코로나 19 확산 방지를 위한 방역 계획 안내

아티스트, 관객, 전 스태프의 안전과 즐거운 공연 관람을 위하여 철저하게 방역 지침을 준수하고 아래의 내용과 같이 현장 운영을 진행할 예정입니다.

모두의 안전을 위하여 관객분들의 많은 협조 부탁드립니다.

아래의 사항은 ‘코로나19’ 상황 및 정부 지침에  따라 변동될 수 있으며,

2차 백신 접종 완료자와 PCR 음성 확인서 제출자만 공연장 입장이 가능합니다.

정부의 지침 완화 시, 거리두기로 미판매되었던 좌석이 추가 오픈될 수 있습니다.

본 방역 계획에 비협조적인 관객께서는 입장이 불가합니다.

또한, ‘코로나19’ 상황이 악화될 시 공연 취소&연기의 가능성이 있을 수 있으며 부득이하게 공연이 연기될 경우, 예매하신 좌석 그대로 일정만 변경하여 진행될 수 있습니다.

[ VERIVERY OFFICIAL FANCLUB VERRER 2nd 선예매 안내 ]

- 팬클럽 선예매는 2021년 12월 31일 (금) 8PM ~ 11:59PM 까지 진행됩니다.

1월 1일 (토) 00:00부터는 예매가 불가하니, 이 점 유의 부탁드립니다. 

- 팬클럽 선예매는 [VERIVERY OFFICIAL FANCLUB VERRER 2nd]에 가입된 회원에 한하여 진행됩니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 진행을 위하여 인증 기간 내 인증을 완료하여야 합니다.

[팬클럽 인증 기간 : 2021년 12월 29일 (수) 14:00 - 12월 31일 (금) 23:59]

- 인증 완료 이후 다른 아이디로 변경 불가합니다. 

인증 완료 이후 탈퇴하시는 경우에도 재인증이 불가하니 이 점 유의 부탁드립니다.

- 회차 당 매수 제한 1인 1매입니다. 

- 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 고객님께서는 일반 예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가로 구매 가능합니다. 

(Ex. 팬클럽 선예매 시 1매를 구매하셨을 경우, 일반 예매 시 1매를 추가로 구매하실 수 있습니다. 

- 무통장 입금의 경우 정해진 기간 내 입금을 완료하지 않으면 예매하신 티켓은 자동으로 취소됩니다. 

- 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 가격은 일반 가격에서 자동 할인 적용되어 금액이 표기됩니다.

- YES24 티켓 ID 회원정보와 팬클럽 인증자의 이름이 상이해도 인증이 가능합니다. 단, 하나의 정보로 중복 인증은 불가하며 예매되는 티켓에는 YES24 티켓 ID의 회원정보로 출력됩니다. 따라서 추후 티켓 구매자 본인 확인, 팬클럽 확인 등에 있어 불이익을 받을 수 있으니 팬클럽 가입자 본인의 명의의 YES24 티켓 ID를 사용하실 것을 권장 드립니다.

[ 팬클럽 인증 방법 ]

- 인증 진행 시 YES24 티켓 회원 가입이 되어 있어야 합니다.

- 인증 진행 시 [VERIVERY OFFICIAL FANCLUB VERRER 2nd] 에 가입이 되어 있어야 합니다.

- 선예매 인증 기간에 꼭 팬클럽 인증을 진행하셔야 선예매가 가능합니다.

[성함] 팬클럽 가입 시 본인이 입력하신 내용 그대로 입력 부탁드립니다.

띄어쓰기 및 대소문자 포함하여 입력 부탁드립니다.

[V LIVE NUMBER] V LIVE NUMBER 는 “V0000000” 형식으로 입력 부탁드립니다.

V, 7자릿수 숫자 및 문자를 포함하여 입력 부탁드립니다. 문자와 숫자가 한 개라도 입력되지 않을 시에는 인증이 불가합니다.

- V LIVE NUMBER 는 “V LIVE 홈페이지 - 마이페이지- 내 정보 - 로그인 정보” 경로 통해 확인 가능합니다.

- 인증 완료 이후 다른 아이디로 변경 불가하며 재인증이 불가합니다.

[ 일반 예매 안내 ]

- 일반 예매는 2022년 1월 3일 (월) 8PM부터 진행됩니다. 

- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행됩니다. 

- 일반 예매 매수 제한은 1인 2매이며, 

팬클럽 선예매 티켓을 구매하신 분들도 일반 예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가로 구매 가능합니다. 

(Ex. 팬클럽 선예매 시 1매를 구매하셨을 경우, 일반 예매 시 1매를 추가로 구매하실 수 있습니다.)

- 본 공연은 8세 이상 관람가 입니다.

