코로나19 확산 방지를 위한 방역 계획 안내

모두의 안전을 위하여 관객분들의 많은 협조 부탁드립니다.

정부의 방역지침에 따라 세부 내용이 변동될 수 있으며, 

변동되는 사항은 공연 전 문자 메시지로 안내드리도록 하겠습니다. 

1. 마스크 착용 의무화

- 다중 이용 내 공간에서는 마스크를 꼭 착용하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

- 마스크 미 착용 시, 공연장 입장이 제한되며 안전 수칙을 위반하는 행위 적발 시 퇴장 조치됩니다.

- 함께하는 아티스트 및 관객분들의 안전을 위해 공연 관람 중에도 마스크로 코와 입이 모두 가려지게 착용 부탁드리며 마스크를 내리거나 착용하지 않을 경우 퇴장 조치될 수 있습니다. 

2. 공연장 사이트 내 방역

- 공연장 내/외부 및 화장실 등 고객 접촉 빈번 지점에 대한 청소와 방역을 강화하며 소독제 등 바이러스 예방 물품을 비치하고 있습니다.

- 매표소, 진행 요원을 포함한 전 스태프가 코로나19 응대 매뉴얼을 숙지하고 손 소독 및 마스크 착용을 의무화하고 있습니다. 

- 행사장 방역 운영에 비협조적인 고객님께서는 공연장 입장이 불가하며, 모두의 안전을 위하여 많은 협조 부탁드립니다.

3. 공연장 입장 불가 관람객 안내

- 코로나19 유전자증폭(PCR) 검사 결과 “양성” 판정을 받은 자가격리대상자

- 코로나 19 신속 항원 검사 결과 “양성” 판정을 받은 자가격리대상자

- 정부 지침에 의거한 자가격리대상자

4. 코로나19 확진으로 인한 취소수수료 미부과 환불 안내

코로나19 확진으로 인한 예매 취소는 "예매자 본인" 혹은 "예매자 본인의 동거인(동거가족)"이 양성 판정을 받고, 그에 준하는 증빙을 하는 경우에만 가능합니다.

*예매자의 “단순 동행인” (친구, 지인, 연인, 서류로 관계 확인이 어려운 동행인 등) 의 경우 예매자와 동행인의 관계 확인이 어렵기 때문에 동행인이 코로나 19 유전자증폭(PCR)나 신속 항원 검사 결과 “양성” 판정을 받더라도 예매자의 티켓은 예매처의 기존 취소&환불 규정에 따라 안내됩니다. 

[코로나19 확진으로 인한 취소수수료 미부과 환불 대상자] 

1. 코로나19 유전자증폭(PCR)나 신속 항원 검사 결과 “양성” 판정을 받은 “예매자 본인”

2. 코로나19 유전자증폭(PCR)나 신속 항원 검사 결과 “양성” 판정을 받은 “예매자의 동거인(동거가족)”

동거인(동거가족)의 코로나19 양성 판정 증빙서류와 동거인(동거가족) 증빙 서류 2가지를 모두 준비하시어 YES24티켓 고객센터 통하여 문의 부탁드립니다.

[ 예매 안내 ]

- 예매는 2023년 3월 10일 (금) 8PM 부터 진행됩니다.

- 불법 거래 및 양도를 방지하기 위하여 결제 방식 “카드”로만 제한합니다.

- 매수 제한은 회차 당 1인 2매입니다. 

- 본인의 개인 정보가 아닌 타인의 정보를 이용하여 예매를 진행할 경우, 법적인 책임이 따르며 현장에서 추가 확인이 있을 수 있습니다. 본인 확인이 어려울 경우 입장이 불가합니다.

- 현장에서 티켓 수령 시, 본인 확인이 진행됩니다. 티켓 수령자와 예매자가 다를 경우 티켓 수령 및 입장이 불가합니다. (직계 가족 & 타인 아이디로 예매 불가합니다.)

- 이 점 유의하셔서 반드시 예매는 실제 관람하실 본인의 ID로 진행 부탁드립니다.

[예매 주의사항]

- 본 공연의 러닝 타임은 100분입니다.

- 본 공연은 8세 이상 관람가(미취학아동 입장불가)입니다. 

