- 일반 예매는 멤버십 선예매 마감 후 잔여석을 대상으로 진행되며, 멤버십 선예매 매진 시 예매가 불가할 수 있습니다.

■휠체어석 예매 안내

-  휠체어석 일반예매 기간 : 2026년 6월 2일 (화) 09:00 (KST) ~

· 휠체어석은 전화예매만 가능하며, YES24 티켓 고객센터를 통해 예매하실 수 있습니다.

· 휠체어석은 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회당 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. 동반인도 티켓을 구매하셔야 입장 가능하므로 반드시 사전에 티켓을 예매해 주시기 바랍니다

· 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 or 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매가 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 모두 입장이 불가합니다.

· 휠체어석은 공연당일 현장에서 본인 확인 + 장애인 등록증 or 복지카드 확인 후 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다.

 티켓 수령을 위해 예매자 본인의 실물 신분증 및 장애인등록증 or 복지카드를 반드시 지참해야 하며, 미지참 시 티켓수령 및 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다.

· 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 이용 가능하며, 장애인 등록증 or 복지카드를 소지하고 있더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 이용이 불가합니다.

■ 예매 유의 사항

※ 예매를 위해 YES24 티켓에 가입이 되어 있어야 하며, 본인인증(휴대폰 또는 I-PIN인증)을 한 경우에만 예매 가능합니다. 본인 인증 후 로그아웃 → 재로그인을 하지 않으면 반영이 되지 않으니 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.

■ Accessible Seating Information

- Accessible Seating General Sale Period: June 2 (Tue), 2026, 09:00 (KST) ~

· Accessible seating is available only by phone through the YES24 Ticket Customer Center.

· Accessible seating allows a maximum of 2 tickets per show, including one guardian. Companions must also purchase tickets in advance for entry.

· For accessible seating, reservations are only possible when the name on the disability registration certificate or welfare card matches the 'ticket holder'. If it's not the ticket holder, both the ticket holder and guardian will be denied entry.

· Accessible seating tickets can be picked up on the day of the performance after identity verification and confirmation of disability registration certificate or a welfare card. Ticket holders must present their physical ID and either their disability registration certificate or their welfare card for ticket pickup. Ticket pickup and use of accessible seating will not be possible without these documents.

· Accessible seating areas provide open spaces without fixed seating and are reserved exclusively for audience members using wheelchairs. Even with a disability registration certificate or welfare card, these seats cannot be used without a wheelchair.

■ Booking Guidelines

※ You must be registered with YES24 Ticket to book tickets, and booking is only possible after identity verification (mobile phone or I-PIN verification). If you do not log out and log back in after identity verification, the verification will not be reflected. Please be mindful of this.

※ To prevent congestion on the day of the performance, initial ticket orders will proceed via bulk delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before purchasing tickets.

※ Bulk ticket delivery will begin progressively starting June 25 (Thu), 2026.

※ Tickets purchased through the global page are only available for on-site pickup after identity verification. Please book under the same name as shown on your passport when booking.

※ All issued tickets, including mailed tickets, cannot be reissued, canceled, or refunded in case of loss or damage. Entry is not possible without a ticket, so please take care in storing your tickets.

※ Tickets purchased or obtained through channels other than the official ticketing platform cannot be canceled or refunded. All issues and responsibilities arising from such purchases rest entirely with the individual parties involved, and the organizers, producers, and ticketing platforms bear no responsibility for these matters.
