1. NEX2Y 1기 선예매 인증: 2025년 9월 16일(화) 12PM - 9월 23일(화) 23:59PM 까지 (KST)
- YES24 “NEXZ SPECIAL CONCERT ” 예매 페이지에서 팬클럽 인증을 정해진 기간 내 완료해야 선예매가 가능합니다. 반드시 인증 기간 내 사전 인증을 진행해주시기 바랍니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매는 NEXZ 공식 팬클럽 NEX2Y 1기 멤버십 고유번호 11자리(T포함) + 가입 시 기재한 이메일으로 인증 가능합니다. (ex. T1234567890 / nexz@nex2y.com)
- 선예매 인증 기간이 지나면 인증이 불가하며, 선예매 참여가 불가합니다. 반드시 사전에 미리 인증을 해주시기 바랍니다.
① “YES24 티켓” 사이트에 가입하신 후, 팬클럽 선예매 본인 인증 절차를 진행해야 합니다.
② YES24 티켓에서 팬클럽 선예매 인증을 받을 때에는 NEX2Y 1기 팬클럽 멤버십 고유번호와 이메일 주소가 모두 일치해야 인증이 가능합니다.
③ 팬클럽 인증이 완료되었을 경우 예매 페이지 내 ‘인증완료’ 표시로 변경됩니다.
※ 팬클럽 인증 진행 시 반드시 멤버십 가입자 본인 명의의 YES24 티켓 ID로 인증해주시기 바랍니다. 예매자 정보와 팬클럽 회원 정보가 일치하지 않을 경우, 인증이 불가합니다.
※ 팬클럽 사전인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우, 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우, 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.
※ 하나의 팬클럽 ID로 YES24 티켓 ID의 팬클럽 인증은 1개만 가능하며, 중복 인증은 불가합니다.
※ 팬클럽 인증을 완료한 YES24 티켓 ID는 재로그인 시 재인증을 진행하지 않아도 됩니다. 인증을 완료한 정보는 수정, 취소 및 재사용이 불가하며 YES24 회원 탈퇴를 해도 해당 정보로는 재인증이 불가합니다.
※ 본인의 부주의로 인해 노출된 개인정보로 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받거나 예매하는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 일체 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

2. 팬클럽 선예매 티켓오픈: 2025년 9월 24일 (수) 20:00-23:59 (KST) (회당 1인 1매 예매가능)
- 팬클럽 선예매는 NEX2Y 1기 회원 대상으로 정해진 기간 내 예매 페이지에서 팬클럽 사전인증이 완료된 분들만 가능합니다.
▶ 일반 예매 : 2025년 9월 25일 (목) 20:00~ (KST) (회당 1인 2매 예매 가능)
- 선예매 매수 포함 회당 1인 2매 예매 가능합니다.
▶ 휠체어석 안내
- 휠체어석 구매는 2025년 9월 25일 (목) 오전 10시부터 YES24 고객센터(1544-6399)를 통해 전화 예매만 가능합니다. (*고객센터 운영시간 : 평일 오전 9시 ~ 오후 6시 / 토요일 오전 9시 ~ 오후 5시 / 일요일 및 공휴일 휴무)
- 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 구매 가능한 좌석이며, 동반 1인 포함 총 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.
※ 원활한 예매 진행을 위해 티켓구매 시 무통장 입금 결제는 제한됩니다. 티켓 불법 양도, 암표 근절 및 티켓을 구입하고 싶어 하시는 관객분들에게 피해가 되지 않도록 조치를 취하는 것이니, 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
※ 반드시 공연을 관람할 본인의 이름으로 예매해야 하며 예매자 본인이 아닌 경우 공연 관람이 불가합니다.

▶ FAN CLUB PRESALE
1. Fanclub Presale Verification Period : September 16, 2025 (TUE) 12PM (KST) - September 23, 2025 (TUE) 23:59 PM (KST)
- You must complete the Fan club verification on the YES24 “NEXZ SPECIAL CONCERT ” product page within the designated period to participate in the pre-sale. Please make sure to complete the verification within the verification period.
- Fanclub Presale verification can be conducted using your 11-digit NEX2Y 1st generation membership number + email address provided at signup. (ex. T1234567890 / nexz@nex2y.com)
- Once the verification period ends, verification will not be possible, and you will not be able to participate in the pre-sale. Please make sure to verify in advance.
① You can proceed with the fan club pre-sale verification process after registering on the “YES24 Ticket” website.
② When getting verified for the fan club pre-sale on YES24 Ticket, both the membership email and membership number for NEX2Y 1ST GENERATION must match exactly.
③ Once the fan club verification is complete, the status will change to “Verified (registered)” on the product page.
※ When proceeding with your fan club verification, please use a YES24 Ticket ID under your own name. If the reservation account information does not match with the fan club membership information, verification will not be possible.
※ If the fan club verification was conducted on the Korean Reservation Page, tickets may only be reserved on the Korean Reservation Page. If the fan club verification was conducted on the Global Reservation Page, tickets may only be reserved on the Global Reservation Page.
※ Only 1 YES24 Ticket ID may be verified with 1 Fanclub ID, and duplicated verification is not possible.
※ YES24 Ticket IDs that have completed fan club verification do not require re-verification at re-login. Verified information cannot be modified, cancelled, or reused. Re-verification is not possible with information that has already gone through verification, even if you cancel your YES24 membership.
※ The event organizer/sponsor and ticketing agency are not responsible for any damages from exposure of your personal information caused by your own negligence-such as others proceeding with fan club verification or making reservations using said personal information-so please take precautions in managing your own membership information.
※ If you encounter a fan club verification error, please contact the YES24 Ticket Customer Service Center (1544-6399).
2. FAN CLUB PRESALE: Wednesday, September 24, 2025 20:00-23:59 (KST) (Purchase Limit : 1 ticket per person for each show.)
- FAN CLUB PRESALE is available only to NEX2Y 1ST GENERATION members who have completed the Fan Club pre-verification on the product page within the designated period.
▶ GENERAL SALE : Thursday, September 25, 2025 20:00~ (KST) (Purchase Limit : 2 tickets per person for each show)
- 2 tickets per person for each show, including the ticket purchased through the FAN CLUB PRESALE.
▶ WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SEAT RESERVATION ANNOUNCEMENT
- Wheelchair accessible seat reservation is only available by phone. Please contact the YES24 Customer Service Number (T. 1544-6399) for reservations starting from Thursday, September 25 at 10AM. (*Customer Service Operating Hours: Weekdays (9AM~6PM) / Saturday (9AM~5PM) / Sunday & Public Holidays are closed.)
- Wheelchair accessible seats can only be purchased by wheelchair users. Wheelchair users can purchase up to 2 wheelchair accessible seating tickets, including 1 ticket for a companion.
※ To be able to collect your ticket and view the concert, please make sure to reserve tickets for yourself under your own name only. If you are not the person who made the reservation, you cannot watch the show.
※ YES24 Global Ticket Service will be available.
※ Those who reserve tickets on the global page do not have to authenticate themselves via mobile or I-PIN to be able to reserve tickets. However, you will only be able to collect your tickets on-site after presenting a proper ID.
