본 공연은 정부 지침에 따라 백신 패스를 적용하지 않습니다.

모두의 안전을 위하여 관객분들의 많은 협조 부탁드립니다.

정부의 방역지침에 따라 세부 내용이 변동될 수 있으며, 

변동되는 사항은 공연 전 문자 메시지로 안내드리도록 하겠습니다. 

1. 마스크 착용 권고

- 일반 다중 이용시설인 공연장 내부(객석/로비 등)에서는 마스크 착용을 권고합니다. 서로 간의 안전을 생각하여 배려하는 마음으로 관람 중에도 가급적 마스크 착용을 권고 드립니다.

2. 공연장 사이트 내 방역

- 공연장 내/외부 및 화장실 등 고객 접촉 빈번 지점에 대한 청소와 방역을 강화하며 소독제 등 바이러스 예방 물품을 비치하고 있습니다.

- 매표소, 진행 요원을 포함한 전 스태프가 코로나19 응대 매뉴얼을 숙지하고 손 소독 및 마스크 착용을 의무화하고 있습니다. 

- 행사장 방역 운영에 비협조적인 고객님께서는 공연장 입장이 불가하며, 모두의 안전을 위하여 많은 협조 부탁드립니다.

4. 코로나19 확진으로 인한 취소수수료 미부과 환불 안내

코로나19 확진으로 인한 예매 취소는 "예매자 본인" 혹은 "예매자 본인의 동거인(동거가족)"이 양성 판정을 받고, 그에 준하는 증빙을 하는 경우에만 가능합니다.

*예매자의 “단순 동행인” (친구, 지인, 연인, 서류로 관계 확인이 어려운 동행인 등) 의 경우 예매자와 동행인의 관계 확인이 어렵기 때문에 동행인이 코로나 19 유전자 증폭(PCR)나 신속 항원 검사 결과 “양성” 판정을 받더라도 예매자의 티켓은 예매처의 기존 취소&환불 규정에 따라 안내됩니다.

[좌석배치도]

- 본공연은 1층 스탠딩석과 2층 지정좌석으로 운영됩니다.

- 스탠딩석 예매 시 각 구역 내에서 지정되는 번호가 입장 순서이므로 앞번호부터 예매해주시기 바랍니다.

- 본 배치도는 예매 시 이해를 돕기 위한 예시 이미지이며, 무대는 공연 연출상의 이유로 사전 공지 없이 변경될 수 있으니 양해 부탁드립니다.

- 일부 구역/좌석은 난간 및 무대 시설물 또는 카메라 설치 등으로 인해 일부 시야 장애가 발생할 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 티켓 교환 및 환불은 불가하오니 양해 부탁드립니다.

[VIP 좌석 안내]

- 각 회차 당, 200명에 한해 공연 전 사운드 체크 리허설 관람, VIP 특전 포토카드 4종 세트 (양일 상이)를 제공받을 수 있는 VIP 좌석을 판매합니다.

- 사운드 체크 리허설 관람 시간은 VIP 구매자들에게 따로 추후 공지될 예정입니다.

[ AB6IX 공식 팬클럽 ‘ABNEW’ 선예매 안내 ]

- 팬클럽 선예매는 2023년 5월 8일 (월) 8PM ~ 11:59PM 까지 진행됩니다.

   5월 9일 (화) 00:00 부터는 예매가 불가하니, 이 점 유의 부탁드립니다. 

- 팬클럽 선예매는 [AB6IX 공식 팬클럽 ‘ABNEW’] 가입이 완료된 회원에 한하여 진행됩니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매는 카드와 무통장입금 중 결제 방식을 선택하실 수 있습니다.

불법 거래 및 양도를 방지하기 위하여 무통장 입금 제한 기간을 아래와 같이 설정합니다. 

예매 완료 후 정해진 기간 내 입금하지 않으면 예매는 자동 취소됩니다.

[예매 주의사항]

- 본 공연의 러닝 타임은 120분입니다.

- 본 공연은 8세 이상 관람가(미취학아동 입장불가)입니다. 

- 8세 미만 관람가는 보호자 동반과 관계없이 입장이 제한되는 점 양해를 부탁드립니다.

- 현장 티켓 수령 시 본인 확인이 진행됩니다. 티켓 수령자와 예매자가 다를 경우 티켓 수령이 절대 불가합니다. (직계 가족& 타인 아이디로 예매 티켓 수령이 불가합니다.) 

이 점 유의하셔서 반드시 예매는 실제 관람하실 본인의 ID로 진행 부탁드립니다.

- 수령하신 티켓을 분실 및 훼손 시 예매자 본인이더라도 재발권, 취소, 환불이 절대 불가능하니 티켓 보관에 유의해주시기 바랍니다.

