- 오프라인 공연은 코로나19 정부지침에 따른 거리두기 좌석제로 운영됩니다. 거리두기 좌석제는 정부의 사회적 거리두기 단계에 따라 변동될 수 있으며, 변동되는 사항에 대해서는 추가 공지로 안내드릴 예정입니다.
- 오프라인 티켓은 몬스타엑스 공식 팬클럽 몬베베(MONBEBE) 5기 회원에 한해 티켓 구매가 가능합니다.

온라인 티켓은 온라인 스트리밍을 통해 관람하시는 생중계 공연입니다.
온라인 티켓은 팬클럽 티켓과 일반 티켓으로 구분되어 판매됩니다.
YES24티켓에서 티켓 구매 후 제공되는 리딤코드를 별도의 시청페이지에 입력해 주셔야 온라인 공연 시청이 가능합니다.

팬클럽 티켓은 몬스타엑스 공식 팬클럽 몬베베(MONBEBE) 5기 회원에 한해 티켓 구매가 가능 합니다.
팬클럽 티켓 예매를 위해 YES24티켓 회원가입 및 본인인증(휴대폰, I-PIN인증)이 되어 있어야 하며, 예매 페이지를 통해 몬스타엑스 공식 팬클럽 몬베베(MONBEBE) 5기 인증이 완료된 분들에 한해 구매가 가능 합니다.
YES24티켓 ID 1개당 1번의 인증이 가능하며, YES24티켓의 가입자명과 팬클럽 가입자의 실명이 동일한 경우에만 인증이 가능합니다.

- Offline shows are operated with distance seating according to the Covid-19 government guidelines. The distancing seating system can change depending on the social distancing phase of the government, and we will notify you of any changes.
- Offline tickets are available only for MONSTA X 5th OFFICIAL FANCLUB MONBEBE.

▶ Online performance
Online tickets are for live shows that can be viewed through online streaming.
Online tickets are sold divided into fan club tickets and general tickets.
After purchasing a ticket from YES24 ticket, you must enter the redeem code provided on the separate view page to watch the online show.

[Fan club certification guidelines]
Tickets for the fan club can only be purchased for MONSTA X 5th OFFICIAL FANCLUB MONBEBE.
To reserve a fan club ticket, YES24 must be registered and certified (cell phone, I-PIN certification) and tickets can be purchased only for those who have completed the certification MONSTA X 5th OFFICIAL FANCLUB MONBEBE through the reservation page.
One authentication per YES24 ticket ID is possible, and only if the name of the YES24 ticket and the real name of the fan club membership are the same.
If you proceed with the fan club certification on the YES24 ticket domestic page, reservations can only be made on the YES24 ticket domestic page.
If you proceed with the fan club certification on the YES24 ticket global page, reservations can only be made on the YES24 ticket global page.
If there is an error during the fan club authentication process, please contact the YES24 Ticket Customer Center (1544-6399 / weekdays 9:00 to 18:00).
If you don't have a fan club certification, you can't book a fan club ticket. You can only book a general ticket, so please complete the fan club certification if you want to purchase a fan club ticket.
Be sure to check the personal information registered in the YES24 ticket before authentication.
Please pay attention to the management of your membership information, as the organizer and the reservation office will not be responsible for any activities such as exposing membership information due to carelessness or other activities.

2) After login is completed, click 'Authenticate fan club members' on the reservation page.
3) Enter your name / date of birth / reservation number when you joined MONSTA X 5th OFFICIAL FANCLUB MONBEBE
* Please write the same information as the name of the person who made the reservation and date of birth when you joined the fan club. (Beware of English capitalization and space)
* If you entered the symbol (.@ - / ) on the date of birth/name when you joined the fan club, please enter only the information except the symbol.
- The reservation number is the reservation number given to MONSTA X 5th OFFICIAL FANCLUB MONBEBE.
- Ticket reservations are made only when the fan club is certified during the certification period.
- The name of the YES24 ticket reservation and the name registered for the fan club must be the same to be authenticated.
