▶ 팬클럽 선예매 안내

1) 팬클럽 선예매 신청자 “YES24 티켓” 팬클럽 인증 기간

- 선예매 인증: 2025년 5월 2일(금) 14:00~5월 9일(금) 23:59(KST)

- 인증 방법: BAEKHYUN 위버스(Weverse) 공식 팬클럽 “BAEKHYUN 1ST MEMBERSHIP” 가입자에 한해 [타이틀] 상세페이지에서 팬클럽 선예매 별도 인증 진행

① ”YES24 티켓” 사이트에 가입하신 후, 팬클럽 선예매 본인 인증 절차를 진행할 수 있습니다.

단, YES24 티켓 가입자 정보와 팬클럽 가입 회원 정보가 동일해야 합니다.

② YES24 티켓에서 선예매 인증을 받을 때에는 백현 공식 팬클럽 “BAEKHYUN 1ST MEMBERSHIP” 멤버십 (GL) 회원 정보(성함/멤버쉽고유번호)와 동일하게 입력해야 인증이 가능합니다. (대소문자 및 띄어쓰기도 동일하게 작성)

 ※ YES24 티켓 사이트에서 선예매 사전 인증을 완료하지 않을 경우에는 선예매 참여는 불가하오니 주의 바랍니다.

※ 인증 완료 후에는 계정 변경 및 재인증은 불가하며, YES24 티켓 회원 탈퇴 시에도 재인증은 불가합니다.

2) 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 오픈

- 예매 일정: 2025년 5월 8일(목) 20:00~5월 9일(금) 23:59(KST)

- 팬클럽 선예매 인증을 완료한 분에 한해 회차 당 1인 1매만 예매 가능합니다.

※ 팬클럽 사전 인증을 국문 예매페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

▶ 일반 예매 안내

- 일반 예매 오픈: 2025년 5월 12일(월) 19:00~(KST)

- 일반 예매는 선예매 매수를 포함하여 회차 당 1인 1매까지 가능합니다. 

※ 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한 해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 시 티켓이 매진될 경우, 일반 예매 오픈시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.

▶ 휠체어석 예매 안내

- 팬클럽 선예매 오픈: 2025년 5월 9일(금) 10:00~18:00(KST)

- 일반 예매 티켓 오픈: 2025년 5월 13일(화) 10:00~(KST)

- 휠체어석은 전화예매(YES24 티켓 고객센터 1544-6399 / 운영시간 평일 9:00~18:00(KST) / 토요일 9:00~17:00(KST))만 가능하며, 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 총 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.

- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드와 신분증 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다.

- 휠체어석(장애인석)은 당일 현장에서 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드), 예매내역 확인 등의 본인확인 후, 티켓 수령이 가능합니다. 티켓 수령을 위해 예매자 본인의 실물 신분증 및 장애인 등록증 (또는 복지카드)을 반드시 지참해주시기 바라며, 미지참 시 티켓 수령 및 휠체어석 이용이 어렵습니다.

- 티켓 수령 운영시간 내에 티켓을 수령하지 않거나 티켓 수령자가 참여자 본인이 아닐 경우에는 티켓 수령 및 입장이 불가하여 이로 인한 환불 처리는 되지 않으니 유의하시기 바랍니다.

[VIP석 안내]

- VIP석 관객은 본 공연 관람 전 사운드체크 이벤트에 참석 가능한 좌석으로, 얼리엔트리(조기 입장) 혜택이 주어집니다.

* 사운드체크 이벤트는 현장 상황에 따라 예정 시간보다 관람시간이 지연될 수 있습니다.

- VIP석 관객은 본 공연 전 미리 입장하여 사운드체크 이벤트 관람 후 퇴장하고, 공연 시작 1시간 30분 전부터 재 입장하여 본 공연을 관람하실 수 있습니다. 

- 개인적인 사정으로 사운드체크 이벤트에 참석하지 못하시더라도 부분 환불은 불가하므로 예매 시 유의해주시기 바랍니다. (현장 상황에 따라 입장 시간은 변동될 수 있습니다.)

[예매 시 유의사항]

※ 본 공연 티켓은 카드형 티켓으로 진행됩니다.

※ 순수 관람 목적이 아닌 재판매, 불법거래에 의한 관객분들의 피해를 방지하고자 결제 시 무통장 입금을 제한하며, 이는 팬클럽 선예매, 일반 예매 동일하게 적용됩니다.