[티켓 배송]

- 공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위하여 예매 초기분은 일괄 배송 방식으로 운영합니다.

- 티켓 미소지자 고객님께서는 매표소에서 티켓을 먼저 수령해 주시기 바랍니다. 

- 티켓 수령은 실물 신분증과 예매 내역서를 지참하신 예매자 본인만 수령이 가능합니다. (타인 수령&양도 불가입니다.)

- 모든 증빙 서류는 실물로 부탁드리며, 사진/캡처/사본 등으로는 확인이 불가합니다.

[취소 및 환불]

[입장 안내]

- 스탠딩 대기는 공연시작 한시간 전부터, 스탠딩 입장 공연시작 40분 전부터 시작됩니다.

- 스탠딩 입장 시작 후 티켓의 번호는 무효화 됩니다. 가급적 입장 시작 시간 전에 미리 대기해주시기 바랍니다.

- 지정석 입장은 공연시작 20분 전부터 진행됩니다. 

(공연장 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.)

- 공연 시작 후 입장 시 연출에 따라 입장 통제가 있을 수 있습니다.

- 티켓 훼손이나 분실 시 절대 재발행이 불가하며, 실물이 없을 경우 어떠한 경우에도 입장이 제한됩니다.

- 입장 시, 1인 1매 티켓을 소지하지 않으면 입장이 불가합니다.

- 입장 시 지연이 될 수 있으니 공연장에 여유롭게 도착하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[공연 관람 시 유의 사항]

- 사전 협의되지 않은 사진 및 동영상 촬영, 녹음 및 녹취, 라이브 중계 등은 절대 불가합니다.

적발 시 경고 없이 퇴장 조치됩니다.

- 촬영된 모든 데이터는 압수 및 삭제 처리되며, 제재 중 생기는 기기의 훼손은 책임지지 않습니다.

- 좌석 간의 자리 이동은 불가합니다. 반드시 예매하신 좌석에서 관람해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 병, 캔, 폭죽, 레이저, 플래시 등 위험 물질과 뚜껑 없는 생수를 제외한 뚜껑 없는 음료, 음식들은 반입이 금지됩니다.

- 타인의 공연 관람을 방해하거나 불편을 초래할 수 있는 반려동물, 꽃다발, LED 전광판 등은 반입이 금지됩니다.

- 공연장 내에서는 금연, 금주입니다. 적발 시 퇴장 조치를 받을 수 있습니다.

- 진행요원의 안내에 따라 질서를 지키며 앞서가는 공연문화를 보여주시기 바랍니다.

- 가급적 짐을 가볍게 하고 오시고, 공연장 내 분실물에 대한 책임은 본인에게 있으니 귀중품은 소지하지 않길 바랍니다.

- 공연 당일 극심한 교통 혼잡이 예상되오니 대중교통 이용을 적극 권장해드립니다. 

교통상황이나 주차 등의 문제로 입장을 못하였을 시 티켓의 변경 및 환불은 불가합니다.

- 즐거운 공연 관람을 위해 관객 여러분의 적극적인 협조를 부탁드립니다.

[물품 보관소 운영 안내]

- 공연장 1층 내/외부에 설치된 무인 코인 락커를 유료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 500원 동전만 사용 가능하며 미리 잔돈을 준비해 오시기 바랍니다.

- 코인 락커 수량이 한정되어 있어 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다. 소지품을 간소화해주시기 바랍니다.

- 공연장 내부에서 타인의 공연 관람에 방해가 되는 물품 소지 시, 입장에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다. 

- 공연장 내에서 DSLR 및 전문 카메라, 모든 형태의 녹음 장비 소지 적발 시, 경고 없이 자료 강제 삭제 및 강제 퇴장 조치됩니다. 이로 인해 발생되는 문제(기기 파손 등)에 대해서는 주최사, 주관사, 안전 요원, 티켓 예매처는 책임지지 않으며 전적으로 본인에게 책임이 있습니다.

Guidance on quarantine plans to prevent the spread of COVID-19

This concert does not apply vaccine passes in accordance with government guidelines.

For your safety, we ask for the cooperation of many audiences.

Details may change in accordance with the government's quarantine guidelines, 

if there are any changes, you will be notified by text message before the performance.

1. Recommendation to wear a mask

- We kindly recommend wearing a mask in the performance hall (seats, lobby, etc.), which is a public multi-purpose facility. We urge our audience members to wear a mask for safety reasons and to show consideration for others during the show.

2. Quadrating inside and outside the concert hall.

- We have strengthened cleaning and quarantine of frequent customer contact points such as ticket offices and toilets and provides virus prevention items such as hand sanitizers in the performance hall.

