주의사항
* 가입정보
- Villains 2기 회원 카드에는 YES24 ID 명의자의 이름, 생년월일이 프린팅 될 예정이니 반드시 가입자 본인 명의의 ID로 가입하셔야 합니다.
- 본인 명의로 가입이 어려울 경우에는 가족 명의로도 가입 가능하나, 일부 오프라인 행사 및 이벤트 등의 활동에 제약이 있을 수 있으며, 인정되는 경우에도 본인 확인 시 가족관계 증명서 및 참여자 본인의 신분증을 지참하셔야 하는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
- YES24 글로벌 웹사이트에서 가입 시, 본인 이름과 배송지 정보를 영문으로 띄어쓰기에 유의하여 작성해주시기 바랍니다. 영문으로 입력하지 않으시면, 회원 카드 및 SPECIAL KIT가 배송될 수 없으니 주의하시기 바랍니다.
- 회원 카드 및 SPECIAL KIT는 팬클럽(멤버십) 회원에게만 제공되는 혜택이므로, 타인 양도 및 판매가 불가합니다. 적발되는 즉시 양도자와 양수자 모두 팬클럽(멤버십) 명단에서 제외될 수 있으며, 팬클럽(멤버십) 가입 혜택을 받으실 수 없습니다.
* 배송
- Villains 2기 회원 카드 및 SPECIAL KIT 배송 일정은 모집 마감 후 추후 공지될 예정입니다.
- 반드시 사전에 본인의 YES24 회원 정보, 배송지 정보를 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 글로벌 배송은 업체의 정책상 국가 재난 상황이나 전쟁/분쟁 중인 지역으로는 Villains 2기 회원 카드 및 SPECIAL KIT의 배송이 불가하며, 국가별 수입 관세 정책에 따라 가입자에게 관세를 부과할 수 있습니다.
- 배송지 변경 관련 문의는 YES24 고객센터로 부탁드립니다.
- 배송비는 별도이며, 도서 산간 지역 및 해외는 지역에 따른 추가 배송비가 발생합니다.
- 수취인의 부재, 주소 불분명, 잘못된 정보 기입 등의 가입자 부주의로 인해 반송 혹은 분실된 회원 카드 및 SPECIAL KIT는 재발송이 불가하니, 배송지 입력 시 반드시 수령이 가능한 주소로 입력해주시기 바랍니다.
* FANS 인증
- Villains 2기 혜택을 위한 Xdinary Heroes FANS에서의 “공식 팬클럽(멤버십) 인증”은 개별적으로 진행해 주셔야 하며, YES24 예매 내역과 정보가 일치할 경우 자동으로 인증이 완료됩니다. (*영문 대/소문자 및 띄어쓰기 확인 필수)
- 성명/예매번호 중 하나라도 일치하지 않을 경우 팬클럽(멤버십) 인증이 되지 않으니 반드시 가입 전 YES24 개인 정보를 한 번 더 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
- Xdinary Heroes FANS 가입 후 E-mail 주소 변경 불가하며, 한번 사용하신 ID로는 재가입 불가합니다.
- 자세한 공식 팬클럽(멤버십) 인증 절차의 기간 및 방법은 모집 마감 후 Xdinary Heroes FANS를 통해 별도 안내 예정입니다.
* 기타
- Villains 2기 활동 종료 전 YES24 사이트를 탈퇴할 경우 팬클럽(멤버십) 혜택을 받지 못하실 수 있습니다.
- 이외 팬클럽(멤버십) 관련 문의사항은 YES24 고객센터 (1544-6399) 및 fan@jype.com를 통해 부탁드리며, 가입 및 입금 확인에 대한 내용과 공지에 나와 있는 내용에 대해서는 답변 드리지 않습니다.

* For providing the benefits of Xdinary Heroes 2nd, personal information that entered when you signed up may be provided to third parties.
Notice
* Registration information
- Name and Date of Birth will be printed on the Official Membership Card, so it is mandatory to register on YES24 with one’s own name. (Name written on one’s ID card)
- You may sign up under the name of a family member if you are unable to sign up under your own name, but there may be restrictions on participating in offline events, and even if it is recognized, you must provide your family relationship certificate and your ID.
- When registering YES24 Global Website, be aware of misspellings or spacing of name and shipping information. Those must be written in English. If not, Membership Card and SPECIAL KIT can not be delivered.
- As the Membership Card and SPECIAL KIT are benefits offered solely to the Official Fan Club Members, it is prohibited to transfer or sell them to others. Those who are caught can be excluded from the Fan Club Roster immediately and will not be able to receive the Membership Benefits.
* Delivery
- The shipping period of Membership Card and SPECIAL KIT for Villains 2nd will be announced separately.
- Please check your YES24 membership information and shipping address in advance.
- Due to our international shipping company's policies, we are not able to ship Membership Card and SPECIAL KIT for Villains 2nd to conflict-affected areas or countries in crisis. Depending on each country's customs duty policy, you may be charged customs duty.
- Shipping address can be modified only during the Recruitment Period. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact YES24.
- The delivery charges are separate, and additional fees will be charged to overseas countries at a local rate.
- The Membership Card and SPECIAL KIT that are returned due to your negligence, such as the absence of recipients and unclear addresses, will not be re-shipped. Please make sure that you enter a valid address where you can receive the Card and Kit.
- The reissuance or redelivery is impossible when the Membership Card and SPECIAL KIT are lost due to member’s mistake or misinformation.
* FANS verification
- Please go through the Official Fan Club verification procedure on Xdinary Heroes FANS individually. If the information completely matches the YES24 reservation history, the verification will be completed automatically. (*Please check the spacing of the information)
- If any of the following information (Name/Reservation=Confirmation Number) does not match the YES24 reservation history (in English), Official Fan Club verification will not be processed.
- Please be careful as one cannot change Email Address after the joining Xdinary Heroes FANS, and it’s not possible to rejoin with the used-ID.
- The Official Fan Club verification procedure period will be announced separately.
* Others
- Please be careful as one cannot receive the benefits if one deletes YES24 account before the Villains 2nd Membership Term is over.