- 8세 미만 관람가는 보호자 동반과 관계없이 입장이 제한되는 점 양해를 부탁드립니다.

- 현장 티켓 수령 시 본인 확인이 진행됩니다. 티켓 수령자와 예매자가 다를 경우 티켓 수령이 절대 불가합니다. (직계 가족& 타인 아이디로 예매 티켓 수령이 불가합니다.) 

이 점 유의하셔서 반드시 예매는 실제 관람하실 본인의 ID로 진행 부탁드립니다. 

- 본인 확인을 위하여 예매자 신분 확인이 가능한 실물 증빙자료를 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다. 증빙자료를 준비하시지 않을 경우 티켓 수령이 불가합니다. 

- 서류 미지참 시 발생하는 피해는 전적으로 본인에게 있으며, 주최사/주관사/예매처는 책임이 

없습니다.

- 예매처의 정식 절차를 통하지 않은 티켓(개인 간의 거래)로 인한 피해와 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며, 주최사, 주관사, 티켓 예매처에는 책임이 없습니다. 

- 불법적인 방법을 사용하여 티켓을 예매 혹은 구매하였을 시에는 이유를 불문하고 예매 취소 및 법적 조치를 당할 수 있습니다.

- 수령하신 티켓을 분실 및 훼손 시 예매자 본인이더라도 재발권, 취소, 환불이 절대 불가능하니 티켓 보관에 유의해주시기 바랍니다.

[티켓 배송]

- 공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위하여 예매 초기분은 일괄 배송 방식으로 운영합니다. 

배송된 티켓을 공연 일주일 전까지도 수령하지 못하였을 경우 ‘YES24 티켓’ 고객센터로 반드시 사전 문의 부탁드립니다.

- 예매 전 YES24 티켓에 등록되어 있는 예매자 정보를 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

- 반송된 티켓은 공연 당일 매표소에서 현장 수령하셔야 하며, 현장 수령 시, 실물 신분증과 예매 내역서를 지참하신 예매자 본인만 수령이 가능합니다. 자세한 문의는 ‘YES24 티켓’ 고객센터 이용을 부탁드립니다. 

-일괄배송일 이후 예매자는 현장 수령만 가능합니다.

[현장 수령]

- 매표소는 공연 시작 1시간 전부터 공연 시작 30분 후까지 운영됩니다.

예매자 본인의 사진이 부착되고 생년월일이 기재되어 있는 실물 신분증과 예매 내역서 

(프린트본 or 모바일 페이지)를 지참하셔야 본인 확인이 가능합니다. 

[ 인정 신분증 ]

- 주민등록증 기발급자: 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 기간만료 전의 여권, 주민등록증발급신청확인서, 모바일 신분증(행정안전부 발행), 모바일 운전면허증(행정안전부 발행) 

- 주민등록증 미발급자(초, 중, 고등학생 포함): 기간만료 전의 여권, 청소년증, 학생증(본인 사진, 생년월일 必), 청소년증발급신청확인서

- 외국인: 기간만료 전의 여권 혹은 외국인등록증

[ 미인정 신분증 ]

본인 사진 및 생년월일이 없는 학생증, 사원증, 국민건강보험증, 주민등록등본, 의료보험증, 공무원증, 기간이 만료된 여권, 기간이 만료된 외국인등록증, 기관장의 관인 및 투명 스티커가 부착 되어 있지 않은 주민등록증/청소년증발급신청확인서 등

- 티켓 미소지자 고객님께서는 매표소에서 티켓을 먼저 수령해 주시기 바랍니다. 

- 티켓 수령은 실물 신분증과 예매 내역서를 지참하신 예매자 본인만 수령이 가능합니다. (타인 수령&양도 불가입니다.)

- 모든 증빙 서류는 실물로 부탁드리며, 사진/캡처/사본 등으로는 확인이 불가합니다.

- 신분증에는 예매하신 고객의 사진이 부착되어 있어야 하며, 생년월일이 표기되어 있어야 합니다. 

- 학생증에 생년월일이 표기되어 있지 않은 경우 학생증과 함께 주민등록등본, 여권, 의료보험증 中 1개의 추가 확인 서류를 지참해 주시기 바랍니다

- 주민등록증발급신청확인서 및 청소년증발급신청확인서의 경우 사진을 포함한 인적사항, 발급번호, 유효기간에 투명 스티커를 덧붙여야 공문서로 인정하오니, 발급 시 유의하시기 바랍니다.