- All staff, including ticket offices and performance hall guides, are familiar with the COVID-19 response manual and are obligated to disinfect their hands and wear masks.

- Customers who are not cooperative with the quarantine operation of concert hall are not allowed to enter the concert hall, and we ask for your cooperation for the safety of everyone.

3. Those not allowed to enter the concert hall

- Those subject to self-isolation who were diagnosed as “positive” as a result of the COVID-19 gene amplification (PCR) test.

- Those subject to self-isolation

4. Information on refunds without cancellation fees due to COVID-19 confirmation

- Cancellation of the reservation due to the confirmation of COVID-19 is only allowed if "the person who made the reservation" or "the ticket holders housemate (the family living together)" is confirmed of COVID-19. You must prove this with a positive test result or give evidence equivalent to it to cancel without a cancellation fee.

*In the case of a "simple companion" (friends, acquaintances, lovers, etc.) of a reservation, it is difficult to confirm the relationship between the ticket holder and the companion, so even if the companion is confirmed as "positive" by the COVID-19 PCR test, the ticket holder's ticket will be guided according to the existing cancellation and refund regulations.

[Those who are free of cancellation fee due to COVID-19 confirmation]

1. "The person who made the reservation" who is diagnosed as "positive" as a result of the COVID-19 PCR test or rapid antigen test

[Seating]

- The performance will be operated with 1st floor standing seats and 2nd floor reserved seats.

- When reserving standing seats, please note that the designated number within each section represents the order of entry, so please reserve from the front row.

- This seating chart is an example image to help you understand the seating arrangement when making a reservation. However, please note that the stage may change without prior notice due to the nature of the performance production.

- Some sections/seats may have limited visibility due to railings, stage equipment, or camera installation. Please understand that ticket exchange or refund is not possible due to this issue.

[VIP Seat Information]

- VIP seats are available for sale, which allow 150 people per show to attend the sound check rehearsal before the performance and receive a set of four VIP special photo cards (different for each day).

- The time for the sound check rehearsal will be announced separately to VIP buyers at a later date.

- Fanclub presales payment may be made via e-transfer or cards. However, in the case of e-transfer, the payment must be completed within the day of purchase, and if the payment is not completed within the period. The ticket you reserved will be automatically canceled.

* Deadline for deposit without a bankbook : Until 11:59PM on the day of the reservation

- After the verification is complete, you cannot change to another ID and re-verify.

- Customers who purchase tickets through the fan club pre-reservation can purchase additional tickets within the purchase limit when making general reservation.

- The ticket will be printed with the membership information of YES24 ID you've made your reservation with, so please make your reservation with the account you logged in for the pre-booking for fan club.

[Precaution for reservation]

- The running time of this performance is 120 minutes. 

- This performance is for those over 8 years of age (not allowed for preschoolers).

- Please note that children under 8 years of age are not allowed to enter the performance hall without a guardian, regardless of the relationship.

- When you receive on site, you will be asked for your personal ID. Tickets are absolutely impossible to receive if the ticket recipient’s name and the reserved name differ. (You can’t make a reservation with your immediate family members’ and other people’s IDs.)

Please note this and make sure to proceed with their reservation with the ID of the person attending.

- Please bring real evidence that can confirm the reservation person’s identity for identification. If you don’t prepare evidence, you can’t receive a ticket.

- The damage caused by not bringing the documents is entirely on you, and the organizer / host / booking office is not responsible.

- In case of tickets that have not been officially processed by the reservation site (i.e. individual transaction), you are solely responsible for the resulting damage, and the organizer or ticket reservation office is not responsible.

- If you book or purchase a ticket using an illegal method, you may be subject to cancellation or legal action regardless of the reason

[Ticket Delivery]

- In order to prevent congestion on the day of the performance, the initial reservation will be operated by collective delivery.

[Ticket Pick-up]

- The ticket office is open from 2 hours before the start of the performance to 1 hour after the performance. (It can be changed depending on the situation on site)

- Identification will be conducted when receiving on-site tickets. Tickets are absolutely impossible to receive if the ticket recipient and the reservation is different. (You can’t get a reservation ticket with your family & other people’s ID.)

Please note this and make sure to proceed with the reservation with yourself as the watcher and bring your ID

- Please make sure to bring real evidence of your personal identification to verify. Tickets cannot be received if you do not prepare evidence. (You can’t check your identity with scans, photos, screen shots or copies.)

