[팬클럽 선예매 안내]

- 위버스(Weverse)의 Red Velvet 공식 팬클럽 "ReVeluv" 멤버십(GL) 회원에 한하여 가능합니다.

- Red Velvet 공식 팬클럽 "ReVeluv" 멤버십(GL)의 가입자명과 예스24 티켓 예매자명, 실관람자명이 모두 일치해야 관람이 가능합니다.

- 본인의 부주의로 인한 멤버십 정보 노출 및 노출된 멤버십 정보로 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 일체 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

- Red Velvet 공식 팬클럽 "ReVeluv" 멤버십(GL) 가입 관련 문의사항은 위버스(//www.weverse.io)를 통해 확인 부탁드립니다.

* STEP 1. 팬클럽 선예매 사전 신청 (Weverse)

- 신청 기간: 2025년 9월 3일 (수) 2PM ~ 9월 4일 (목) 11:59:59PM (KST)

- 신청 대상: Red Velvet 공식 팬클럽 “ReVeluv” 멤버십(GL)회원

* STEP 2. 팬클럽 선예매 사전 인증 (예스24 티켓)

- 인증 기간: 2025년 9월 8일 (월) 12PM ~ 9월 9일 (화) 5:59:59PM (KST)

- 인증 방법: “팬클럽 선예매 사전 신청” 기간 내 선예매 사전 신청을 완료하신 분들에 한해 예스24 티켓 “2025 JOY FANMEETING [Unmelting Our Green]” 예매 페이지에서 팬클럽 선예매 별도 인증 진행

① ”예스24 티켓” 사이트에 가입하신 후, 팬클럽 선예매 본인 인증 절차를 진행할 수 있습니다.

※ 단, 예스24 가입자 정보와 사전 신청 회원 정보가 동일해야 합니다.

② 예스24 티켓에서 선예매 인증을 받을 때에는 Red Velvet 공식 팬클럽 “ReVeluv” 멤버십(GL) 회원 정보(이름/멤버십 번호)와 동일하게 입력해야 인증이 가능합니다. (대소문자 및 띄어쓰기도 동일하게 작성)

※ 인증 기간 내 예스24 티켓 사이트에서 선예매 사전 인증을 완료하지 않을 경우에는 선예매 사전 신청을 하셨더라도 선예매 참여는 불가하오니 주의 바랍니다.

- 사전 인증 오류 발생 시 예스24 티켓 고객센터(1544-6399)로 문의해주시기 바랍니다.

* STEP 3. 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 오픈

- 선예매 일정: 2025년 9월 9일 (화) 8PM ~ 11:59:59PM (KST)

- 참여 대상 : Red Velvet 공식 팬클럽 "ReVeluv" 멤버십(GL) 회원 인증 완료자 (1인 1매)

└ 9월 9일 (화) 5:59:59PM (KST)까지 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료하신 분

- 국문 예매 페이지에서 인증을 진행했을 경우, 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 인증을 진행했을 경우, 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 사전 인증을 완료하였더라도 팬클럽 선예매 기간이 지난 후에는 일반예매로만 티켓 구매가 가능하니 사전 인증 및 선예매 기간을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 해당 기간 내에 인증 및 예매를 하지 않아 발생하는 피해에 대한 책임은 전적으로 당사자에게 있으며 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 그 어떠한 책임이 없음을 알려드립니다.

[일반예매 안내]

- 일반예매 일정: 2025년 9월 10일 (수) 8PM (KST) ~

- 일반예매는 1인 1매까지 가능합니다. (팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)

- 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 시 매진될 경우 일반예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.

[휠체어석 예매 안내]

- 팬클럽 선예매: 2025년 9월 9일 (화) 10AM ~ 5:59:59PM (KST) 

- 일반예매: 2025년 9월 10일 (수) 10AM (KST) ~ 

- 전화 예매(예스24 티켓 고객센터: 1544-6399)만 가능하며, 팬클럽 선예매 시더라도 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.

- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다.

- 휠체어석 티켓은 당일 현장수령만 가능하며, 장애인 등록증 또는, 복지카드 등의 본인 확인 후, 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 구매자는 ReVeluv 모바일 회원카드를 지참하셔야 하며, 동반자가 직계가족이 아닐 경우에는 동반자의 ReVeluv 회원 유무 확인 후, 티켓 수령이 가능합니다.

- 동반인이 직계가족일 경우 가족관계증명서, 예매자 실물 신분증, 보호자 실물 신분증을 모두 확인 후 티켓 수령이 가능합니다.

- 예스24 티켓 고객센터 운영 시간은 평일 9AM~6PM, 토요일 9AM~5PM이며, 일요일 및 공휴일 휴무입니다.