- 상기 명시되어 있는 신분증 이 외의 다른 증빙 자료는 확인이 어렵습니다. 반드시 명시되어 있는 신분증으로 지참하여 공연장 방문 부탁드립니다. 

- 본인 확인 과정에서 신분증 외에 추가적인 개인정보 확인이 이뤄질 수 있습니다.

- 실물 신분증을 지참하지 않으셨을 경우, 공연장 입장이 불가합니다. 

- 서류 미지참 시 발생하는 피해는 전적으로 본인에게 있으며, 주최사/주관사/예매처는 책임이 없습니다.

[취소 및 환불]

- 티켓의 변경/취소/환불에 관한 내용은 “YES24 티켓” 규정에 따라 진행됩니다.

[입장 안내]

- 공연장 입장은 공연 시작 30분 전부터 시작됩니다.

- 티켓 훼손이나 분실 시 절대 재발행이 불가하며, 실물이 없을 경우 어떠한 경우에도 입장이 제한됩니다.

- 입장 시, 1인 1매 티켓을 소지하지 않으면 입장이 불가합니다.

- 입장 시 지연이 될 수 있으니 공연장에 여유롭게 도착하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[공연 관람 시 유의 사항]

- 공연장 내에서 마스크를 내리거나 착용하지 않을 경우 퇴장 조치될 수 있습니다. (단, 뚜껑이 달린 생수 섭취 시 일시적 마스크 내림 허용)

- 코로나19로 인한 관객 여러분의 이동 동선을 최소화하기 위하여, 공연장 입장 후 재입장은 

불가합니다. (공연장 내부 로비 및 화장실은 이동 가능합니다.)

- 사전 협의되지 않은 사진 및 동영상 촬영, 녹음 및 녹취, 라이브 중계 등은 절대 불가합니다.

적발 시 경고 없이 퇴장 조치됩니다.

- 촬영된 모든 데이터는 압수 및 삭제 처리되며, 제재 중 생기는 기기의 훼손은 책임지지 않습니다.

- 좌석 간의 자리 이동은 불가합니다. 반드시 예매하신 좌석에서 관람해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 병, 캔, 폭죽, 레이저, 플래시 등 위험 물질과 뚜껑 없는 생수를 제외한 뚜껑 없는 음료, 음식들은 반입이 금지됩니다.

- 타인의 공연 관람을 방해하거나 불편을 초래할 수 있는 반려동물, 꽃다발, LED 전광판 등은 반입이 금지됩니다.

- 공연장 내에서는 금연, 금주입니다. 적발 시 퇴장 조치를 받을 수 있습니다.

- 진행요원의 안내에 따라 질서를 지키며 앞서가는 공연문화를 보여주시기 바랍니다.

- 가급적 짐을 가볍게 하고 오시고, 공연장 내 분실물에 대한 책임은 본인에게 있으니 귀중품은 소지하지 않길 바랍니다.

- 공연 당일 극심한 교통 혼잡이 예상되오니 대중교통 이용을 적극 권장해드립니다. 

교통상황이나 주차 등의 문제로 입장을 못하였을 시 티켓의 변경 및 환불은 불가합니다.

- 즐거운 공연 관람을 위해 관객 여러분의 적극적인 협조를 부탁드립니다.

[물품 보관소 미운영 안내]

- 공연장 내 별도 물품보관소를 운영하지 않습니다. 귀중품은 분실 위험이 있으니 가급적 가벼운 차림으로 공연장 방문 부탁드립니다. 

- 공연장 내부에서 타인의 공연 관람에 방해가 되는 물품 소지 시, 입장에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다. 

- 공연장 내에서 DSLR 및 전문 카메라, 모든 형태의 녹음 장비 소지 적발 시, 경고 없이 자료 강제 삭제 및 강제 퇴장 조치됩니다. 이로 인해 발생되는 문제(기기 파손 등)에 대해서는 주최사, 주관사, 안전 요원, 티켓 예매처는 책임지지 않으며 전적으로 본인에게 책임이 있습니다.

