▷ BTOB 공식 팬클럽 MELODY 인증(4기, 추가 4기) 기간 : 2019년 1월 11일 (금) 14시~2019년 1월 16일 (수) 17시 59분
▷ 팬클럽 회원정보 양도 및 불법적인 티켓 거래가 다수 발견됨에 따라 팬클럽 인증 정보를 초기화하였습니다.
이창섭 SPACE 공연 예매 시 팬클럽 인증을 완료 하신 분도 반드시 팬클럽 인증을 다시 하셔야 티켓 구매가 가능합니다.
▷ 팬클럽 인증방법
1) 예스24 본인의 ID로 로그인 후 예매 페이지에서 ‘팬클럽 회원 인증하기’ 버튼을 누르면 팬클럽 인증 팝업창이 뜹니다.
2) BTOB 공식 팬클럽 MELODY(4기, 추가 4기) 가입시 기재한 본인의 이름 / 생년월일(6자리) / 팬클럽 회원 일련번호로 인증이 가능합니다.
- BTOB 공식 팬클럽 MELODY(4기, 추가 4기) 가입시 등록한 정보 그대로 입력하시면 됩니다.
- 예스24 ID 가입자의 이름과 팬클럽 회원의 이름이 같아야만 팬클럽 회원 인증이 가능합니다.
3) 팬클럽 인증 유의사항
- 예스24 ID 한 개당, 팬클럽 회원 인증 한 번만 가능합니다.
- 인증을 완료한 예스24 ID로만 팬클럽 선예매가 가능합니다.
- 인증 전 예스24에 등록되어 있는 개인정보를 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.
- 한 번 팬클럽 회원 인증을 완료한 아이디는 재 로그인시 재 인증을 하지 않아도 됩니다.
- 본인 부주의로 인한 회원정보 노출 및 노출된 회원정보로 타인이 선예매 인증을 받는 등의 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최/주관사와 예매처에서 일체 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원정보 관리에 유의해주시기 바랍니다.
- 팬클럽 인증 기간 내에 팬클럽 인증을 완료해 주셔야 팬클럽 선예매가 가능하오니, 인증 기간을 유의하시어 반드시 기간 내에 인증을 완료해주시기 바랍니다. 기간 내에 인증을 완료하지 않아 발생하는 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며 공연 주최/주관사와 예매처에는 그 어떠한 책임이 없음을 알려드립니다.
- 팬클럽 인증을 국문 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 선예매는 국문 페이지에서만 가능하며, 팬클럽 인증을 글로벌 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 선예매는 영문 페이지에서만 가능합니다.
- 팬클럽 인증 과정에서 오류 발생시 시 예스24 고객센터로 문의하시면 본인 확인 후 처리 가능합니다.

- 신분증 사본은 반드시 스캔 할 필요는 없으며, 사진으로 찍어서 보내주셔도 됩니다.
다만, 육안으로 확인이 가능할 정도의 해상도로 보내주셔야 확인됩니다.
- 보내주신 신분증 파일은 회원 번호 확인용으로만 사용되며, 문의 회신 후 바로 삭제합니다.
- 회원 번호 확인은 본인 확인을 위해 전화로 응대가 어려우니, 반드시 메일로 문의 해 주시기 바랍니다.
[일반 예매 안내]
▷ 일반예매 기간: 2019년 1월 24일 (목) 18시 ~
▷ 회당 1인 4매까지 예매 가능합니다. (팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)
▷ 팬클럽 선예매 티켓을 구매하신 분들은 일반예매 시에 회당 3매씩 추가로 구매 가능합니다.
▷ 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 시 매진이 될 경우 일반예매 오픈 시에 구매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수도 있습니다.
[티켓 구매 유의사항]
▷ 무통장입금으로 예매 시, 익일 오후 11시 29분 59초까지 입금하셔야 예매가 완료되며, 이 기간 내에 입금하지 않으면 예매는 자동으로 취소 됩니다.
▷ 예매처를 통한 정식 구매 절차를 거치지 않은 티켓은 취소, 환불이 불가합니다.
▷ 티켓의 변경/취소/환불은 정해진 기간 내에 예매하신 해당 예매처에서만 가능하며, 공연 당일 변경 및 환불이 불가합니다.
▷ 티켓 분실, 파손 시 어떠한 경우에도 재 발권 및 입장, 취소/환불이 불가능하니 티켓 보관에 유의해주시기 바랍니다.

