[팬클럽 인증 방법]
* 팬클럽 인증: 9월 5일 (수) 오후 12시부터
1) 9월 5일 (수) 오후 12시부터, 예스24 로그인
2) 예매페이지의 팬클럽 인증창에서 팬클럽 회원인증을 먼저 받아놓으시면 빠르게 예매가 가능합니다.
3) 인증 시 이름, 멜론티켓 팬클럽 예매번호, 휴대폰번호로 인증 가능하며, 팬클럽 가입 시
멜론티켓에 입력한 정보로 인증 해주시기 바랍니다.
Ex) 이름: 홍길동 / 멜론티켓 팬클럽 예매번호: M123456789 / 휴대폰번호 : 01012345678
※인증 정보에는 특수문자(하이픈 포함), 공란 입력이 불가합니다.
4) 한 번 인증한 아이디는 재 로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.
5) 예매 오픈 전 팬클럽 인증이 완료된 회원님은 예매창 예매하기 버튼 위에 ‘인증완료’라는 표시창이 뜹니다.
6) 멜론티켓에 [이름, 멜론티켓 팬클럽 예매번호, 휴대폰번호] 이 3가지 정보 모두 등록되지 않은 회원님과 인증이 되지 않는 경우 sf9@fncent.com 으로 문의하여 주세요.
7) 팬클럽 선 예매 전 회원인증을 완료하지 못한 분들은 선 예매가 불가하며,
이후 오픈되는 일반예매로 예매진행 가능하오니, 꼭 기간 내 인증을 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다.
8) 국내 거주하고 있는 외국인이 아니라면, 국문페이지에서 팬클럽 인증, 티켓 구매가 불가하오니 반드시 글로벌 페이지를 통한 팬클럽 인증, 티켓 구매를 해주시기 바랍니다.
9) 국문 페이지에서 팬클럽 인증하신 분은 국문페이지에서만, 영문 페이지에서 인증하신 분은 영문페이지에서만 예매가 가능합니다.
10) 글로벌 페이지는 비회원 형태로 메일 수신 인증을 통해 가입이 가능합니다
[예매 시 주의 사항]
1) 팬클럽 인증 및 예매는 국문 웹/모바일 모두 가능하며, 글로벌 페이지는 영문 웹에서만 가능합니다. (중문, 일문 페이지 / 모바일 예매 불가)
2) 인증 전에 멜론티켓 > 마이티켓에 등록된 본인의 이름, 멜론티켓 팬클럽 예매번호, 휴대폰번호를 확인하여 주세요.
3) 티켓 예매 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금을 하지 않을 경우 해당 티켓은 자동으로 취소됩니다.
4) 예스24에 로그인 시 하나의 예스24 아이디로 한번의 인증만 가능하며, 예스24의 가입자명과 팬클럽 회원의 이름이 달라도 인증이 가능합니다.
5) 본인의 이름, 멜론티켓 팬클럽 예매번호, 휴대폰번호 외 타인의 정보를 이용하여 인증할 경우, 법적인 책임이 따를 수 있습니다.
6) 팬클럽 선예매 시 티켓은 회당 1인 2매 구매 가능합니다. 이후 일반 예매 시 추가로 회당 1인 2매 구매 가능합니다. (회당 총 1인 4매 구매 가능)
7) 팬클럽 선예매는 9월 10일(월) 오후 8시부터 11일(화) 낮 12시까지입니다.

[How to Get Fanclub Authorization]
* Fanclub Authorization: September 5th, 2018(Wed) 12PM~
1) Log in to YES24 Ticket from September 5th (Wed) 12PM.
2) For faster reservation, make your fanclub authorization through the fanclub authorization page on the ticket site beforehand.
3) Enter your Name, Melon Ticket Fanclub Reservation Number and Contact Number that was used when making your fanclub registration.
Eg) Name: Kim Young Bin / Melon Ticket Fanclub Reservation Number: M123456789 / Contact Number : 01012345678
※Special Characters(including hyphens) and spaces cannot be identified when authorizing.
4) Once authorized, you do not have to make another authorization when logging in again.
5) For those who complete their authorization before ticket open will see ‘인증완료(Authorization Completed)’ button on the ticket purchase tab of the website.
6) For those whose information [Name, Melon Ticket Fanclub Reservation Number and Contact Number] are not registered on Melon Ticket Website and those who have problems regarding authorization please contact FNC Entertainment at sf@fncent.com.
7) Those who don’t make their fanclub authorization cannot purchase the ticket during pre-purchase period and will only be able to purchase tickets during the general ticket purchasing period, so please make sure you have successfully made your fanclub authorization within the given period.
8) For foreigners who do not live in Korea, authorization for Fan Club or ticket purchase is not available on the Korean page and will need to complete their Fan Club authorization and ticket purchase through the global page.
9) Those who make their Fan Club authorization on the Korean page will need to purchase tickets on the Korean page and those who make their authorization on the global page, need to purchase tickets on the global page.
10) Global page can be signed up via email authorization.
[Precautions for Fanclub Pre-purchase Tickets]
1) Fanclub authorization and pre-purchase will be accessible via the Korean web and mobile page. The global page will only be available on the English web page.
2) Before making your authorization, please check your Name, Melon Ticket Fanclub Reservation Number, Contact Number through the ‘My Ticket’ tab.
3) If payment for tickets are not made within the given period, tickets will automatically be canceled.
4) Authorizations can be made only one time per each ID and it can be made even if the name of the YES24 Ticket account holder and the name of the fanclub member are different.
5) In the case you use another’s Name, Melon Ticket Fanclub Reservation Number, Contact Number or any other information to make an authorization, you may be liable to take legal responsibility.
6) Fanclub pre-purchase tickets are limited to 2 tickets per person (per show). An additional 2 tickets per person (per show) can be purchased during the general ticket booking period. (Total of 4 tickets per person, per show)
7) Fanclub pre-purchase tickets are available from September 10th, 2018 (Mon) 8PM to September 11th, 2018 (Tue) 12PM.