[장애인 & 국가유공자 할인]

■ 장애인 할인 1~3급 : 본인 포함 동반 1인 20% 할인 

■ 장애인 할인 4~6급 : 본인만 20% 할인 

■ 국가유공자 할인 : 본인만 20% 할인

[주차 안내]

- 주차는 연세대학교 내 공학원 지하주차장을 이용하시기 바랍니다.

- 당일 공연 관람 티켓 제시시, 

   ▶ 1~3시간 이내 : 3,000원

   ▶ 3~5시간 이내 : 4,000원

   ▶ 5시간 이후 : 5,000원

- 티켓 미소지자는 공연장의 주차 요금 규정에 따라 금액을 지불하셔야 합니다.

   ▶ 일반 주차요금 : 최초 30분 2,000원 / 입차 후 30분 이후 2시간까지 10분당 500원 부과 / 입차 후 2시간 이후 10분당 1,000원 부과

   * 평일(월~금) 출근시간대 07:30~09:30 및 퇴근 시간대 18:00~20:00에는 입차 후 최초 3,000원 적용

- 연세대학교 동문과 북문은 00시~05시까지 차량이 통제됩니다. 출차 시 유의하시기 바랍니다.

- 공연 당일, 공연장 주변 교통이 혼잡할 것으로 예상되오니 가급적이면 대중교통 이용 부탁드립니다.

- 교통 상황이나 주차 문제 등으로 인한 관람 지연의 이유로 공연 회차 변경 및 티켓 환불은 불가하오니 이 점 유의하시어 여유롭게 공연장에 도착해주시기 바랍니다.

Guidance on Quarantine Plans to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19

For your safety, we ask for the cooperation from all of the many audience.

Details may change in accordance with the government's quarantine guidelines, 

And any changes will be announced by text message before the performance.

1. Mandate On Wearing Masks

- Please wear a mask in all spaces inside and outside the auditorium and performance hall, which are multi-use facilities.

- If you do not wear a mask, you will be restricted from entering the concert hall and will be sent off if you are caught violating safety regulations

- For the safety of the artists and audience, please wear a mask to cover both your nose and mouth while watching the performance, and if you lower or do not wear your mask, you may be sent off.

2. Quarantining the Concert Hall.

- We have strengthened the cleaning and quarantining of frequent customer contact points such as ticket offices and toilets and will provide virus prevention items such as hand sanitizers in the concert hall.

- All staff, including ticket offices and concert hall guides, are familiar with the COVID-19 response manual and are obligated to disinfect their hands and wear masks.

- Customers who are not cooperative with the quarantine procedures of the concert hall are not allowed to enter, and we ask for you cooperation for the safety of everyone.

3. Those Not Allowed to Enter the Concert Hall

- Those subject to self-isolation due to being diagnosed as “positive” as a result of the COVID-19 gene amplification (PCR) test

- Those subject to self-isolation

4. Information on Refunds Without Cancellation Fees Due to COVID-19 Confirmation

- Cancellation of reservations due to the confirmation of COVID-19 is only allowed if "the person who made the reservation" or "the ticket holders cohabitant (i.e family living together)" is diagnosed with COVID-19. You must prove this with a positive test result or give evidence equivalent to it to cancel without a cancellation fee.

*In the case of reservation for “companions" (friends, acquaintances, lovers, etc.), it is difficult to confirm the relationship between the ticket holder and the companion, so even if the companion is confirmed to be "positive" by a COVID-19 PCR test, the ticket holder's ticket will be processed according to existing cancellation and refund regulations.

[Those Who Are Free of Cancellation Fees Due to COVID-19 Confirmation]

1. "The person who made the reservation" who is diagnosed as "positive" on a COVID-19 PCR test or rapid antigen test

2. "A family member of the person who made the reservation" who is diagnosed as "positive" on a COVID-19 PCR test or rapid antigen test

Please prepare both the documentary evidence of the positive COVID-19 test of the cohabitant (family living together) and the documentary evidence of proof that you live together and contact the YES24 Ticket Customer Center.

[General Reservation]

- General Reservation will begin at 8PM on Friday, March 10 2023 (KST).

- To prevent illegal transactions and transfers, the payment method is limited to "Cards only”.

- You can buy up to two tickets per person (per session).

