* GAZE석은 본 공연 관람 전 사운드체크 이벤트에 참석 가능한 좌석입니다.
* GAZE석을 예매한 관객분께서는 본 공연 입장 시작 전, 미리 입장하여 사운드 체크 이벤트 관람 후 퇴장 없이 본 공연까지 관람하실 수 있습니다.
* GAZE석은 공연 시작 약 2시간 30분 전부터 입장이 시작될 예정으로, 개인적인 사정으로 사운드 체크 이벤트에 참석하지 못하시더라도 부분 환불은 불가하므로 예매 시 유의해주시기 바랍니다. (현장 상황에 따라 입장 시간은 변동될 수 있습니다.)
2. 예매 안내
[팬클럽 선예매 안내]
1) 팬클럽 선예매 신청자 “YES24 티켓” 팬클럽 인증 기간
- 인증 기간: 2025년 3월 14일(금) 11AM(KST) ~ 2025년 3월 17일(월) 11:59PM(KST)
- 인증 방법: 태민 공식 팬클럽 “TAEMate(탬메이트) 1기” 가입자에 한해 YES24 티켓 “TAEMate(탬메이트) 1기” 상품 페이지에서 팬클럽 선예매 별도 인증 진행
① ”YES24 티켓” 사이트에 가입하신 후, 팬클럽 선예매 본인 인증 절차를 진행할 수 있습니다.
단, YES24 티켓 가입자 정보와 팬클럽 가입 회원 정보가 동일해야 합니다.
② YES24 티켓에서 선예매 인증을 받을 때에는 태민 공식 팬클럽 “TAEMate(탬메이트) 1기” 멤버십 (GL) 회원 정보(멤버쉽고유번호/성함)와 동일하게 입력해야 인증이 가능합니다. (대소문자 및 띄어쓰기도 동일하게 작성)
※ YES24 티켓 사이트에서 선예매 사전 인증을 완료하지 않을 경우에는 선예매 참여는 불가하오니 주의 바랍니다.
※ 인증 완료 후에는 계정 변경 및 재인증은 불가하며, YES24 티켓 회원 탈퇴 시에도 재인증은 불가합니다.
2) 팬클럽 선예매 티켓오픈
- 예매 일정: 2025년 3월 17일(월) 8PM(KST) ~ 11:59PM(KST)
- 팬클럽 선예매 인증을 완료한 분에 한해 회차당 1인 1매만 예매 가능합니다.
- 팬클럽 인증을 진행한 페이지에서만 팬클럽 선예매가 가능합니다.
※ 국문 예매 페이지에서 인증을 진행했을 경우, 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며
글로벌 예매 페이지에서 인증을 진행했을 경우, 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.
[일반 예매 안내]
- 예매 일정: 2025년 3월 19일(수) 8PM(KST) ~
- 일반 예매는 선예매 매수를 포함하여 회차당 1인 2매까지 가능합니다.
- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한 해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 시 매진될 경우 일반 예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.
[휠체어석 예매 안내]
- 예매 일정: 2025년 3월 20일(목) 11AM(KST) ~
- 휠체어석은 전화 예매(YES24 티켓 고객센터 1544-6399 / 운영시간 평일 9AM ~ 6PM(KST) / 토요일 9AM ~ 5PM(KST))만 가능하며, 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 총 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.
- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드와 신분증 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다.
- 휠체어석(장애인석)은 당일 현장에서 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드), 예매내역 확인 등의 본인확인 후, 티켓 수령이 가능합니다. 티켓 수령을 위해 예매자 본인의 실물 신분증 및 장애인 등록증 (또는 복지카드)을 반드시 지참해주시기 바라며, 미지참시 티켓 수령 및 휠체어석 이용이 어렵습니다.
- 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 이용 가능하며, 동반인에게는 간이의자가 준비될 예정입니다. 현장에는 별도의 휠체어 대여 시스템을 운영하지않습니다.

- Attendee Age: 8 years old and above (preschool children not allowed)
* Ticket sales information for online live streaming will be announced separately at a later date.
* For both the Fan Club Pre-sale and the General Sale, the deadline for bank transfer is 11:59:59 PM (KST) on the day of the purchase. Your tickets will be canceled if the payment is not made in time.
※ GAZE Seats Information
* GAZE seat ticket holders are able to attend the soundcheck event before the main performance.
* GAZE seat ticket holders can enter the venue before the main performance begins, attend the sound check event, and stay for the main performance without leaving the venue.
* GAZE seat admissions will begin approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes prior to the performance. Please note that partial refunds are not available even if you are unable to attend the soundcheck event due to personal reasons. (The admission time is subject to change depending on site conditions.)
2. Sale Information
[Fan Club Pre-sale Information]
1) “YES24 Ticket” fan club verification period for fan club pre-sale purchasers
- Verification Period: March 14, 2025 (FRI) 11 AM (KST) - March 17, 2025 (MON) 11:59 PM (KST)
- How to verify: Only the members of TAEMIN’s Official Fan Club “TAEMate 1st Generation”
will be able to verify separately on YES24 Ticket’s product page for Fan Club Pre-sale
① You can proceed with the Fan Club pre-sale verification process after registering on the “YES24 Ticket” website.
However, your YES24 Ticket account information and Fan Club membership information must match.
② When getting verified for pre-sale on YES24 Ticket, you must enter the same membership (GL) information (membership number/name) as the one on TAEMIN's Official Fan Club “TAEMate 1st Generation” (including the capitalization and spacing)
※ Please note that you cannot participate in the pre-sale if you do not complete the pre-verification on the YES24 Ticket website.
※ Once the verification is completed, you cannot change your account or re-verify, and you cannot re-verify even if you unregister from YES24 Tickets.
2) Fan Club Pre-sales
- Pre-sale Period: March 17, 2025 (MON) 8 PM (KST) - 11:59 PM (KST)
- Only one ticket can be purchased per session per person who completed the Fan Club pre-sale verification.
- Fan Club pre-salle is only available on the page where you have completed the Fan Club verification.
※ If you verified on the Korean ticketing page, you can purchase tickets only on the Korean ticketing page.
If you verified on the Global ticketing page, you can purchase tickets only on the Global ticketing page.
[General Sale Information]
- Sale Period: from March 19, 2025 (WED) 8 PM (KST)
- You may purchase up to 2 tickets per person per session, including those you purchased during the Fan Club pre-sale.
- General sales will be open for the remaining seats after the Fan Club pre-sale, and if the seats are sold out during the pre-sale, there may be no seats available when the General Sale opens.
[Wheelchair Seat Sale Information]
- Sale Period: from March 20, 2025 (THU) 11 AM (KST)
- Wheelchair seat tickets are only available for purchase by phone (YES24 Customer Service 1544-6399 / Hours of Operation: 9 AM - 6 PM (KST) weekdays / 9 AM - 5 PM (KST) Saturdays) and are limited to 2 tickets for you and one companion.
- For wheelchair seats, the name on the Disability Registration Card or Welfare Card must match the ticket holder’s name; otherwise, both the ticket holder and the companion will not be admitted.
- Wheelchair seat (accessible seat) tickets can be picked up at the venue on the day of the performance after the ticket holder’s identity is verified with a Disability Registration Card (or Welfare Card) and the ticket reservation confirmation. Please make sure to bring your physical ID card and Disability Registration Card (or Welfare Card) to pick up your tickets; otherwise, you will be unable to collect the tickets or use the wheelchair seats.
- The wheelchair seats are chairless spaces and are only available for the attendees using wheelchairs, and a portable chair will be provided for companions. There will be no separate wheelchair rental system on site.
