- 팬클럽 선예매는 STAY 2기 대상으로 진행되며, YES24에서만 제공되는 회원 전용 상품입니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 전, STAY 2기 공식 팬클럽 회원 인증을 반드시 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다.

▶ 일반예매 : 2022년 8월 23일 (화) 20:00~ (KST) (회당 1인 2매 예매가능)

- 선예매 매수 포함 회당 1인 2매 구매 가능합니다.

▶ 휠체어석 안내

- 휠체어석 구매는 2022년 8월 23일 (화) 오전 10시부터 YES24 고객센터(1544-6399)를 통해 전화예매만 가능합니다. (*고객센터 운영시간 평일 오전 9시 ~ 오후 6시 / 토요일 오전 9시 ~ 오후 5시 / 일요일 및 공휴일 휴무)

- 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 구매 가능한 좌석이며, 동반 1인 포함 총 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.

※ 원활한 예매 진행을 위해 티켓 구매 시 무통장 입금 결제는 제한됩니다. 티켓 불법 양도, 암표 근절 및 티켓을 구입하고 싶어하시는 관객분들에게 피해가 되지 않도록 조치를 취하는 것이니, 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

※ 반드시 공연을 관람할 본인의 이름으로 예매해야 하며 예매자 본인이 아닌 경우 공연 관람이 불가합니다.

※ 본 공연은 글로벌 예매서비스도 진행 예정입니다.

▶ 인증 방법

- 팬클럽 회원인증 방법에 관하여 아래 안내사항을 잘 확인하시어, 팬클럽 선예매 진행에 불이익이 없으시길 바랍니다.

※ STAY 2기 공식회원 인증기간 2022년 8월 11일 (목) 11:00 (KST) - 8월 17일 (수) 17:00 (KST)

1) 하단의 링크를 이용하여 ‘YES24’ 접속 후 로그인 진행 (사전에 ‘YES24’ 회원가입 완료 부탁드립니다.)

2) 로그인 완료 후 ‘팬클럽 회원 인증하기’ 클릭

3) 이름/ V LIVE앱 넘버 기입 후, ‘인증’ 클릭 (정확히 기입하여 주세요. 틀린 경우 인증이 불가능합니다.)

Ex) 이름: 홍길동 / V LIVE앱 넘버: V0000000

4) 인증완료

▶ 인증 관련 주의사항

- 팬클럽 선예매는 Stray Kids 공식 팬클럽 STAY 2기 회원 중, YES24에서 공식회원 인증이 완료된 분들에 한하여 예매 가능합니다. 

- 인증 기간 내 회원인증을 완료하지 못한 분들은 선예매가 불가하며, 이후 오픈 되는 일반예매로 예매 가능 하오니 반드시 기간 내 인증을 완료하여 주시기 바랍니다.

- 팬클럽 회원인증 시, STAY 2기 가입 당시 생성된 이름, V LIVE앱 넘버를 기입해 주셔야 확인이 가능합니다. 

회원정보 확인 방법은 아래로 확인 부탁드립니다.

[PC 일 경우]

* STAY 2기: NAVER V LIVE 로그인 > https://www.vlive.tv/my/profile접속

[APP 일 경우]

* 이름: V LIVE 앱 > STAY Membership 가입한 계정으로 로그인 > 하단 '더보기' > 우상단 '설정' 아이콘 

> 프로필 정보 > 이름

* V넘버: V LIVE 앱 > STAY Membership 가입한 계정으로 로그인 > 하단 '더보기' > 우상단 '설정' 아이콘 

> 로그인정보 클릭 시 'V LIVE 앱 넘버'

- 팬클럽회원 인증은 PC(웹), 모바일에서 가능합니다.

- 하나의 YES24 아이디로 한번의 인증만 가능하며, 한 번 인증한 아이디는 재 로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.

- 선예매 전 [팬클럽 회원 인증하기] 버튼을 클릭하여 팬클럽 인증이 완료되었는지 확인 후 예매진행 부탁드립니다.

- 팬클럽 인증을 국문 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 선예매는 국문 페이지에서만 가능하며, 팬클럽 인증을 글로벌 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 선예매는 글로벌 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

- 정확한 팬클럽 회원정보 기입 후에도 인증오류가 날 경우에는 YES24공연 고객센터 (1544-6399)로 문의 부탁드립니다.

예매처(YES24) 본인 인증 절차 관련

- 본 공연은 휴대폰 또는 I-PIN으로 본인 인증절차를 완료한 회원만 예매가 가능하며, 원활한 예매 진행을 위하여 사전에 본인인증 절차를 진행해 주시길 바랍니다.

- 반드시 공연을 관람할 본인의 이름으로 본인인증(휴대폰, I-PIN인증)절차를 진행해주시길 바랍니다.

