- 팬클럽 선예매는 ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] MEMBERSHIP 구매자 중 ‘팬클럽 선예매 서베이’ 작성과 YES24 티켓 내 ‘팬클럽 인증’을 마친 분에 한하여 선예매가 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 진행 전 반드시 기간 내 ① 팬클럽 선예매 참여 신청 TOKTOQ 서베이 작성 ② YES24 티켓 내 팬클럽 인증을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 공식 팬클럽 가입 후 ‘팬클럽 선예매 서베이’와 ‘팬클럽 인증’에 참여하지 못하신 분들은 ‘ATEEZ 2024 FANMEETING ’팬클럽 선예매에 참여하실 수 없음을 알려드립니다.

* 주문번호는 ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] MEMBERSHIP 페이지 내 멤버십 > 주문 상세 보기 > 주문번호 탭에서 확인 가능 합니다.

- ‘팬클럽 선예매 서베이’ 기간 동안 서베이를 참여하지 않을 경우 ‘팬클럽 인증’ 및 ‘팬클럽 선예매’ 참여가 불가합니다.

- 서베이 신청 후 수정이 가능하며, 신청기간 내 재 수정이 가능합니다. 신청기간 이후에는 수정이 불가하오니 신중히 작성해주시기 바랍니다.

- 안내된 참여 기간 이후에는 선예매 참여 신청이 불가합니다. 일정을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 서베이를 통해 작성하신 정보와 YES24 티켓 가입 회원 정보가 일치해야 합니다. 불일치할 경우 YES24 티켓 선예매 및 당일 공연 입장이 제한될 수 있으니, 정확한 정보를 기재해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 본인 이름은 국문 or 영문으로만 작성 가능하며, 외국인의 경우, 여권 혹은 외국인 등록증에 나와 있는 영문 이름(순서 포함)을 대소문자 및 띄어쓰기 동일하게 기재해 주시기 바랍니다.

* STEP 2. 팬클럽 선예매 인증 안내

- 인증 기간: 2024년 5월 17일(금) 2:00PM(KST) ~ 5월 21일(화) 11:59PM(KST)

- 인증 방법: 팬클럽 인증창에 이메일(ATEEZ OFFICIAL ID와 동일한 이메일), 

ATINY MEMBERSHIP 주문번호 14자리(ex. 12345678901234) 또는 16자리 (ex. 1234567890123456) 입력

- 팬클럽 인증창에 ATEEZ OFFICIAL ID와 동일한 ‘이메일’과 ‘ATINY MEMBERSHIP 주문번호’를 입력해주시기 바랍니다.

- ‘팬클럽 선예매 서베이’ 제출 시 기입한 정보, 대소문자, 띄어쓰기 등 모두 동일해야 ‘팬클럽 인증’이 가능하며, 오타 및 잘못된 정보 기입 시 인증 대상이 되지 않습니다. (ex. 주문번호 14자리 또는 16자리가 아닌 숫자, 띄어쓰기가 잘못된 이메일, 국문 or 영문이 아닌 다른 언어로 표기한 개인정보 등)

* 반드시 ATEEZ 2024 FANMEETING ‘팬클럽 선예매 참여 신청 서베이’시 기입하는 정보와 YES24 티켓 ‘팬클럽 인증’ 시 기입하는 정보가 동일해야 하며, 두 가지 중 하나라도 일치하지 않을 경우 인증이 불가하오니 이 점 유의 부탁드립니다.

- 팬클럽 인증 기간동안 회원 인증을 하지 않을 경우 선예매가 불가하며, 이후 오픈되는 일반 예매를 통해 티켓 예매가 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

- 한번 인증한 아이디는 재 로그인시 추가 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.

- 인증 완료 후에는 계정 변경 및 재인증은 불가하며, YES24 티켓 회원 탈퇴를 해도 재인증이 불가합니다.

- 본인의 부주의로 인한 인증 정보 노출 및 노출된 인증 정보로 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 일체 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

[일반 예매 안내]

- 일반 예매 기간: 2024년 5월 22일(수) 8:00PM(KST) ~

- 일반 예매는 회당 1인 2매까지 가능합니다. (팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)

- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 선예매 시 매진 여부에 따라 일반 예매 시 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수도 있습니다.

[휠체어석 예매 안내]

- 팬클럽 선예매 기간: 2024년 5월 21일(화) 9:00AM(KST) ~ 5:59PM(KST)

- 일반 예매 기간: 2024년 5월 22일(수) 9:00AM(KST) ~

- 휠체어석은 전화 예매만 가능하며, YES24 티켓 고객센터 (1544-6399 / 운영시간 평일  9:00AM(KST)~6:00PM(KST), 토요일 9:00AM(KST)~5:00PM(KST))를 통해 예매하실 수 있습니다.

- 휠체어석은 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회당 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. 동반인도 예매하셔야 입장 가능하므로 반드시 사전에 함께 예매해주시기 바랍니다.

- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가합니다.

- 휠체어석은 공연 당일 현장에서 본인 확인 후 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다. 티켓 수령을 위해 예매자 본인의 실물 신분증 및 장애인 등록증 (또는 복지카드)을 반드시 지참해야 하며, 미지참 시 티켓 수령 및 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다.

- 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 이용 가능하며, 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)를 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 이용 불가합니다.

[예매 유의사항]

- 예매를 위해 YES24 티켓(//ticket.yes24.com)에 가입이 되어 있어야 하며, 본인인증(휴대폰 또는 I-PIN인증)을 한 경우에만 예매 가능합니다. 본인 인증 후 로그아웃 → 재로그인을 하지 않으면 반영이 되지 않으니 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.

