- 팬클럽 선예매는 ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] MEMBERSHIP 구매자 중 ‘팬클럽 선예매 서베이’ 작성과 YES24 티켓 내 ‘팬클럽 인증’을 마친 분에 한하여 선예매가 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 진행 전 반드시 기간 내 ① TOKTOQ 내 팬클럽 선예매 서베이 작성, ② YES24 티켓 내 팬클럽 인증을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 공식 팬클럽 가입 후 ‘팬클럽 선예매 서베이’와 ‘팬클럽 인증’에 참여하지 못하신 분들은 2024 ATEEZ WORLD TOUR [TOWARDS THE LIGHT : WILL TO POWER] IN SEOUL 팬클럽 선예매에 참여하실 수 없음을 알려드립니다.

- 참여 방법: 개인정보 이관 동의 및 이름(YES24 티켓 회원정보 내 이름과 동일한 이름) / ATINY MEMBERSHIP주문번호 14자리(ex. 12345678901234) 입력

* 주문번호는 ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] MEMBERSHIP 페이지 '내 멤버십 > 주문 상세 보기 > 주문번호 탭'에서 확인 가능 합니다.

- ‘팬클럽 선예매 서베이’ 기간 동안 서베이를 참여하지 않을 경우 ‘팬클럽 인증’ 및 ‘팬클럽 선예매’ 참여가 불가합니다.

- 서베이 신청 후 수정이 가능하며, 신청기간 내 재 수정이 가능합니다. 신청기간 이후에는 수정이 불가하오니 신중히 작성해주시기 바랍니다.

- 안내된 참여 기간 이후에는 선예매 참여 신청이 불가합니다. 일정을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 서베이를 통해 작성하신 정보와 YES24 가입 회원 정보가 일치해야 합니다. 불일치할 경우 YES24 선예매 및 공연 입장이 제한되니, 정확한 정보를 기재해 주시기 바랍니다.

* STEP 2. 팬클럽 선예매 인증 안내

- 인증 기간: 2023년 12월 18일(월) 10:00 AM ~ 12월 20일(수) 11:59 AM (KST)

- 인증 방법: 팬클럽 인증창에 이름(YES24 티켓 회원정보 내 이름과 동일한 이름) / ATINY MEMBERSHIP 주문번호 14자리(ex. 12345678901234) 입력

- 팬클럽 인증창에 팬클럽 선예매 서베이에서 기입한 ‘이름’과 ‘ATINY MEMBERSHIP 주문번호’를 입력해주시기 바랍니다.

- ‘팬클럽 선예매 서베이’ 제출 시 기입한 정보, 대소문자, 띄어쓰기 등 모두 동일해야 ‘팬클럽 인증’이 가능하며, 오타 및 잘못된 정보 기입 시 인증 대상이 되지 않습니다. (ex. 주문번호 14자리가 아닌 숫자, 대소문자 표기가 잘못된 이름, 국문 or 영문이 아닌 다른 언어로 표기한 이름 등)

* 반드시 ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] MEMBERSHIP ‘팬클럽 선예매 참여 신청 서베이’시 기입하는 정보와 YES24 티켓 ‘팬클럽 인증’ 시 기입하는 정보가 동일해야 하며, 두 가지 중 하나라도 일치하지 않을 경우 인증이 불가하오니 이 점 유의 부탁드립니다.

- 팬클럽 인증 기간동안 회원 인증을 하지 않을 경우 선예매가 불가하며, 이후 오픈되는 일반 예매를 통해 티켓 예매가 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

- 한번 인증한 아이디는 재 로그인시 추가 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.

- 인증 완료 후에는 계정 변경 및 재인증은 불가합니다.

[일반 예매]

- 일반 예매: 2023년 12월 21일(목) 20:00 PM ~ (KST)

- 일반 예매는 회당 1인 2매(선예매 매수 포함)까지 예매 가능합니다.

- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행됩니다. 

[휠체어석 예매 안내]

- 휠체어석 선예매: 2023년 12월 20일(수) 10:00 AM ~ 12월 20일(수) 18:00 PM (KST)

- 휠체어석 일반예매: 2023년 12월 21일(목) 10:00 AM ~ (KST)

- 전화 예매(YES24 티켓 고객센터: 1544-6399)만 가능하며, 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회차당 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.

- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다.

- 휠체어석 티켓은 당일 현장 수령만 가능하며, 장애인 등록증 또는, 복지카드 등의 본인 확인 후, 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다.

- Sailor Package는 한정된 수량으로 진행되는 이벤트 상품으로, 본 공연 예매자(입금완료)에 한하여 예매가 가능합니다.

- Sailor Package는 본 공연 예매 정보와 연동되어 운영되며, 예매하신 본 공연 일자와 매수 내에서 회당 1인 2매까지 구매 가능합니다.

          ex. 1/27(토) 공연 1매 예매 시 → Sailor Package 1/27(토) 1매 예매 가능

          1/27(토) 공연 1매, 1/28(일) 공연 1매 예매 시 → Sailor Package 1/27(토) 1매, 1/28(일) 1매 예매 가능

- Sailor Package예매는 본 공연 예매페이지와 별도로 오픈됩니다. Sailor Package예매페이지 안내사항을 확인 해주시기 바랍니다.

[예매 유의사항]

- 예매를 위해 YES24 티켓(//ticket.yes24.com)에 가입이 되어 있어야 하며, 본인인증(휴대폰 또는 I-PIN인증)을 한 경우에만 예매 가능합니다. 본인 인증 후 로그아웃 → 재로그인을 하지 않으면 반영이 되지 않으니 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.

- 글로벌 페이지에서 예매 시 여권 이름과 동일한 이름으로 예매를 진행해주시기 바랍니다. 현장에서 본인확인 후 티켓 수령 가능합니다.

- 공연 당일 현장에서 티켓과 신분증 대조를 통한 본인 확인 절차를 진행합니다. 예매자 본인이 아닌 경우 입장 및 관람이 불가합니다.

[Fanclub Presale]

- Fanclub Presale: December 20, 2023 (Wed) 20:00 PM ~ December 20, 2023 (Wed) 23:59:59 PM (KST)

- The Fanclub Presale will be only available to members who have signed up for ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] MEMBERSHIP before December 7, 2023 (Thu) 23:59:59 PM (KST).

- Presale for the Fanclub members is available only to ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] membership purchasers who have done the 'Fanclub Presale Survey' and completed the 'Fanclub Verification' from the YES24 ticket website.

- Before going through the Fanclub Presale, please be sure to check that you have ① filled out the Fanclub Presale survey in TOKTOQ and ② have verified your Fanclub membership in YES24 Ticket.

- If you have not been able to participate in the 'Fanclub Presale Survey' and 'Fanclub Verification' after joining the Official Fanclub, you will not be able to participate in the 2024 ATEEZ WORLD TOUR [TOWARDS THE LIGHT : WILL TO POWER] IN SEOUL Fanclub Presale.

- Purchase limit is 1 ticket per person, per show for the Fanclub Presale.

- How to participate: Consent to provide your personal information, and enter your name (the same name as the name in your YES24 ticket account information) / ATINY MEMBERSHIP number of 14 digits (e.g., 12345678901234)

* You can check your order number on the ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] MEMBERSHIP page under 'My Membership > Order Details > Order Number Tab'. 

- If you do not participate in the survey during the 'Fanclub Presale Survey' period, you will not be able to proceed to the 'Fanclub Verification' and 'Fanclub Presale' stage.

- Revision is possible after applying for the survey, and it can be revised again within the participation period. After the participation period, revision will not be possible. Please fill in your information out carefully.

-  After the participation period, you will not be able to apply for the Presale. Please be sure to check the schedule.

-  The information that you wrote in the survey must match the information that you have registered with YES24. In case of discrepancy, YES24 Ticket Fanclub Presale and admission to the show will be restricted, so please provide the exact information. 

- Your name can only be written in Korean or English, and if you are a foreigner, please write your name in English (according to the order) on your passport or alien registration card with the same capitalization and space.