- 기 가입된 회원 중 본인인증을 진행하지 않으신 회원 분들은 휴대폰 또는 I-PIN으로 본인 인증을 진행해주시기 바랍니다. (*마이페이지-회원정보-본인인증)

- 본인인증 후 반드시 로그아웃 후 재로그인을 해주시기 바랍니다. 재로그인을 하지 않을 경우 반영되지 않으니 착오 없으시길 바랍니다. 

- 글로벌 페이지 회원의 경우 예매 시 별도의 본인인증절차는 없으나, 현장티켓 배부 시 본인 확인이 진행되며 이후 티켓 수령이 가능합니다.

- Fanclub presale is exclusively open for STAY 2nd Generation, and it's a members-only product available on YES24. 

- Before FANCLUB PRESALE, please complete your STAY 2nd Generation Verification.

▶ GENERAL SALE : Tuesday, August 23, 2022 20:00~ (KST) (Purchase Limit: 2 tickets per person for each show.)

- 2 tickets per person, including the ticket purchased through the FANCLUB PRESALE.

※ To be able to collect and view the concert, please make sure to reserve tickets for yourself under your name only. If you are not the person who made the reservation, you cannot watch the show.

※ YES24 Global Ticket Service will be available.

※ Those who reserve tickets on the global page do not have to make an authorization via mobile or I-PIN to be able to reserve tickets. However, you will only be able to collect your tickets on-site after presenting proper ID.

▶ STAY 2nd Generation Verification Guide

- Please keep STAY 2nd Generation Verification Guide in mind to prevent any disadvantage in purchasing tickets.

※ STAY 2nd Generation Verification Period : Thursday, August 11, 2022 11:00 (KST) - Wednesday, August 17, 2022 17:00 (KST) 

1) Click the below link and log in with ‘YES24’ account 

(If you’re new to YES24, please visit the JOIN page to get started)

2) Click the [“Authentication(팬클럽 회원 인증하기)”] button after logging-in to YES24.

3) After filling in your Name and V LIVE APP Number (Membership Number), click the ["Receive ID verification"] button. (If at least one of the two information does not match your STAY 2nd Generation records, the verification will not be processed.)

Ex) 이름: Hong Gil-Dong / V LIVE APP NUMBER: V0000000

4) Verification complete 

▶ FANCLUB Verification Precautions

- Only those members of Stray Kids OFFICIAL FANCLUB STAY 2nd Generation Verified by YES24 are allowed to

reserve tickets during the FANCLUB PRESALE.

- If your Verification is not completed during the Verification Period, it is impossible to reserve tickets during the FANCLUB PRESALE. So please make sure to complete your Verification within the set period.

- It is required to fill in information such as Name, V LIVE APP Number(Membership number) that was used to

register for your STAY 2nd Generation membership on NAVER V LIVE to proceed the Verification process on YES24. Refer to below for instructions on how to access your status information.

* STAY 2nd : Log in with your NAVER V LIVE account and access the following link: https://www.vlive.tv/my/profile 

[APP]

* Name: V LIVE APP > Login to STAY Membership account > Click 'More' on the bottom 

> Click 'App Settings' icon on the right upper side > Profile Info > Name

* V Number: V LIVE APP > Login to STAY Membership account > Click 'More' on the bottom 

> Click 'App Settings' icon on the right upper side > Click 'Login Info' > 'V LIVE App number'

- FANCLUB verifications can be made via PC(Web) or mobile.

- Only 1 verification can be made per ID and If your STAY 2nd Generation Verification is completed, you do not have to make another verification when logging in again.

- Please click the [“Authentication(팬클럽 회원 인증하기)”] button to check your status before FANCLUB PRESALE.

- If you made your FANCLUB authorization on the domestic site, you will only be able to make pre-purchase

 reservations on the domestic site and if you made your FANCLUB PRESALE reservation on the global site, you will only be able to make pre-purchase reservations on the global site.

- If STAY 2nd Generation Verifications are not completed despite filling out the correct information, please e-mail customer service global_yesticket@yes24.com

Information of the verification process (YES24)

- Only members who have completed the identity verification process using their cell phone or I-PIN can make reservations for this show. Please complete the identity verification process (mobile, I-PIN) in advance.

- Please complete the identity verification process (mobile, I-PIN) for yourself under your name only.

- Those who have not completed identity verification but are already registered members, please proceed the identification process through a mobile phone or I-PIN. (*My page-membership information- Identity verification processing)

- Please make sure that after verifying your identity, you must log out and log in again. If you do not re-login, the information will not be reflected. 

- Those who reserve tickets on the global page do not have to make an authorization via mobile or I-PIN to be able to reserve tickets. However, you will only be able to collect your tickets on-site after presenting proper ID.

- Please contact the YES24 Customer Service Center (T.1544-6399) for information of the verification process.