- If you make a reservation using someone else’s information, you will be legally responsible. There may be additional identification on-site and you cannot enter the concert hall if your identity cannot be verified.

- If you receive a ticket on-site, you will be asked for your personal ID. Tickets cannot be received if the ticket recipient’s name and the reserved name differ. (You cannot make a reservation with your immediate family members’ and other people’s IDs.)

- Please take note of the above and make sure to proceed with the reservation with the ID of the person attending.

[Precautions for Reservation]

- The running time of this performance is 100 minutes.

- This performance is for those over 8 years of age (not allowed for preschoolers).

- Please understand that admission is restricted to those under 8years of age regardless of the guardian's presence

- If you receive a ticket on-site, you will be asked for your personal ID. Tickets cannot be  received if the ticket recipient’s name and the reserved name differ. (You cannot make a reservation with your immediate family members’ and other people’s IDs.)

- Please bring real evidence that can confirm the identity of the person who made the  reservation. If you do not prepare sufficient evidence, you cannot receive a ticket.

- The damage caused by not bringing the documents is entirely on you, and the organizer / host / booking office is not responsible.

- In case of tickets that have not been officially processed by the reservation site (i.e. individual transaction), you are solely responsible for the resulting damage, and the organizer or ticket reservation office is not responsible.

- If you book or purchase a ticket using an illegal method, you may be subject to cancellation or legal action regardless of the reason

- If you lose of damage the ticket you received, you can never re-authorize, cancel, of refund it, so please keep your ticket safe.

[Ticket Delivery]

- In order to prevent congestion on the day of the performance, the initial reservation will be operated by collective delivery.

If you have not received your ticket by delivery by one week before the performance, please contact the YES24 Customer Center in advance.

- Please make sure to check the reservation information registered on YES24 before booking 

- Any tickets returned to the sender must be received on-site at the ticket office on the day of the performance, and you must bring supporting documents when you receive it on the spot. For more information, please use the YES24 Customer Center.

[Ticket Pick-up]

- The ticket office is open from 1 hour before the start of the performance to 30 minutes after the performance begins (the time may change depending on the situation on site).

- If you receive a ticket on-site, you will be asked for your personal ID. Tickets cannot be received if the ticket recipient’s name and the reserved name differ. (You cannot make a reservation with your immediate family members’ and other people’s IDs.)

- Please bring real evidence that can confirm the identity of the person who made the reservation. If you do not prepare sufficient evidence, you cannot receive a ticket.

- Audiences who purchased tickets illegally or through transfers are not allowed to enter

[ Forms of Identification］

You must bring your real ID card with your own picture and your date of birth and a reservation statement (print or mobile page)

[ Accepted Forms of dentification ]

* Those with resident registration cards : Resident Registration card, driver’s license, valid passport, confirmation of application for issuance of resident registration card, mobile ID cards, mobile driver’s license.

* Those without resident registration cards : valid passport, youth card, students card(with picture, DOB), confirmation of application for issuance of youth card

* Foreigners : valid passport, foreigner registration card

[ Unaccepted forms of Identification]

Student ID(without one’s picture and DOB), employee ID, national health insurance card, copy of resident registration, medical insurance card, public official card, expired passport, expired foreigner registration and confirmation of youth issuance without an official seal of the head of the agency or transparent sticker, etc.

- If you don’t have a ticket, please receive the ticket first at the ticket office.

- Tickets can only be received by the person who brought his or her real ID card and reservation statement. (others cannot receive and transfer tickets.)

- All documents are requested in person, and you cannot use  photos / captures / copies for verification.

- The ID card must have a picture of the customer who made the reservation, and the date of birth must be marked.

- If the date of birth is not indicated on the student card, please bring one of the following  additional forms of identification : resident registration copy, passport, and medical insurance card along with the student card.

- In the case of the confirmation of application for resident registration card issuance and the confirmation of application for youth card issuance, it is recognized as an official document only if the transparent stickers are placed on it alongside valid personal information (including a photograph), issuance number, and validity period, so please note this when issuing it.

- It is difficult to verify without the forms of identification specified above. Please bring one of the indicated forms and visit the concert hall.

- In the process of identification, additional personal information in addition to the form of identification may be requested

- If you don’t bring a real form of identification, you cannot enter the concert hall.