2019 민혁 단독콘서트 [HUTAZONE : 투나잇]는 예스24에서 단독 판매로 진행되며, 그 외 경로로는 티켓을 판매하지 않습니다. 지정 예매처(예스24)를 통하지 않고 타인으로부터 양도 받거나 개인 거래, 인터넷 중고 거래 사이트 및 기타방법으로 구매한 티켓은 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.
개인간의 직거래로 인한 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며 공연 주최/주관사와 예매처에는 그 어떠한 책임이 없음을 알려드립니다. 불법거래 적발 시에는 예매 취소 처리와 함께 법적인 제재 조치가 있을 수 있습니다.

1) Log into YES24 with your ID and click on 'Get verified to be a fan club member' on the booking page and a pop-up window for the fan club verification appears.
2) You can be verified through your name entered when joining BTOB’s official fan club [MELODY] / your date of birth (6 digits) / fan club membership number
- You can just enter the information registered when joining BTOB’s official fan club [MELODY].
- Yes24 membership name must match with the fan club membership name.
3) Fan club verification notice
- The fan club member verification can be ONLY made once for each account in YES24.
- You can purchase pre-sale ticket ONLY with an account in YES24 that has completed the verification process.
- Make sure to check the personal information registered in YES24 prior to verification.
- An account that already completed the verification of the fan club member does not need to go through another verification process when re-logging in.
- As the host, promoters and the ticket seller do not take any responsibility for acts, such as the exposure of fan club membership information from one's carelessness and other people getting verified for a pre-sale with information exposed, make sure to manage your member information carefully.
- You need to complete the fan club verification process within the period given to participate pre-sale booking for the fan club , we advise you to keep the given period in mind and make sure to complete the verification within the period. Any damage arising from not completing the verification within the period is entirely your responsibility and the host and supervisor of the performance and the ticket seller do not bear any responsibility for such.

[GENERAL SALE]
▷ Period for general sale: From Jan 24th 2019 (Thur) 18:00 ~
▷ Maximum 4 tickets can be purchased per person(including both general sale and pre-sale).
▷ Those who purchase the tickets via fan club pre-sale can book three more ticket via general sale.
▷ Only the seats remained after the pre-sale for the fan club ends are open to general sale and, if tickets are sold out to fan club pre-sale, there will be no seats available for general sale.
[NOTICE FOR TICEKT RESERVATION]
▷ Tickets can be reserved before the payment, but please be notified that the ticket will be automatically released unless the payment is fully processed until 23:29:59 PM on the next day. (Korean website ONLY, English website customers must make a payment by credit card when ticket is open)
▷ A ticket booked without going through the formal purchase procedure through the place of booking cannot be cancelled or refunded.
▷ A change, cancellation, and refund of a ticket are only available from the place of booking where the ticket is booked within the period given and a change and refund cannot be made on the very day of the performance.
▷ Since a ticket that is lost or damaged cannot allow the entrance or be reissued, cancelled or refunded under any circumstances, make sure to keep your ticket safely.
▷ Other detailed regulations with regard to bookings will be made and executed pursuant to the rules of the relevant place of booking, except for a separate notice.

Tickets for 2019 LEE MINHYUK CONCERT [HUTAZONE : T(W)ONIGHT] are exclusively available from YES24 and unavailable through any other routes. Accordingly, tickets transferred from other people or purchased through individual transactions, an internet second-hand trade site, or other means, not through the designated place of booking (YES24), cannot be canceled or refunded.
The people directly involved shall take entire responsibility for any damage arising from a direct transaction between individuals and the host and supervisor of the performance and the ticket seller do not bear any responsibility for such. An illegal transaction that is uncovered is subject to the cancellation of such booking as well as legal limitations.
