2. 팬클럽 인증 진행 시 반드시 멤버십 가입자 본인 명의의 YES24 티켓 ID로 인증해주시기 바랍니다. 예매자 정보와 팬클럽 회원 정보가 일치하지 않을 경우, 인증이 불가합니다.
3. 팬클럽 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우, 국문 예매 페이지에서만 예매가 가능합니다.
4. 팬클럽 인증을 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 예매가 가능합니다
5. 하나의 팬클럽 ID로 YES24 티켓 ID의 팬클럽 인증은 1개만 가능하며, 중복 인증은 불가합니다
6. 팬클럽 인증을 완료한 YES24 티켓 ID는 재로그인 시 재인증을 진행하지 않아도 됩니다. 인증을 완료한 정보는 수정, 취소 및 재사용이 불가하며 YES24 회원 탈퇴를 해도 해당 정보로는 재인증이 불가합니다.
7. 본인의 부주의로 인해 노출된 개인정보로 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받거나 예매하는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 일체 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.
8. 팬클럽 인증 오류 발생 시 YES24 티켓 고객 센터 (1544-6399)로 문의해주시기 바랍니다.
1. 일반예매는 선예매 예매 매수 포함, 회차당 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.
2. 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매에서 전 좌석 매진이 될 경우 일반 예매 오픈 시 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.
1. 휠체어석 구매는 2025년 2월 18일(화) 오전 10시부터 YES24 고객센터(1544-6399)를 통해 전화예매만 가능합니다.
2. 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 구매 가능한 좌석이며, 동반 1인 포함 총 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.
3. 공연 당일 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)과 본인 신분증 (실물) 확인 후 티켓 수령이 이루어지며, 미 지참시 예매자 및 동반 1인도 입장이 불가합니다.
4. 지정된 증빙 미지참에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며 확인 불가 사유로 인한 티켓은 당일 환불이 불가합니다.
5. 휠체어석 예매티켓은 현장수령만 가능하며 구매자 본인 티켓 수령을 원칙으로 하고 있습니다. (*대리 수령 및 양도는 불가합니다.)

1. Fanclub member prices apply only during the pre-sale period.
2. Fanclub Presale purchases are limited to 1 ticket per person per show.
3. The Fanclub Presale is exclusive to the NEX2Y 1st generation members, and only those who have completed the NEX2Y 1st generation membership verification on the reservation page within the specified period can purchase Fanclub Presale tickets.
4. All seats will be open to reservations during the Fanclub Presale.

1. Fanclub Presale verification can be conducted using your 11-digit NEX2Y 1st generation membership number + email address provided at signup. (ex. T2405200821 / nexz@nex2y.com)
2. When proceeding with your Fanclub verification, please use a YES24 Ticket ID under your own name. If the reservation account information does not match with the Fanclub membership information, verification will not be possible.
3. If the Fanclub verification was conducted on the Korean Reservation Page, tickets may only be reserved on the Korean Reservation Page.
4. If the Fanclub verification was conducted on the Global Reservation Page, tickets may only be reserved on the Global Reservation Page.
5. Only 1 YES24 Ticket ID may be verified with 1 Fanclub ID, and duplicated verification is not possible.
6. YES24 Ticket IDs that have completed Fanclub verification do not require re-verification at re-login. Verified information cannot be modified, cancelled, or reused. Re-verification is not possible with information that has already gone through verification even if you cancel your YES24 membership.
7. The event organizer/sponsor and ticketing agency are not responsible for any damages from exposure of your personal information caused by your own negligence-such as others proceeding with Fanclub verification or making reservations using said personal information-so please take precautions in managing your own membership information.
8. If you encounter a Fanclub verification error, please contact the YES24 Ticket Customer Service Center (1544-6399).

2. General Sales are limited to the remaining seats after the Fanclub Presale. If all seats are sold out during the Fanclub Presale, there may not be any seats available for reservation when the General Sales opens.

1. Wheelchair Seats can only be reserved via phone reservations through the YES24 Customer Service Center (1544-6399) from 10:00 AM on (Tue) February 18, 2025.
(*Customer Service Center Operating Hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM / Saturdays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Closed on Sundays and public holidays)
2. Only wheelchair users can purchase tickets for these seats, and up to 2 tickets may be reserved to include 1 accompanying person.
3. Tickets will be picked up onsite after verifying the disability registration card (or welfare card) with the ticket holder’s (physical) ID on the day of the event. If these are not presented, both the ticket holder and 1 accompanying person will not be allowed entry.
4. Responsibility for failure to provide the required documentation lies solely on the ticket holder, and tickets cannot be refunded due to any resulting verification failures on the day of the event.
5. Wheelchair Seat tickets can only be picked up onsite, and the ticket holder must pick up the ticket in person. (*Receipt by proxy and/or transfer is not permitted.)