- The damage caused by not bringing the documents is entirely on you, and the organizer / host / booking office is not responsible.

[Cancellation and Refund]

- Information on the change/cancellation/refund of tickets will be conducted in accordance with “YES24” regulations. For related inquiries, please visit the “YES24” Customer Center .

- Tickets cannot canceled of refunded on the day of the performance.

[Notice of Entry]

- Admission to the concert hall starts 30 minutes before the start of the performance.

(the time change depending on the situation in the concert hall)

- Staff members may be control your entry according to the director's direction once the performance has started.

- If the ticket is damaged or lost, it cannot be reissued, and admission will be restricted in all cases without a real ticket.

- You cannot enter the concert hall unless you have one ticket per person.

- Entry may be delayed due to the implementation of distancing between audiences, so please arrive at the concert hall in a relaxed manner.

[Precautions for the Performance]

- If you lower or do not wear a mask in the concert hall, you may be sent off (temporary lowering of the mask is allowed when drinking water form bottles with lids).

We ask for your cooperation for the safety of everyone. 

- In order to minimize the movement of the audience due to COVID-19, re-entry after entering the concert hall is not allowed. (you can move to the lobby and bathroom inside the concert hall.)

- Voice recording, taking pictures and recording videos that have not been discussed in advance is forbidden in all cases. If caught, you may be sanctioned and sent off by security personnel. 

- All photographed/recorded data will be confiscated and deleted and we will not be responsible for any damage to the device during the sanctions.

- You cannot move from your designated seat. Please make sure to watch the performance from the seat you reserved.

- Dangerous substances such as bottles, can, firecrackers, lasers, and flash, and drinks and foods except water bottles with lids are prohibited from being brought in.

- Pets, bouquets, and LED electronic boards that may interfere with viewing of other people or cause inconvenience are prohibited from being brought in.

- There is absolutely no smoking or drinking of alcohol allowed in the concert hall. You will be sent off if caught.

- Please cooperate with our staff in an orderly fashion in order to enjoy the show.

- Please come with your luggage as light as possible, and you are responsible for lost items in the concert hall so please do not bring valuables.

- It is expected that there will be severe traffic congestion on the day of the performance, so we highly recommend using public transportation. Tickets cannot be changed of refunded if you are unable to enter due to traffic conditions or parking problems.

- We ask for your active cooperation for a pleasant performance.

[Notice of Not Operating the Storage]

- There is no separate storage of goods in the concert hall. Due to the a risk of losing valuables, please visit the concert hall with as little luggage as possible. 

- If you carry any item that may interfere with other people’s viewing of the performance, you will not be able to enter the concert hall.

- If you possess DSLR, professional cameras, and all other types of recording equipment in the concert hall, you will be forced to delete the data without warning and be forced out. Any problems caused by this matter(damage to the device, etc.) are entirely on you and the organizer / host /  security / booking office are not responsible.

■ Discount for the Disabled - Level 1~3 : 20% discount for one people including one self

■ Discount for the Disabled - Level 4-6 : 20% discount for oneself

■ Discount for Those of National Merit : 20% discount for oneself

※ Tickets will be received after checking related documentary evidence (ID card, etc.) at the ticket office on the day of the performance. If you don’t bring supporting documents, you have to pay the difference on the spot.

※ Wheelchair seats will be placed in the back row of both side areas on the first floor.

[Parking]

- Please use the underground parking lot of Yonsei University's engineering center.

- Parking fees if a ticket of the performance on the day of is presented

   ▶ Use for 1~3hours : KRW 3,000

   ▶ Use for 3~5hours : KRW 4,000

   ▶ Use for 5 hours or longer : KRW 5,000

- Those who don't have a ticket must pay the price according to the parking fee regulations of the concert hall.

   ▶ Regular parking fee : First 30 min : KRW 2,000 / use for 30 min ~ 2hours : additional KRW 500 every 10 mins / use for 2hours or longer : additional KRW 1,000 every 10mins

      * During the rush hour period of 07:30 - 09:30 and 18:00 - 20:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday), during rush hour, KRW 3,000 will be applied for the first time after entering the parking area.

- Yonsei University's east and north gates are closed 00:00 ~ 05:00. Please take note of this when you leave.