- Audiences who purchased tickets illegally or through transfers are not allowed to enter

You must bring your real ID card with your own picture and your date of birth and a reservation statement (print or mobile page)

* Those who Resident registration card : Resident registration Card, Driver’s license, Valid Passport, Confirmation of application for issuance of resident registration card, Mobile ID card (No captures), Mobile Driver’s license (No captures)

* Those without Resident registration card : Valid Passport, Youth card, Students card(with picture, DOB), Confirmation of application for issuance of Youth card

* Foreigners : Valid passport, foreigner registration card

[ Non-Accepted Identification card ]

Student ID(without one’s picture and DOB), employee ID, national health insurance card, resident registration card, medical insurance card, public official card, expired passport, expired foreigner registration card and confirmation of youth issuance without official seal of the head of the agency and transparent sticker, etc.

- If you don’t have a ticket, please receive the ticket first at the ticket office.

- Tickets can only be received by the person who brought his or her real ID card and reservation statement. (Others cannot receive and transfer tickets.)

- All documents are requested in person, and you can’t check them with photos / captures / copies.

- The ID card must have a picture of the customer who made the reservation, and the date of birth must be marked.

- If the date of birth is not indicated on the student card, please bring an additional confirmation document of one of the resident registration copy, passport, and medical insurance card along with the student card.

- In the case of the confirmation of application for resident registration card issuance and the confirmation of application for youth card issuance, it is recognized as an official document only when you add transparent stickers to the personal information, issuance number, and validity period, so please note this when issuing it.

- It is difficult to verify without the identification card specified above. Please bring one of the indicated identification card and visit the concert hall.

- In the process of identification, additional personal information in addition to ID may be checked

- If you don’t bring your real ID card, you can’t enter the concert hall.

- The damage caused by not bringing the documents is entirely on you, and the organizer / host / booking office is not responsible.

[Cancellation and Refund]

- Information on the change/cancellation/refund of tickets will be conducted in accordance with the “YES 24” regulations. For related inquiries, please visit the “YES 24” Customer Center .

- Tickets cannot canceled of refunded on the day of the performance.

[Notice of Entry]

- Standing waiting will begin one hour before the performance starts, and standing entrance will begin 40 minutes before the performance starts.

- Once the standing entrance begins, the ticket number is invalidated. We kindly ask you to arrive early and wait in line before the entrance begins. 

- Admission to reserved seats begins 20 minutes before the performance starts.

- Staff members may be control your admission according to the director's direction once the performance has started.

- If the ticket is damaged or lost, it cannot be reissued, and if there is no real ticket, admission is restricted in any case.

- When entering, you cannot enter unless you have one ticket per person.

- When entering, it may be delayed due to the implementation of distancing between audiences, so please arrive at the concert hall in a relaxed manner.

[Precautions]

- Re-entry after entering the concert hall is no allowed. (You can move to the lobby and bathroom inside the concert hall.)

- Voice recording, taking pictures and recording videos that have not been discussed in advance is absolutely impossible. If caught, you may be sanctioned and sent off by security personnel.

- All photographed/recorded data will be confiscated and deleted and will not be responsible for any damage to the device during the sanctions.

- You can’t move from your designated seat. Please make sure to watch the performance from the seat you reserved.

- Dangerous substances such as bottles, can, firecrackers, lasers, and flash, and drinks and foods without lids except bottled water are prohibited from bringing in.

- Pets are not allowed in the concert hall, and bouquets and LED electronic boards that may interfere with viewing of other people or cause inconvenience are prohibited.

- There are absolutely no smoking and no drinking in the concert hall. You will be sent off if caught.

- Please cooperate with our staff in order to enjoy the show.

- Please come with your luggage as light as possible, and don’t’ carry valuables because you are responsible for lost items in the concert hall.

- It is expected that there will be severe traffic congestion on the day of the performance, so we highly recommend using public transportation. Tickets cannot be changed of refunded if you are unable to enter due to traffic conditions or parking problems.

- We ask for your active cooperation for a pleasant performance.

[Notice of the Storage]

- You can use the unmanned coin locker, which is available inside and outside the performance hall on the 1st floor, for a fee. Please prepare 500 won coins in advance.

- Please note that the number of coin lockers is limited and may be restricted. Please minimize your belongings.

- If you have any items that may disturb other people's viewing, there may be entrance restrictions.- 

If you possess DSLR, professional cameras, and all types of recording equipment in the concert hall, you will be forced to delete the data without warning and be forced out. Any problems caused by this matter(device damage, etc.) are entirely on you and the Organizers, Host, Security, and Booking Office are not responsible.

[Discount for the Disabled and Those of national merit]

■ Discount for the Disabled - Level 1~3 : 20% discount for one people including one self

■ Discount for the Disabled - Level 4-6 : 20% discount for oneself

■ Discount for the people of national Merit : 20% discount for oneself

※ Tickets will be received after checking related documentary evidence (ID card, etc.) at the ticket office on the day of the performance. If you don’t bring supporting documents, you have to pay the difference on the spot