- 본인의 개인 정보가 아닌 타인의 정보를 이용하여 예매를 진행할 경우, 법적인 책임이 따르며 현장에서 입장이 불가합니다. 

- 현장에서 티켓 수령 시, 본인 확인이 진행됩니다. 티켓 수령자와 예매자가 다를 경우 티켓 수령이 절대 불가합니다. (직계 가족& 타인 아이디로 예매 불가합니다.)

- 이 점 유의하셔서 반드시 예매는 실제 관람하실 본인의 ID로 진행 부탁드립니다.

[ 현장 수령 ]

-매표소는 공연 시작 3시간 전부터 1시간 후까지 운영됩니다. (현장 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.) 

-당일 현장 티켓 수령 시 본인 확인이 진행됩니다. 티켓 수령자와 예매자가 다를 경우 티켓 수령이 절대 불가합니다. (직계 가족& 타인 아이디로 예매 티켓 수령이 불가합니다.)

이 점 유의하셔서 반드시 예매는 실제 관람하실 본인의 ID로 진행 부탁드립니다. 

- 본인 확인을 위하여 예매자 신분 확인이 가능한 실물 증빙자료를 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다. 증빙자료를 준비하시지 않을 경우 티켓 수령이 불가합니다. 

(복사본, 사진, 캡처, 사본으로는 본인 확인이 불가합니다.)

- 양도 및 불법으로 티켓을 구입하신 관객은 입장이 불가합니다.

[ 본인 확인 서류 ］

예매자 본인의 사진이 부착되고 생년월일이 기재되어 있는 실물 신분증과 예매 내역서 (프린트본 or 모바일 페이지)를 지참하셔야 본인 확인이 가능합니다. 

[신분증] 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권 中 1개

[미성년자 신분증] 학생증, 여권 中 1개

[초등학생 신분증] 여권, 청소년증, 주민등록등본, 의료보험증  中 1개

-티켓 미소지자 고객님께서는 “YES24 티켓” 부스에서 티켓을 먼저 수령해 주시기 바랍니다. 

티켓 수령은 실물 신분증과 예매 내역서를 지참하신 예매자 본인만 수령이 가능합니다. (타인 수령&양도 불가입니다.)

-모든 증빙 서류는 실물로 부탁드리며, 사진/캡처/사본 등으로는 확인이 불가합니다.

-신분증에는 예매하신 고객의 사진이 부착되어 있어야 하며, 생년월일이 표기되어 있어야 합니다. 

-학생증에 생년월일이 표기되어 있지 않은 경우 학생증과 함께 주민등록등본, 여권, 의료보험증 中 1개의 추가 확인 서류를 지참해 주시기 바랍니다

-상기 명시되어 있는 신분증 이 외의 다른 증빙 자료는 확인이 어렵습니다. 반드시 명시되어 있는 신분증으로 지참하여 공연장 방문 부탁드립니다. 

-실물 신분증을 지참하지 않으셨을 경우, 공연장 입장이 불가합니다. 

서류 미지참 시 발생하는 피해는 전적으로 본인에게 있으며, 주최사/주관사/예매처는 책임이 없습니다.

[ 입장 안내 ]

- 공연장 입장은 공연 시작 1시간 30분 전부터 시작됩니다. (공연장 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.)

- 입장 시, 1인 1매 티켓 및 2차 백신 접종 완료 확인 팔찌 or PCR 음성확인 팔찌를 소지하지 않으면 입장이 불가합니다.

- 입장 시, 비접촉 체온 측정 / QR 체크인  or 080 안심콜/ 실물 티켓 / 2차백신 접종 완료 확인 팔찌 or  PCR  음성확인  팔찌를 소지하신 관객분들만 입장이 가능합니다. 

 단 한 가지라도 미완료&미소지하였을 경우 공연장 입장이 절대 불가합니다.

- 백신 접종 완료자는 “백신패스 부스”에서 백신 접종 완료 내역을 확인 받으시고, “2차 백신 접종 완료 확인 팔찌”를 착용하셔야 합니다. 공연장 입장 시, “티켓”과 “2차 백신 접종 완료 확인 팔찌”를 안전요원에게 확인받으셔야 합니다.

- 백신 미접종자는 “백신패스 부스”에서 신분증과 PCR 음성 확인 문자를 확인 받으시고,  “PCR 음성 확인 팔찌”를 착용하셔야 합니다. 공연장 입장 시, “티켓”과 “PCR 음성 확인 팔찌”를 안전요원에게 확인받으셔야 합니다.

- “백신 패스 부스”는 공연 시작 4시간 전부터 1시간 후까지 운영됩니다.

