1) 팬클럽 선예매 

- 예매 일정 : 2023년 2월 8일 (수) 6:00 PM ~ 6:59:59 PM

- 참여 대상 : 2023년 2월 8일 (수) 12:00 PM 까지 ReVeLuv-ACE 회원 인증을 완료하신 분 (1인 1매)

└ KWANGYA CLUB의 ReVeLuv 커뮤니티 내 오른쪽 상단 MY 프로필에서 ACE 업그레이드를 클릭, 구매한 ACE 멤버십 코드를 등록하여 ACE 등급을 획득 후, YES24 티켓 사이트에서 2월 1일 (수) 12:00 PM 부터 2월 8일 (수) 12:00 PM 까지 ACE 회원 인증을 완료하신 분에 한해 선예매 참여 가능

2) 일반 예매 오픈 

- 예매 일정 : 2023년 2월 8일 (수) 8:00 PM 

└ 일반 예매는 선예매에 참여하지 않은 분에 한해 1인 1매만 예매 가능하며, 선예매로 매진될 경우, 일반 예매는 진행되지 않습니다.

3) 휠체어석 예매 오픈

- 팬클럽 선예매 : 2023년 2월 8일 (수) 10:00 AM ~ 10:30 AM

- 일반 예매 : 2023년 2월 8일 (수) 10:31 AM ~ 

* 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 및 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며,

전화 예매(YES24 콜센터 : 1544-6399)로만 가능합니다. (본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 1인 2매 예매 가능)

* 티켓 수령 시, 신분증 및 복지카드(혹은 장애인등록증) 확인이 이루어지며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다.

※ “2023 HAPPY WENDY-DAY”는 SM C&C TOUR가 진행될 예정이며, GLOBAL ACE 회원이 우선 신청할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 추후 아래 URL을 통해 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 결제는 무통장 입금 및 카드결제로 가능하나 2월 9일 (목) 부터 예매하시는 분들은 신용카드 결제로만 진행됩니다. 티켓 예매 후, 잔여 좌석이 있을 경우에는 당일 현장 판매가 진행될 예정입니다. 

※ 티켓 취소 마감은 2월 17일 (금) 5:00 PM 까지이며, 온라인 티켓 예매 마감은 2월 19일 (일) 12:00 PM 까지입니다.

※ 예매 관련 문의는 YES24 공연 고객센터(1544-6399)로 해주시기 바라며, YES24 콜센터 운영 시간은 평일 09:00~18:00, 토요일 09:00~17:00이며, 일요일 및 공휴일 휴무입니다.

1) Pre-reservations for fan club members

- Reservation Schedule: Wednesday, February 8, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 6:59:59 PM

- Open to: Those verified as Cassiopeia-ACE members by Wednesday, February 8 at 12:00 PM (1 ticket per person)

┖ At KWANGYA CLUB’s ReVeluv Community, go to “MY Profile” at the top right corner and press “ACE Upgrade”. Register the ACE membership you purchased to get the ACE-level membership. Those who verify the ACE membership at the YES24 ticket website from Wednesday, February 1 at 12:00 PM to Wednesday, February 8 at 12:00 PM can participate in the pre-reservation.

 

2) Regular reservations 

- Reservation Schedule : Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 8:00 PM

┖ Regular reservation is only open to those who haven’t got the pre-reservation tickets and only one ticket is available per person. If tickets are sold out at the pre-reservation, regular reservations won’t open.

 

3) Wheelchair seating reservations

- Pre-reservations for fan club members: Wednesday, February 8, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM

- Regular Reservations: Wednesday, February 8, 2023 from 10:31 AM ~

- Available only via phone(YES24 Customer Service: 1544-6399), reservations up to two tickets per person, one for guardian, are allowed

 

* For wheelchair seats, reservations are possible only for those with disability registration certificates and the name on the card has to be that of the person reserving the ticket.

 The reservations are only available via phone call (YES24 Customer Service: 1544-6399) (Available up to 2 tickets per person, including one for a guardian)

* When receiving the ticket, you must show your ID card and welfare card (or disability registration card). If the proof of identification doesn’t match the person who reserved the ticket, both the person and guardian will not be allowed to enter.

※ “2023 HAPPY WENDY-DAY” will be held at SM C&C TOUR. It will be opened to GLOBAL ACE members first. For more information, please check the URL below later.

※ Wire deposit without a bankbook or card payment is available until Thursday 9, but only the card payment is available after Thursday 9. Unreserved tickets will be available at the box office on the day of the event.

 

※ The deadline for cancellation is Friday, February 17 at 5:00 PM, and online ticket reservations are available until Sunday, February 19 at 12:00 PM.

 

※ Please call YES 24 Concert Customer Service(1544-6399) for reservation inquiries. The business hours for YES24 Customer Service are 09:00-18:00 on weekdays, 09:00-17:00 on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays and holidays.
