 동안 진행됩니다.
● 본 공연의 팬클럽 선예매는 행운(LUCKY) 1기 회원 중 예매처 YES24 에서 공식회원 인증이 완료된 분들에 한해 구매 가능 합니다. (1인 1매 구매 제한)
● 팬클럽 선예매 전 회원인증을 완료하지 못한 분들은 선예매가 불가하며,
이후 오픈 되는 일반예매로 예매 가능 하오니, 꼭 기간 내 인증을 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[일반 예매 안내사항]
● 일반예매는 2019년 3월 8일(금) 오후 8시부터 진행됩니다.
● 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 완료 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 매진시 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다.
● 팬클럽 선예매 티켓을 구매하신 분들은 일반예매 시 1인 1매 추가 구매 가능합니다.
[공통 안내사항]
● 본 예매는 자동주문방지 시스템으로 진행됩니다.
● 본 공연은 전석 지정석으로 진행되며, 티켓은 현장수령만 가능합니다.
● 공연 당일 매표소 운영은 공연 시작 3시간 전부터 공연 시작 30분 후까지 운영되며, 시간 내에 티켓을 찾아가지 않거나 본인이 아닐 경우 티켓 수령 및 입장이 불가합니다.
● 티켓 수령시에는 본인 확인이 가능한 신분증과 예매내역(모바일 어플 내 예매내역 포함)을 꼭 지참해주셔야 합니다.

● 무대 구조물 혹은 난간에 의해 일부 시야 장애가 발생하는 좌석이 있을 수 있습니다.

* If your membership is not verified before the beginning of pre-reservation, you cannot reserve the tickets. Then, you have to buy tickets through general reservation. Please finish your membership verification during the specified period.
* For the fan club verification, you have to read the guidelines below carefully and make sure you
don’t get any disadvantage for the pre-reservation.
* You can get more tickets within the limit during the general reservation period even if you have purchased tickets in the fan club pre-reservation period.
* The reserved tickets are automatically cancelled unless they are paid within the specified period.

2) Click ‘Fan Club Membership Verification’ after log-in.
3) Enter the name, birthdate (6 digits) and Melon Ticket fan club reservation number (10 digits including capital letter M) Your membership information must be identical to the information used when joining 1st ‘LUCKY’.

*How to check the Melon Ticket Fan Club Reservation Number
- Access in Melon Ticket Web/Application > Click My Ticket or Melon Ticket > Recent Reservation / Cancellation (click on the Reservation details) > Reservation history settings 12months > Check My reservation number of 1st ‘LUCKY’ membership.
- Once your ID is verified, you don’t have to verify again when you log-in again.
- You can only verify once with one YES24 ID.
- Unless you verify yourself after simple sign-up for the membership, you cannot make a pre-reservation. You must verify yourself in advance with your cell-phone or I-PIN approval process.
- You have to make a reservation after confirming if the Fan Club verification is completed by clicking [Verifying Fan Club membership] button.
- Please contact the customer center for YES24 (1544-6399) if you get error message even after you have entered correct membership information.
[General Reservation]
* General reservation starts off at Mar 8(Fri), 2019 8:00pm
* General reservation is proceeded for the remaining seats after the pre-reservation for the Fan Club members. There will be no general reservation chance when the tickets are sold out through pre-reservation.
* Those who pre-reserved tickets can purchase an additional ticket through general reservation.
[Guideline for the Common]
● The reservation is conducted through anti-automatic ordering automatic anti-ordering system.
● All seats are for designated seating. The Event tickets will be receipt only at venue.
● On the event day, the ticket booth is operated from 3 hours prior to the performance to 30 minutes after the performance started.
● If you do not pick your own ticket by yourself in ticket booth open time, you can’t collect the ticket and also can’t enter.
● When you receive the tickets at the ticket booth, please keep your ID card and reservation information (including reservation information in the mobile app) to verify yourself.
* What are the ID cards to verify yourself?
- Residence card, Student card, Passport, Driver’s license, etc.
● Please be careful of keeping your ticket because tickets are not issued twice and you cannot enter the venue without a ticket.
● Some seats may be blocked from viewing the stage partially due to the structure of the venue.
● The fake or improperly acquired tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded, and the producer or seller is not responsible for any disputes caused by the misbehavior.
● Please check the regulations about the cancellation and refund for YES24 events before you request for cancellation or refund.