- 입장 시, 서류 확인 및 관객 간의 거리 두기 시행으로 입장의 지연이 될 수 있으니 공연장에 여유롭게 도착하여 주시기 바랍니다.

- 공연 안내에 대한 자세한 내용은 추후 오픈 될 “상세페이지” 통해 확인 부탁드립니다.

- Ticketing Limits for Fan club pre-purchase : 1 per person (pereach session) 

- General Ticketing Limits : 2 per person (Including Fan club pre-purchase)

- Seating Plan : 2:1 distanced designated seating system (General reservations will open for seats remaining after the fanclub pre-purchaseFor general reservations, the remaining seats are operated after the pre-purchase is completed)

- Delivery date : January 5, 2022 (Wed)  

Guidance on quarantine plans to prevent the spread of COVID-19

For the safety of artists, audiences, and all staff, we will thoroughly comply with the quarantine 

guidelines and conduct on-site operations as follows:.

We ask for your cooperation for the safety of everyone.

The following can be changed according to the "COVID-19" situation and government guidelines.

Only those who have been vaccinated orand those who submit COVIDovid testing result are allowed to enter the concert hall.

If the government's guidelines are eased, additional seats that were unavailable due to distancing guidelinesnot sold may be open.

Audiences who are uncooperative with this quarantine plan are not allowed to enter the concert hall.

In addition, if the "COVID-19" situation worsens, there may be a possibility of cancellation or 

postponement of the performance.

If the performance is postponed inevitably, theyour seat that you had originally reserved will remainbe as the as your designated seat on the new date you reserved.

[ Pre-booking announcement for VERIVERY OFFICIAL FANCLUB “VERRER 2nd”]

- Pre-booking for the fan club members will run from 8PM to 11:59PM on December 31st (Fri), 2021 (Fri).

Reservations will not be available from 00:00 on January 1st (Sat) onwards, so please note this.

- Pre-booking for the fan club members will be held only for members who have joined [VERIVERY OFFICIAL FANCLUB “VERRER 2nd”]

- Verification of membershipCertification must be completed within the certificationverification period in order to proceed with the pre-booking for the fan club members.

- After the verification is complete, you cannot change to another ID and re-verify. Please be aware that you cannot re-verify if you delete your ID after the verification is complete.

- Ticket purchase is limited to 1 ticket per 1 person for each show.

- Customers who purchase tickets through the fan club pre-booking can purchase additional tickets within the purchase limit when making general reservations.

(Ex. If you purchased one ticket throughfor the fan club pre-booking, you maycan purchase one more ticket throughfor the general reservation.)

- The price of the pre-booking ticket for the fan club is automatically discounted from the general price and the amount is marked.

- For a deposits without a bankbook, if you do not complete the deposit within the allowed deposit period, the reserved ticket will be cancelled automatically.

- Name of the fan club authenticator mayare differ from the YES24 account holder’s nameent. However, duplicate authentication is not possible by one personwith one information, and the reserved ticket will is displayed as the member information of the YES24 ticket ID. Therefore, it is recommended to use the a YES24 ticket ID sharingin the name of the fan club memsubscriber as there may be disadvantages in verifying the identity of the ticket buyer and the fan club member in the future.

[Fanclub authentication method]

- For booking, you must register online throughat the YES24 ticket website.

- Fanclub pre-purchasereservation is openoperated only for those who are registered members ofat [VERIVERY OFFICIAL FANCLUB VERRER 2nd].

- Fan club verificationauthentication must be done during the verificationauthentication period for pre-purchase.

- Fanclub Verification Method : 1. NAME    2. V LIVE NUMBER 

[NAME] Please enter your information as you have when you joineding the fan club.

Please use capital and lowercase letters and use spaces as you are registered in the fanclubto separate them. 

[V LIVE NUMBER] Please write your confirmation number in the “V0000000” format.

Please make sure to include the letter V and all 7 digits numbers. If any letter or number is not entered, verification is not possible.

- Your V LIVE NUMBER can be checked through "V LIVE website - My Page - My Information - Login Information".

- After the verification is complete, you cannot change to another ID and re-verify. Please be aware that you cannot re-verify even if you delete your ID after the verification is complete.

- When there is a fanclub verification error, please make inquiries through the YES24 ticket customer service center. [YES24 ticket Customer Center : 1544-6399 / Monday~Friday 09:00~18:00]

[ General Reservation ]

- General reservations will begin at 8PM on January 3rd (Mon), 2022 (Mon).

- General reservations will be made only for the seats remaining seats after pre-booking for the fan club.

- General ticket purchase is limited to 2 tickets per person. Additional ticket purchase within the purchase limit is available for fan club members who have purchased tickets during pre-purchase period within the purchase limit. 

