먼저, 어려운 상황 속에서도 SF9 공식팬클럽 FANTASY 3기 팬미팅 [셒구 워크숍]을 기다려 주신 많은 팬분들께 감사드리며, 본 팬미팅 진행 관련 안내 드립니다.
당사는 아티스트, 공연 관계자, 그리고 팬 여러분들의 안전을 최우선으로 고려하여, 팬미팅을 온라인 진행하는 것으로 결정하게 되었습니다.
SF9과 직접 만나 소통하는 것이 팬분들께 가장 의미 있다는 것을 알기에, 오프라인 팬미팅을 진행하기 위해 준비하고, 상황을 모니터링해 왔습니다. 하지만 코로나19가 방송사, 공연장 등 전방위적으로 확산되고, 추가 피해 확산에 대한 방지 및 정부의 강화된 사회적 거리두기 조치에 따라 네이버 VLIVE+를 통해 2021년 1월 24일(일) 오후 6시30분에 온라인 팬미팅으로 대체하고자 합니다. 정부의 방역 지침을 준수하여 안전한 공연 환경을 만들기 위한 결정이 오니 양해 부탁드립니다.
거듭된 연기와 오프라인 공연을 고대하셨던 팬 여러분께 깊은 사과의 말씀드리며, 오랜 시간 동안 티켓을 소지하며 기다려주신 12월 18일(금) 오후 3시 기준 예매자분들에 한하여 이번 팬미팅을 무료로 관람하실 수 있는 혜택을 드리고자 합니다.

※ 본 팬미팅은 정부의 지침에 따라 사회적 거리두기가 3단계로 격상 될 경우 취소 될 수 있습니다.
■ 기존 예매 건 환불 절차 안내
* 환불 관련해서는 공지 및 별도의 SMS가 발송될 예정입니다.
▶ 콜센터
- 취소된 티켓의 불법 양도 및 거래를 막기 위해 YES24 티켓 콜센터를 통한 환불 접수만 가능합니다.

▶ 1:1 게시판
- YES24 공연 - 하단 ‘이용안내’ - ’1:1 문의하기’에 필수 기재 정보인 <예매자명, 예매번호>를 작성하신 후 등록 부탁드립니다.
▶ 카드 결제 예매
- 카드 승인은 일괄 취소 예정이며 환불은 영업일 기준 약 5~7일 소요됩니다.
환불처리 일자 결제대금 납부일과 카드사에 따라 달라질 수 있으니 자세한 내용은 각 카드사의
고객센터를 통해 확인하시길 바랍니다.
▶ 무통장 입금 예매
- MY공연> 예매 확인/취소> 환불 진행 상태> 환불 계좌 수정하기> 계좌 수정하기> 환불 받을 계좌 입력 후 수정
* 반드시 예매자와 동일한 예금주의 계좌 정보를 접수하셔야 합니다.
* 환불은 계좌 접수일로부터 은행 영업일 기준 4~6일 소요됩니다.
■ [셒구 워크숍] 예매자 무료 관람 대상자 확인 및 선예매 절차
※ 해당 내용은 금일 공지 시간(12월 18일(금) 오후3시) 기준 예매자 분들에게만 해당되며, 이전에 취소한 분들께는 해당이 되지 않는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
▶ 예매자 무료 관람 대상자 확인
- 2020년 12월 30일(수) 오후 2시부터 Yes24 사이트> 예매 페이지에서 확인 가능하며 대상자분들의 경우 ‘인증 완료’로 노출될 예정입니다.
▶ 선예매
- 일시: 2021년 1월 4일(월) 정오 ~ 1월 6일(수) 23:59까지
* 선예매는 Yes24 사이트를 통해서만 예매 가능합니다.
* 무료 관람 대상자분들은 선예매 기간 내 티켓을 예매 부탁드리며 최종 결제 페이지 내 결제 금액은 0원으로 표기될 예정입니다.
* 선예매 기간 내에 인증을 완료하신 분들 한해서 [셒구 워크숍] 팬미팅을 무료로 관람하실 수 있는 네이버 관람코드를 발송해 드릴 예정이며 관람코드는 1월 20일(수) 오후 4시 이후 [YES24 마이페이지> 주문내역/배송조회> 상세주문 내에서 확인이 가능합니다.

First of all, we would like to thank everyone who have been waiting for SF9 OFFICIAL FANCLUB FANTASY 3rd FAN MEETING [SF9 WORKSHOP] and we would like to inform you all about the progress of the fan meeting.
We decided to proceed with the fan meeting online, to best ensure the safety of artists, staffs, and fans.
We are more than aware that directly meeting and communicating with SF9 is the most meaningful for the fans, so we have prepared for the offline fan meeting and monitored the situation. However, COVID-19 has been largely spreading among broadcasting stations and theaters, and to prevent further damages and to follow the government's strengthened social distance measures, the fan meeting will be done online on January 24th, 2021 (Sun) at 6:30PM (KST) through NAVER VLIVE+. Please understand that this decision was made in order for us to have a safe performance environment while following the government's quarantine guidelines.
We would like to express deep apology to all of those who have been enduring the numerous postponements and who have been looking forward to the offline performance. Hence, we would like to offer the benefit of free fan meeting to those who have been waiting for a long time with their tickets as of December 18th (Fri) 3PM (KST).

※ The fan meeting can be cancelled in accordance with the government guideline on social distance raises to level 3.
■ Notification of the refund procedure for existing reservations
* A notice and a separate SMS will be sent regarding the refund.
▶ Customer Center
- To prevent illegal transfer and transaction of cancelled tickets, refund reception can only be received through YES24 Ticket Customer Center.

▶ 1:1 Consultation

▶ Card payment cases
- Card approval will be canceled collectively, and refund will take about 5 to 7 business days.
The date of refund processing may vary depending on the payment date and card companies so please check through the customer center of the respective card company.
▶ Deposits without a bankbook cases
- MY Performance> Check/Cancel Booking> Status of Refunding > Modify the Account > Enter the account to receive the refund and modify it.
* The applied account information has to be the same with the person who made the reservation.
* Refund will take 4-6 business days from the date of account receipt.
■ [SF9 WORKSHOP] Procedure for pre-purchase and confirmation of free ticket holders.
※ Please note that the information applies only to those who have booked the ticket as of today's notification time (December 18th (Fri) 3PM (KST)) and it does not apply for those who canceled it before.
▶ Confirmation of free viewers
- It can be checked from December 30th, 2020 (Wed) 2PM (KST) on the Yes24 site> Reservation page, and the subjects will be exposed as 'certification completed'.
▶ Pre-purchase
- Date and time: January 4th, 2021 (Mon) noon ~ January 6th (Wed) 23:59 (KST)
* Pre-purchase is only available through the Yes24 site.
* Those who are eligible for free admission will be asked to reserve tickets within the pre-purchase period, and the payment amount on the final payment page will be marked as 0 KRW.
* Only those who have completed the confirmation during the pre-purchase period will be able to receive NAVER viewing code to watch the [SF9 WORKSHOP] fan meeting for free. The viewing code can be found within [YES24 My Page> Order Details/Delivery Inquiry> detailed order after January 20th (Wed) 4PM (KST).
* Pre-purchase can be made for one per person, and NAVER viewing code is available for viewing on two devices with a single code.
※ For a smooth viewing experience, please enter the LIVE code by January 21st (Thu) 5PM (KST).
■ General purchase
* If you want to purchase tickets for the fan meeting, please refer to the following information.