[Ticket Sale]

1. Registration Period for Fan club Pre-Sale: September 3, 2025 (Wed) 2PM ~ September 4, 2025 (Thu) 11:59:59PM (KST)

2. Verification Period for Fan club Pre-Sale: September 8, 2025 (Mon) 12PM ~ September 9, 2025 (Tue) 5:59:59PM (KST)

3. Fan club Pre-Sale for Verified Fan club Members: September 9, 2025 (Tue) 8PM ~ 11:59:59PM (KST)

4. General Sale: September 10, 2025 (Wed) 8PM (KST) ~

[Fan club Pre-Sale]

- It is available only for members of “ReVeluv” membership(GL), Weverse’s official Fan club of Red Velvet.

- You can watch the show only when the name of the “ReVeluv” membership(GL), official Fan club of Red Velvet, matches with the name of the person who purchased the ticket through YES24 Ticket, and the actual watcher.

- The presenting company and the official ticket site shall not be responsible for acts of other people who verified themselves with your membership information exposed due to your carelessness. Please be careful to manage your membership information.

- For questions related to joining the “ReVeluv” membership(GL), official Fan club of Red Velvet, please check with the Weverse (//www.weverse.io).

* STEP 1. Registration Process for Fan club Pre-Sale (Weverse)

- Registration Period : September 3, 2025 (Wed) 2PM ~ September 4, 2025 (Thu) 11:59:59PM (KST)

- Subject to registration: Red Velvet official Fan club “ReVeluv” membership(GL)

* STEP 2. Fan club Verification Process for Fan club Pre-Sale (YES24 Ticket)

- Verification Period: September 8, 2025 (Mon) 12PM ~ September 9 (Tue) 5:59:59PM (KST)

- Verification method: Only those who have completed the Pre-Sale registration within the "Fan club Registration Period" will be certified separately for Fan club Pre-Sale on the YES24 Ticket "2025 JOY FANMEETING [Unmelting Our Green]" reservation page.

① After signing up for the "YES24 Ticket" site, you can proceed with the Fan club pre-booking identity verification process.

※ However, YES24 Ticket account information and Pre-Sale registration in “ReVeluv” membership(GL) information must be the same.

② When receiving Pre-Sale verification from the YES24 Ticket, all the information (name/membership number) should match with Red Velvet official Fan club “ReVeluv” membership(GL) information to be authenticated (Including letter case and spacing)

※ Even if you apply in advance, participating in Pre-Sale is prohibited if the Pre-Sale verification is not complete.

- In case of any errors during the verification process, please contact YES24 Ticket Customer Center at 1:1 online inquiry.

* STEP 3. Fan club Pre-Sale

- Fan club Pre-Sale: September 9, 2025 (Tue) 8PM ~ 11:59:59PM (KST)

- Participants: Those who completed the verification process of “ReVeluv” membership(GL), Weverse’s official Fan club of Red Velvet (1 ticket per person per show)  

└ Those who have completed Fan club verification process by September 9 (Tue) 5:59:59PM (KST) 

- If the Fan club verification for Fan club Pre-Sale is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can purchase the ticket only through the Korean-language page. If the Fan club verification for Fan club Pre-Sale is conducted on the global page, you can purchase the ticket only through the global page.

- Even if you have completed the Fan club verification, you can only purchase tickets through general sales after the Fan club Pre-Sale period, so please check the Fan club verification and Fan club Pre-Sale period. We would like to inform you that the parties are solely responsible for the damage caused by failure to certify and book within the relevant period, and that the host, organizer, and ticket vendor of the show are not responsible for any damage.

[General Sale]

- General Sale: September 10, 2025 (Wed) 8PM (KST) ~

- You can only purchase 1 ticket per show (including the ticket purchased through the Fan club Pre-Sale).

- All remaining seats from the Fan club Pre-Sale will be opened for general sale. If the tickets are sold out during the Fan club Pre-Sale, there may be no seats available for general sale.

[Wheelchair Accessible Seats]

- Fan club Pre-Sale: September 9, 2025 (Tue) 10AM ~ 5:59:59PM (KST)

- General Sale: September 10, 2025 (Wed) 10AM (KST) ~ 

- Wheelchair accessible seats can only be reserved via YES24 Ticket Customer Center at 1:1 online inquiry, and up to two tickets can be reserved per person, including the person using the wheelchair and one companion. Please make sure to reserve for accompanying individuals in advance, as they must also have reservations to enter.

- You can only reserve wheelchair accessible seats only when the name of the person who reserve them is identical to the name in the disability register card(or welfare card). If you are not the person who reserve them, you and your companion will not be allowed to enter.

- You can receive your tickets for wheelchair accessible seats on-site on the show day after presenting the original copy of your eligible ID and disability register card(or welfare card). (Proxy receipt and transfer are not allowed.)

- When reserving wheelchair seats, if the reserver and companion are immediate family, bring a family relationship certificate. If not immediate family, confirm the companion's ReVeluv membership before ticket collection
