3. 참여방법 : 개인정보 제공 동의 및 이름 (ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] 회원정보와 동일한 이름)

- ’멤버십 선예매 서베이’ 기간 동안 서베이를 참여하지 않을 경우 ‘멤버십 인증’ 및 ‘멤버십 선예매’ 참여가 불가합니다.

- 서베이 신청 후 수정이 가능하며, 신청기간 내 재 수정이 가능합니다. 신청 기간 이후에는 수정이 불가하오니 신중히 작성해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 안내된 참여 기간 이후에는 선예매 참여 신청이 불가합니다. 일정을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 서베이를 통해 작성하신 정보와 YES24티켓 가입 회원 정보가 일치해야 합니다. 불일치할 경우 YES24티켓 선예매 및 당일 공연 입장이 제한될 수 있으니, 정확한 정보를 기재해 주시기 바랍니다.

■ 멤버십 선예매 인증 안내

1. ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] 회원에게만 선예매 혜택이 제공됩니다.

2. 인증 기간 : 2025년 5월 27일(화) 14:00(KST) ~ 29일(목) 23:59(KST)

3. 인증 방법 : 예매페이지 멤버십 인증창에 이메일 (ATEEZ OFFICIAL ID와 동일한 이메일), ATINY MEMBERSHIP 6자리 (ex. 123456) 입력

● ATINY MEMBERSHIP 번호는 ‘MY > 내 멤버십 > 디지털 멤버십 카드’ 클릭 시 확인 가능합니다.

-’멤버십 선예매 서베이’ 제출 시 기입한 정보, 대소문자, 띄어쓰기 등 모두 동일해야 ‘멤버십 인증’이 가능하며, 오타 및 잘못된 정보 기입 시 인증대상이 되지 않습니다. (ex. ATINY MEMBERSHIP 번호 6자리가 아닌 숫자, 띄어쓰기가 잘못된 이메일, 국문 or 영문이 아닌 다른 언어로 표기된 개인정보 등)

● 반드시  ATEEZ 2025 WORLD TOUR [IN YOUR FANTASY] IN INCHEON ‘멤버십 선예매 참여 신청 서베이’시 기입하는 정보와 YES24티켓 ‘멤버십 인증’시 기입하는 정보가 동일해야 하며, 두가지 중 하나라도 일치하지 않을 경우 인증이 불가하오니 이 점 유의 하시기 바랍니다.

- YES24티켓 ID 1개당 ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] 계정 1개만 인증할 수 있으며, 인증 완료 후에는 계정 변경 및 재인증은 불가합니다. (YES24티켓 회원 탈퇴를 해도 재인증 불가)

- 멤버십 인증 기간동안 회원 인증을 하지 않을 경우 선예매가 불가하며, 이후 오픈되는 일반 예매를 통해 티켓 예매가 가능합니다.

- 멤버십 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 멤버십 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 멤버십 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

- 한번 인증한 아이디는 재 로그인시 추가 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.

- 선예매는 공연 관람 당일까지 멤버십 자격을 유지하고 있어야 유효합니다. 선예매 신청이 확정된 멤버십은 결제 취소 및 환불이 불가합니다.

- 본인의 부주의로 인한 인증 정보 노출 및 노출된 인증 정보로 타인이 멤버십 인증을 받는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 일체 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

■ 멤버십 선예매 안내

■ 휠체어석 예매 안내

 · 휠체어석은 전화예매만 가능하며, YES24티켓 고객센터 (1544-6399 / 운영시간 평일 9:00(KST)- 18:00(KST), 토요일 9:00(KST) - 17:00(KST), 일요일/공휴일 휴무) 를 통해 예매하실 수 있습니다.

 · 휠체어석은 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회당 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. 동반인도 티켓을 구매하셔야 입장 가능하므로

반드시 사전에 티켓을 예매해 주시기 바랍니다

 · 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 or 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매가 가능하며, 본인이 아닐경우 예매자 및 보호자 모두 입장이 불가합니다.

 · 휠체어석은 공연당일 현장에서 본인 확인 + 장애인 등록증 or 복지카드 확인 후 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다.

티켓 수령을 위해 예매자 본인의 실물 신분증 및 장애인등록증 or 복지카드를 반드시 지참해야 하며, 미지참 시 티켓수령 및 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다.

 · 선예매로 예매한 훨체어석의 경우 멤버십 확인 후 수령 가능합니다.

 · 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 이용 가능하며, 장애인 등록증 or 복지카드를 소지하고 있더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 이용이 불가합니다.

■ 예매 유의 사항

※ 예매를 위해 YES24 티켓(//ticket.yes24.com)에 가입이 되어 있어야 하며, 본인인증(휴대폰 또는 I-PIN인증)을 한 경우에만 예매 가능합니다. 본인 인증 후 로그아웃 → 재로그인을 하지 않으면 반영이 되지 않으니 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.

※ 본 공연은 공식 예매처인 YES24티켓에서만 예매가 가능합니다.

※ 본 공연은 공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위해 초기 예매분은 일괄배송 방식으로 운영되오니 티켓 구매 전 배송 주소지가 정확한지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 

※ 티켓 일괄 배송은 2025년 6월 11일(수)부터 순차적으로 시작됩니다.

●  You may edit your survey responses after submission during the application period. However, no changes will be allowed once the period ends, so please fill it out carefully.

●  Participation in the presale application will not be possible after the designated period, so please double-check the schedule.