* STEP 2. Fanclub Presale Verification

- Verification Period: December 18, 2023 (Mon) 10:00 AM ~ December 20, 2023 (Wed) 11:59 AM (KST)

- How to verify: Enter your name (the same name as your name in your name (the same name as the name in your YES24 ticket account information) / ATINY MEMBERSHIP number of 14 digits (e.g., 12345678901234) in the Fanclub verification popup.

- Enter your 'Name' and 'ATINY MEMBERSHIP Number' entered in the Fanclub Presale survey in the Fanclub verification popup.  

- To complete your ‘Fanclub Presale Verification’, the information, capitalization, and spacing must be the same as how you submitted your ‘Fanclub Presale Survey’, and typos or incorrect information will not be eligible for verification. (e.g., a number that is not 14 digits of the ATINY MEMBERSHIP number, a name with incorrect capitalization, a name written in a language other than Korean or English, etc.)

* Please note that the information you fill in the ATEEZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB [ATINY] MEMBERSHIP Fanclub Presale Survey must be the same as the information you that you fill in at the YES24 ticket website for the "Fanclub Verification", and if either of the two information does not match, you will not be able to verify your membership.

- If you fail to verify your membership during the Fanclub Presale Verification period, you will not be able to participate in the Presale, and you should purchase the tickets during the General Sale which will be opened afterwards.

- If the Fanclub verification is done on the Korean booking page, the Fanclub Presale is only available on the Korean booking page, and if the Fanclub is verified on the global booking page, the Fanclub Presale is only available on the global booking page.

- Once your verification is completed, you do not have to verify your ID again when you log in again.

- Once your verification is completed, it is not possible to change or re-verify your account.

[General Sale] 

- General Sale: December 21, 2023(Thu) 20:00~ (KST)

- Purchase is limited to 2 tickets per person, per show (Fanclub Presale ticket included).

- Remaining tickets after Fanclub Presale will be opened for General Sale.

[Wheelchair Seats]

- Fanclub Presale for wheelchair seats: December 20, 2023 (Wed) 10:00 AM ~ December 20, 2023 (Wed) 18:00 PM (KST)

- General Sale for Wheelchair Seats: December 21, 2023 (Thu) 10:00 AM ~ (KST)

- Ticket purchase is only available by phone (YES24 Ticket Customer Center: 1544-6399), and you can purchase up to 2 tickets per show, including yourself and one guardian. 

- In the case of wheelchair seats, ticket purchase can only be made if the name on the disability registration card or welfare card matches 'the person who made have purchased the ticket', and if it is not matching the person, neither the person who purchased the ticket nor one guardian can enter the show.

- Wheelchair seat tickets can only be picked up on-site on the day, and you can pick up the ticket after verifying your identity such as a disability registration card or welfare card.

- Only a limited quantity of Sailor Package will go on sale and will be available to those who have purchased and completed payment. 

- Purchase Limit of Sailor Package will depend on the details of the concert ticket you have purchased. Those who purchase the concert tickets can purchase up to 2 Sailor Packages per show depending on the date and quantity of concert tickets you have purchased. 

          ex. Purchased 1 concert ticket for January 27(Sat) → May purchase 1 Sailor Package for January 27(Sat)

          Purchased 1 concert ticket for January 27(Sat) and 1 concert ticket for January 28(Sun) → May purchase 1 Sailor Package for January 27(Sat) and 1 Sailor Package for January 28(Sun)

- A separate ticket sale page will be opened for Sailor Package. Please check the information in the ticket sale page of Sailor Package.

[Precautions]

- To purchase the tickets, you must have an account in YES24 (//ticket.yes24.com), and if you are an international customer, you must have an account in global YES24 (//ticket.yes24.com/english). You can purchase the ticket only after having yourself identified. 

- When purchasing through the global page, please type in your name exactly as shown in your passport. You will be asked to verify yourself when collecting your ticket(s) on site. 

- The identity verification process will be conducted by comparing the purchase details with your ID card on the day of the concert. You are not allowed to enter the venue if you are not the same person who purchased the ticket(s).

- Please make sure your personal information (e.g. shipping address) is entered correctly before purchasing ticket(s).