[Sale Information]

▶ Fanclub Pre-sale Information

1) “YES24 Ticket” Fanclub Verification Period for fan club pre-sale purchasers

- Fanclub Verification Period: May 2, 2025 (Fri) 14:00(KST)~May 9, 2025 (Fri) 23:59(KST)

- How to verify: Only the members of BAEKHYUN’s Official Fan Club “BAEKHYUN 1ST MEMBERSHIP” will be able to verify separately on YES24 Ticket’s product page for Fan Club Pre-sale.

① You can proceed with the Fan Club pre-sale verification process after registering on the “YES24 Ticket” website. However, your YES24 Ticket account information and Fan Club membership information must match.

② When getting verified for pre-sale on YES24 Ticket, you must enter the same membership (GL) information (name/membership number) as the one on BAEKHYUN’s Official Fan Club “BAEKHYUN 1ST MEMBERSHIP” (including the capitalization and spacing)

 ※ Please note that you cannot participate in the Fanclub Pre-sale if you do not complete the pre-verification on the YES24 Ticket website.

※ Once the verification is completed, you cannot change your account or re-verify, and you cannot re-verify even if you unregister from YES24 Tickets.

2) Fan Club Pre-sales 

- Fanclub Pre-sale: May 8, 2025 (Thu) 20:00(KST)~May 9, 2025 (Fri) 23:59(KST)

- Only 1 ticket can be purchased per show per person who completed the Fan Club pre-sale verification.

※ If the fanclub verification is conducted on the Korean-language page, you can purchase the ticket only through the Korean-language page. If the fanclub verification is conducted on the global page, you can purchase the ticket only through the global page.

▶ General Ticket Sale

- Ticket Open: May 12, 2025 (Mon) 20:00(KST)~

- You may purchase up to 1 tickets per person per show, including those you purchased during the Fan Club pre-sale.

※ General sales will open for the remaining seats after the Fan Club Pre-sale. However, if all seats sell out during the pre-sale, general sales may not be available.

▶ Wheelchair Seat Reservation

- Fanclub Pre-sale period: May 9, 2025 (Fri) 10:00~18:00(KST)

- General Sale period for Wheelchair Seats: May 13, 2025 (Tue) 10:00(KST)~

- Wheelchair seat tickets are only available for purchase by phone call (YES24 Customer Service: 1544-6399 / Hours of Operation: 9:00 ? 18:00(KST) weekdays / 9:00 ? 17:00(KST) Saturdays) and are limited to 2 tickets for you and one companion.

- Wheelchair seats can only be reserved if the name on the disability registration card or welfare card matches the 'reserver's name.' If it is not the same person, neither the reserver nor the guardian will be allowed entry.

- Wheelchair seat (accessible seat) tickets can be picked up at the venue on the day of the performance after the ticket holder’s identity is verified with a Disability Registration Card (or Welfare Card) and the ticket reservation confirmation. Please make sure to bring your physical ID card and Disability Registration Card (or Welfare Card) to pick up your tickets; otherwise, you will be unable to collect the tickets or use the wheelchair seats.

- If you do not pick up your ticket within the ticket booth operating hours or if the ticket recipient is not the person who made the reservation, you will not be able to pick up your ticket or attend the event, and refunds will not be issued.

[VIP Seat Information]

- VIP seat holders are entitled to seats for the soundcheck event before the main show, with the benefit of early entry.

* The soundcheck event may extend the viewing time slightly beyond the scheduled duration.

- People who have reserved VIP seat can enter in advance before the main show begins, watch the soundcheck event, exit afterward, and re-enter 1 hour and 30 minutes before the show to watch the main event.

- Please note that partial refunds are not possible if you cannot attend the soundcheck event due to personal reasons. Be mindful of this when making your reservation. (Entry times may vary depending on on-site conditions.)

[Reservation Guidelines]

※ Tickets for this show will be card-type tickets.

※ To prevent harm to audiences due to resale and illegal transactions, bank transfers will be restricted during payment. This restriction applies equally to both Fanclub pre-sale and general sale.

※ This event is exclusively sold through YES24 Ticket. The organizers, sponsors, and ticket vendors are not responsible for any issues arising from tickets purchased or acquired through unauthorized channels. In cases of attempting to reserve through fraudulent or abnormal methods, or any reservation deemed to be illegitimate, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice, and legal action may be taken. In such cases, ticket refunds will not be possible, so please exercise caution.

※ 2025 BAEKHYUN WORLD TOUR in SEOUL will be held both in-person and online. Further information regarding online live streaming ticket purchase will be announced later. 

※ For this show, offline show and online streaming will be conducted simultaneously, and the portraits of the audience may be filmed or exposed on the relay screen. We kindly request that you confirm and agree to these terms before purchasing tickets. Please be aware that tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for reasons related to the above circumstances after purchase.