●  The information you provide in the survey must match your YES24 ticket account information. If the information does not match, you may be restricted from membership presale and entry on the day of the show. Please make sure to enter accurate details.

■ Membership Presale Verification Guide

1. Only ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] members are eligible for membership presale benefits.

2. Verification Period: May 27, 2025 (Tue) 2:00 PM (KST) - May 29 (Thu) 11:59 PM (KST)

3. Verification Method: Enter your email (same as your ATEEZ OFFICIAL ID) and 6-digit ATINY MEMBERSHIP number (ex. 123456) in the Membership Verification section on the reservation page.

  You can find your ATINY MEMBERSHIP number by clicking ‘MY > My Membership > Digital Membership Card’.

● The information submitted in the ‘Membership Presale Survey’ must exactly match the information used for ‘Membership Verification’ including case, spacing, etc. Verification will fail if there are typos or incorrect entries (e.g., using more or less than 6 digits for the membership number, incorrect email format, or using a language other than Korean/English).

  The information you enter in the ‘Membership Presale Survey’ for ATEEZ 2025 WORLD TOUR [IN YOUR FANTASY] IN INCHEON must exactly match the information entered during YES24 ticket ‘Membership Verification’. If even one detail does not match, verification will not be possible, so please be cautious.

●  Only one ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] account can be verified per YES24 ticket ID. Once verified, you cannot change the account or re-verify. (Even if you delete your YES24 account, re-verification will not be possible.)

●  If you do not complete membership verification during the verification period, you will not be able to participate in the presale. You can still purchase tickets during the general sale.

●  If you complete verification on the Korean ticketing page, you can only access the membership presale through the Korean page. If done on the global page, you must use the global page for presale.

●  Once an account is verified, no additional verification is needed when logging in again.

●  You must maintain your membership status until the day of the concert for your presale to remain valid. Memberships confirmed for presale are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

●  Please be sure to manage your membership information with care. The concert organizer, promoter, and ticketing platform cannot take responsibility for any issues that may arise from the mishandling of personal information or the use of your verification details by a third party.

■ Membership Presale Information

1. Presale Period: May 29, 2025 (Thu) 8:00 PM - 11:59 PM (KST)

○ Ticket Limit: 1 ticket per person per show

  · Membership presale is available only through the YES24 Ticket page to users who have completed ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] verification during the designated period.

  · Please make sure your membership verification is completed before proceeding with presale.

  · You must complete both ① the Membership Presale Participation Survey on TOKTOQ and ② Membership Verification on YES24 during the designated period.

  · If you join the official membership but do not complete both the ‘Membership Presale Survey’ and ‘Membership Verification,’ you will not be eligible for the ATEEZ 2025 WORLD TOUR [IN YOUR FANTASY] IN INCHEON membership presale.

  · Members who purchase tickets during the membership presale may purchase additional tickets during the general sale within the ticket limit.

  · Even if you complete the verification, once the presale period ends, only general ticketing will be available. Please check the presale and verification periods carefully.

  · No ticket-related actions, other than cancellations, will be allowed between the end of the membership presale and the start of general sales.

  To proceed with verification and presale for this concert, the ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] membership information will be used as outlined below and will not be used for any other purpose:

■ General Sale Information

○  General sale will open for remaining seats after the presale ends. If tickets sell out during presale, general sales may be unavailable.

■ Wheelchair-Accessible Seat Reservations

●  Membership Presale Period: May 30, 2025 (Fri) from 9:00 AM-14:00PM (KST)

●  General Sale Period: June 2, 2025 (Mon) 8:00 PM (KST) ~

  · Reservations are only available by phone through the YES24 Ticket Customer Center (☎ 1544-6399).

  · Up to 2 tickets per show may be reserved-1 for the wheelchair user and 1 for an accompanying person. The companion must also have a ticket to enter, so please secure both tickets in advance.

  · Reservations are only valid if the name on the disability registration certificate or welfare card matches the name of the person booking the ticket.  If the names do not match, entry will be denied for both parties. 

  · Tickets can be collected on-site on the day of the performance, after verifying your ID and disability registration certificate or welfare card.   

  · Please bring a valid photo ID and the original disability registration certificate/welfare card. If these are not presented, tickets cannot be collected, and the wheelchair seat will not be available.

  · Wheelchair seats are designated spaces without chairs and are only available to those who use wheelchairs. Even if you hold a valid certificate, you cannot use these seats if you do not use a wheelchair.

  · Wheelchair seats booked through the presale can be collected after membership verification. 

■ Important Notes for Ticket Reservation

※ You must be a registered on YES24 Ticket (//ticket.yes24.com) and complete identity verification (via mobile phone or I-PIN) to reserve tickets. After verification, log out and log in again to ensure the changes are applied.

※ tickets are only available via the official YES24 Ticket platform.

※ To reduce congestion on the concert day, initial ticket batches will be shipped in advance. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your purchase.

※ Ticket shipment begins sequentially from June 11, 2025 (Wed).

※ Tickets purchased through the global page must be picked up on-site after ID verification. Use your name exactly as shown on your passport.

※ Lost or damaged tickets-including those sent by mail-cannot be reissued or refunded. You cannot enter the venue without a ticket, so store them safely. 

※ Tickets purchased outside of the official platform are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any issues arising from this are the buyer’s sole responsibility. The organizers, promoters, and ticketing service are not liable. 

※ Illegally traded tickets will be canceled without notice. Entry will be denied even with a physical ticket.
