* 팬클럽 선예매는 2018년 12월 27일(목) 오후 8시부터 오후 11시 59분까지(KST) 3시간 59분 동안 진행됩니다.
* 본 팬미팅의 팬클럽 선예매는 우주소녀(WJSN) 공식 팬클럽 우정(UJUNG) 2기 유료회원 중 YES24에서 공식회원 인증이 완료된 분들에 한해 선예매 티켓을 구매할 수 있습니다. (1인 1매 구매 제한)
* 팬클럽 회원인증시, 우정(UJUNG) 2기 가입 당시 가입한 이름, 생년월일, 다음 (Daum) ID를 기입해 주셔야 확인이 가능합니다.
* 팬클럽 선예매 전 회원인증을 완료하지 못한 분들은 선예매가 불가하며,
이후 오픈 되는 일반예매로 예매진행 가능 하오니, 꼭 기간 내 인증을 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다.
* 팬클럽 회원인증 방법에 관하여 아래 안내사항을 잘 확인하시어 팬클럽 선예매 진행에 불이익이 없으시길 바랍니다.

1) PC(웹), 모바일에서 하단의 링크를 이용하여 ‘YES24’ 접속 후 로그인 진행 (사전에 ‘YES24’ 회원가입 완료 부탁드립니다.)
2) 로그인 완료 후 ‘팬클럽회원 인증하기’ 클릭
3) 이름/생년월일/다음(Daum)ID 기입 후, ‘인증 받기’ 클릭 (정확히 기입하여 주세요. 틀린 경우 인증이 불가능합니다.)
Ex) 이름: 홍길동 / 생년월일: 20190108 / 다음(Daum)ID: UJUNG
4) 인증완료
- 팬클럽회원 인증은 PC(웹), 모바일에서 가능합니다.
- 한 번 인증한 아이디는 재 로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.
- 하나의 YES24 아이디로 한번의 인증만 가능하며, YES24 아이디 소유자의 이름과 팬클럽 가입자 이름이 동일하여야 인증은 가능합니다.

* Only members of the WJSN official fan club 2nd UJUNG are entitled to purchase Pre-sale tickets. In order to purchase Pre-sale tickets, you should finish the verification process on YES24 as an official fan club member. (1 ticket per person only)
* In order to confirm your verification, please fill in the same information you used for joining WJSN fan club (name, date of birth and Daum ID should be included for verification).
* If the verification fails, you will not be able to purchase Pre-sale tickets. Please note that Fan club membership verification must be completed beforehand. You will still be able to purchase General Sale Tickets.
* Please read the ‘Verification Guide’ carefully and make sure that you do not miss Fan Club Pre-Sale Tickets.
* Fan club members who have purchased pre-sale tickets will also be able to purchase general sale tickets if the number of tickets purchased does not exceed 2 in total (Including a ticket from pre-order).

1) Click the link below and log on to YES24. (Please, join YES24 mobile or PC website beforehand)
2) After log-in, click ‘Fan Club Verification’
3) Your Fan club membership will be verified by your name, DOB (6 or 8 digits), Daum ID. Your membership information must be identical to the information used when joining 2nd UJUNG. If the information you fill in on the site is not correct, you will be unable to verify your membership.
Ex) Name: Hong Gildong / DOB: 20190108 or 190108 / Daum ID: UJUNG
4) Complete Verification
- Fan club membership can be verified using your mobile phone or on the PC website.
- If your Membership ID has already been verified, you will not not need to verify your membership again after completing the procedure.
- 1 YES24 ID = 1 Verification ONLY. You have to make an ID with your own name. Do not use your parents' or friends' names. If you do, you will not able to verify your membership. In order to confirm your verification, please fill in the same information you used for joining WJSN fan club (name, date of birth and Daum ID should be included for verification).
- If you haven’t completed the Identity Verification process, it is impossible to purchase Pre-sale tickets. In order to purchase pre-sale tickets, you must complete the Identity Verification process through your own mobile phone or I-PIN.
- In order to confirm that your membership verification process has been completed, click on ‘Fan Club Membership Verification’ before purchasing tickets.
- If you verification cannot be completed despite entering the correct Fan club membership information, please contact the YES 24 Customer Center (1544-6399).
[General Sale Tickets]
* General Sale Tickets: 2019. Jan. 2(Wed) PM08:00~
* General sale will open based on tickets remaining after the Fan Club Member Pre-sale.
* Ticket purchase limit: 2 tickets per person during the General Sale (Including Pre-sale tickets)
* If you have already purchased 1 ticket during the Pre-sale period, you may still purchase one more ticket during the General sale period.
* If tickets are sold out after the Pre-sale period, no tickets will be available during the general sale period.
[Important Notice]
* You will not be allowed to other section/seat except your reserved section/seat. All seats are pre-assigned.
* Some sections/seats may have viewing obstructions due to railings, stage equipment, camera placement etc. Viewing obstructions may differ for each seat and exchanging/refunding tickets will not be allowed for this reason. So please keep this in mind while you make a ticket reservation.
* Tickets will not be reissued for ANY reason. Please keep your ticket carefully. Those who don’t possess tickets will not be allowed in the venue under any circumstances.
Those who only carry a printed page of the ticket reservation-confirmation or a receipt of payment instead of the actual tickets will not be allowed to enter the venue.
* Any tickets from unauthorized sellers will not gain you entry and these tickets can be cancelled without prior notice. Tickets which are not purchased at the appointed ticket site cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.
* Exchanges, cancellations or refunds are only permitted at the ticket site. Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the site you purchased the ticket on.