(Ex. If you purchased one ticket throughfor the fan club pre-purchasebooking, you maycan purchase one more ticket forthrough the general reservation.)

- Children under 8 years of age are not allowed to attend this concert.

- If you make a reservation using someone else's information and not your personal information, you will be legally responsible and cannot enter the concert hallsite.

- When you receive a ticket at the on site, you will be asked for your personal ID. Tickets  are absolutely impossible to receive if the ticket recipient’s name and the reserved nameation is different.   (You can't make a reservation with your immediate family members’ and other people's IDs.)

- Please note this and make sure to proceed with the reservation with theyour ID of the person attendingthat you will actually watch.

[ Ticket Pick-up ]

- The ticket office is open from 3 hours before the start of the performance to 1 hour after the performance begins.  

(It can be may changed depending on the situation on site.)

- Identification will be conducted when receiving on-site tickets on-site. Tickets are absolutely impossible to receive if the ticket recipient’s name and the reserved name ation is different.  (You can't makeget a reservation ticket with your immediate family members’ & other people's ID.)

Please note this and make sure to proceed with the reservation with theyour ID of the person attendingthat you will actually watch.

-  Please make sure to bring real evidence of your personal identification to verify. Tickets cannot be received if you do not prepare evidence.  (You can’t check your identity with copies, photos, or screenshots of IDor copies.)

- Audiences who have purchased tickets illegally or transferredreceived them from others are not allowed to enter.

[ Identification document ］

You must bring your the actual form ofreal ID card with your own picture and your date of birth and a reservation statement (via print or mobile page).

[Personal ID] National ID card, driver's license, or passport

[Personal ID for underaged] Student ID or passport

[Personal ID for youth] Passport, youth card, resident registration copy, orand medical insurance card

- If you don't have a ticket, please receive the ticket first at the YES24 ticket booth. Tickets can only be received by the person who brought his or herafter verification via a real form of ID card and a reservation statement. (Others cannot receive and transfer tickets.)

- All documents are requested in personmust be brought on-site, and you can't be verified usingcheck them with photos/captures/copies.

- The ID card must have a picture of the customer who made the reservation, and the date of birth must be marked on it.

- If the date of birth is not indicated on the student card, please bring an additional confirmation document of one of thea resident registration copy, passport, orand medical insurance card along with the student card as additional documents.

- It is difficult to verify without the forms of identification card specified above. Please bring one of the indicated forms of identification  card and when visiting the concert hall.

- If you don't bring your real ID card, you can't enter the concert hall. The damage caused by not bringing the proper documents on site is entirely on you, and the organizer/host/booking office areis not responsible.

[ Notice of entry ]

- Admission to the concert hall starts an hour and a half before the start of the performance. 

(It maycan be changed depending on the situation in the concert hall.)

- When entering, you cannot enter unless you have one ticket for the appropriateper day and a vaccination completion confirmation bracelet or a COVIDovid testing confirmation bracelet.

- When entering, only audiences with contactless body temperature measurement / QR check-in or 080 safe check-in management call / physical ticket / vaccination completion confirmation bracelet or verification bracelets are allowed to enter. 

If anyeven one of above is not completed, you will not be able to enter the concert hall.

- Those who have completed the vaccination must receive confirmation of vaccination at      

the "Vaccination Pass Confirmation Booth." and wear the "Vaccination Completion Confirmation Bracelet". When entering the concert hall, you must get both thea "ticket" and thea "vaccination confirmation bracelet" confirmed by a staff member.

- Non-Unvaccinated people must haveshould check their ID cards and COVIDovid testing result text messages checked at the “Vaccination Pass Confirmation Booth” and wear thea "verification Bracelet." When entering the concert hall, you must check with a staff forget both the "ticket" and the "verification bracelet." confirmed by a staff member.

- The “Vaccination Pass Confirmation Booth" is open from 4 hours before the start of the performance to 1 hour after the performance begins.

- When entering, itEntrance may be delayed due to the required confirmation of documents and the implementation of distance between the audiences, so please arrive at the concert hall with ample timein a relaxed manner.

- Please check the details of the performance guide through the "details" page that will be opened later.

■ Discount for the disabled Level 1-3: 20% discount for two people including him/herself

■ Discount for the disabled Level 4-6: 20% discount for oneself.

■ Discount for people of national merit: 20% discount for oneself.

※ Tickets maywill be received after checking related documentary evidence (ID card, etc.) at the ticket office on the day of the performance.

If you don't bring supportingthe necessary documents, you musthave to pay the difference on the spot.

※ Reservations for wheelchair seats can be made through the YES24 ticket Customer Center startingfrom 9 a.m. on January 4th (Tues), 2022 (Tues), so please contact us within the operating hours.