- 글로벌 페이지에서 예매 시 여권 이름과 동일한 이름으로 예매를 진행해주시기 바랍니다. 현장에서 본인확인 후 티켓 수령 가능합니다.

- 공연 당일 현장에서 티켓과 신분증 대조를 통한 본인 확인 절차를 진행합니다. 예매자 본인이 아닌 경우 입장 및 관람이 불가합니다.

- 예매 전 YES24티켓에 등록되어 있는 개인 정보(배송 주소 등)를 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.

- The Fanclub Presale will be only available to members who have signed up for ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] MEMBERSHIP.

- Presale for the Fanclub members is available only to ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] MEMBERSHIP purchasers who have done the ‘Fanclub Presale Survey’ and completed the ‘Fanclub Verification’ from the YES24 Ticket website.

- Before going through the Fanclub Presale, please be sure to check that you have ① filled out the Fanclub Presale survey in TOKTOQ ② have verified your Fanclub membership in YES24 Ticket.

- If you have not been able to participate in the ‘Fanclub Presale Survey’ and ‘Fanclub Verification’ after joining the Official Fanclub, you will not be able to participate in the ‘ATEEZ 2024 FANMEETING ’ Fanclub Presale.

- Purchase limit is 1 ticket per person, per show for the Fanclub Presale.

- Members who purchased tickets through the Fanclub Presale can also purchase additional tickets within the purchase limit at the time of General Sale.

* You can check your order number on the ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] MEMBERSHIP page under ‘My Membership > Order Details > Order Number Tab’.

- If you do not participate in the survey during the ‘Fanclub Presale Survey’ period, you will not be able to proceed to the ‘Fanclub Verification’ and ‘Fanclub Presale’ stage.

- Revision is possible after applying for the survey, and it can be revised again within the participation period. After the participation period, revision will not be possible. Please fill in your information out carefully.

- After the participation period, you will not be able to apply for the Fanclub Presale. Please be sure to check the schedule.

- The information that you wrote in the survey must match the information that you registered with YES24 Ticket. In case of discrepancy, YES24 Ticket Fanclub Presale and admission to the show will be restricted, so please provide the exact information.

- Name can only be written in Korean or English, and for the foreigner, please write your name in English (according to the order) on your passport or alien registration card with the same capitalization and space.

* STEP 2. Fanclub Presale Verification

- How to verify : Enter your E-mail on Fanclub verification popup (the same E-mail as your ATEEZ OFFICIAL ID), ATINY MEMBERSHIP order number of 14 digits (e.g.,12345678901234) or 16 digits. (e.g.,1234567890123456)

- Enter your same 'email' and 'ATINY MEMBERSHIP order number' as ATEEZ OFFICIAL ID in the fan club authentication popup.

- To complete your ‘Fanclub Presale Verification’, the information, capitlization, and spacing must be the same as how you submitted your ‘Fanclub Presale Survey’, and typos or incorrect information will not be eligible for verification. (e.g., a number that is not 14 digits or 16 digits of the ATINY MEMBERSHIP order number, an invaild E-mail address, a personal information written in a language other than Korean or English, etc.)

* Please note that the information you fill in the ATEEZ 2024 FANMEETING Fanmeeting ‘Fanclub Presale Survey’ must be the same as the information that you fill in at the YES24 Ticket website for the ‘Fanclub Verification’, and if either of the two information does not match, you will not be able to verify your membership.

- If you do not verify your membership during the Fanclub Presale Verification period, you will not be able to participate in the Fanclub Presale, and you should purchase the tickets during the General Sale that will be opened afterwards.

- If the Fanclub Verification is conducted on the Korean booking page, the Fanclub Presale is only available on the Korean booking page, and if the Fanclub verification is conducted on the global booking page, the Fanclub Presale is only available on the global booking page.

- Once your verification is completed, you do not have to verify your ID again when you re-login.

- Once your verification is completed, it is not possible to change or re-verify your account. Even you cancel YES24 Ticket account, you cannot re-verify your account.

- The organizers, the company, and the ticket sites are not responsible for any exposure of account information caused by user negligence or the use of your information by a third party acquired through such negligence. Please exercise special care in managing your information.

[General Sale]

[Wheelchair seats]

- For the wheelchair seats, you can buy up to 2 tickets per person, per show including your companion. Companion also have to purchase the ticket to enter the show, so please make sure to purchase it together in advance.

- In the case of wheelchair seats, ticket purchase can only be made when the name of the person who reserves tickets is identical to the name in the disability registration card or welfare card. If it is not match, you and your companion will not be allowed to enter the show.

- Wheelchair seat tickets can only be picked up on-site on the day, and you can pick up the ticket after verifying your identity by presenting a disability registration card or welfare card at the ticket-box on the day. If you do not present eligible documents, you cannot get a ticket or use a wheelchair seat.

- The wheelchair seat zones do not have any seats. It will be available only for those who use wheelchairs. For those who do not use wheelchairs will not be able to use the wheelchair seats even if they have their disability register card or welfare cards.

[Precautions]

- To purchase the tickets, you must have an account in YES24 (//ticket.yes24.com), and if you are an international customer, you must have an account in global YES24 (//ticket.yes24.com/english). You can purchase the ticket only after having yourself identified. 

- When purchasing through the global page, please type in your name exactly as shown in your passport. You will be asked to verify yourself when collecting your ticket(s) on site. 

- The identity verification process will be conducted by comparing the purchase details with your ID card on the day of the concert. You are not allowed to enter the venue if you are not the same person who purchased the ticket(s).

- Please make sure your personal information (e.g. shipping address) is entered correctly before purchasing ticket(s).
