roady MEMBERSHIP 번호 6자리(ex. A0A0A0) 입력

*roady MEMBERSHIP 번호는 'MY > 내 멤버십 > 멤버십 상세 보기 > 멤버십 정보 > 멤버십 번호 '복사하기’' 클릭 시 확인 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증창에 팬클럽 선예매 서베이를 참여한 ' roady MEMBERSHIP 번호 6자리’ 와 ‘이메일(TOKTOQ xikers(싸이커스) OFFICIAL ID) '을 입력해 주시기 바랍니다.

- ‘팬클럽 선예매 서베이’ 제출 시 기입한 정보, 대소문자, 띄어쓰기 등 모두 동일해야 ‘팬클럽 인증’이 가능하며, 오타 및 잘못된 정보 기입 시 인증 대상이 되지 않습니다. (ex. roady MEMBERSHIP 번호 6자리가 아닌 숫자, 띄어쓰기가 잘못된 이메일, 국문 or 영문이 아닌 다른 언어로 표기한 개인정보 등)

* 반드시 xikers 2025 WORLD TOUR [Road to XY : Enter the Gate] IN SEOUL ‘팬클럽 선예매 서베이’ 참여 시 기입하는 정보와 YES24 티켓  ‘팬클럽 인증’ 시 기입하는 정보가 동일해야 하며, 두 가지 중 하나라도 일치하지 않을 경우 인증이 불가하오니 이 점 유의 부탁드립니다.

- 팬클럽 인증 기간 동안 회원 인증을 하지 않을 경우 선예매가 불가하며, 이후 오픈되는 일반 예매를 통해 티켓 예매가 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌

- 한번 인증한 아이디는 재 로그인 시 추가 인증하지 않아도 됩니다.

[휠체어석 예매 안내]

- 휠체어석은 전화 예매만 가능하며, YES24 티켓 고객센터(1544-6399 / 운영시간: 평일 9:00AM(KST)~

6:00PM(KST), 토요일 9:00AM(KST)~5:00PM(KST)를 통해 예매하실 수 있습니다.

- 휠체어석은 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회당 2매까지 예매 가능합니다. 동반인도 예매하셔야 입장 가능하므로 반드시 사전에 함께 예매해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가합니다.

- 휠체어석은 공연 당일 현장에서 본인 확인 후 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다. 티켓 수령을 위해 예매자 본인의 실물 신분증 및 장애인 등록증 (또는 복지카드)을 반드시 지참해야 하며, 미지참 시 티켓 수령 및 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다.

- 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 이용 가능하며, 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)를 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 이용 불가합니다.

[예매 유의사항]

- 예매를 위해 YES24 티켓(//ticket.yes24.com)에 가입이 되어 있어야 하며, 본인인증(휴대폰 또는 I-PIN 인증)을 한 경우에만 예매 가능합니다. 본인 인증 후 로그아웃 → 재로그인을 하지 않으면 반영이 되지 않으니 착오 없으시길 바랍니다.

- 글로벌 페이지에서 예매 시 여권 이름과 동일한 이름으로 예매를 진행해 주시기 바랍니다. 현장에서 본인확인 후 티켓 수령 가능합니다.

- 공연 당일 현장에서 티켓과 신분증 대조를 통한 본인 확인 절차를 진행합니다. 예매자 본인이 아닌 경우 입장 및 관람이 불가합니다.

[VIP Seats]

- The VIP seats allow attendees to participate in the soundcheck event before the main performance.

- Audience members who purchase VIP seats can enter the venue before the main performance begins, attend the soundcheck event, and stay for the main performance without exiting. (Please note that re-entry is not allowed once you leave.)

- Partial refunds will not be provided if you are unable to attend the soundcheck event due to personal reasons. (Entrance times may vary depending on on-site conditions.)

[Fanclub Presale]

- The Fanclub Presale is available exclusively to members who have signed up for xikers OFFICIAL FANCLUB [roady] MEMBERSHIP.

- To participate in the Fanclub Presale, you must be a xikers OFFICIAL FANCLUB [roady] MEMBERSHIP holder and have completed both the ‘Fanclub Presale Survey’ and the ‘Fanclub Verification’ on the YES24 Ticket website.

- Before proceeding with the Fanclub presale, please ensure that you have ① filled out the Fanclub Presale Survey in TOKTOQ ② Verified your Fanclub Membership on YES24 Ticket.

- If you did not complete the ‘Fanclub Presale Survey’ and ‘Fanclub Verification’ after joining the Official Fanclub, you will not be eligible for the ‘xikers 2025 WORLD TOUR [Road to XY : Enter the Gate] IN SEOUL’ Fanclub Presale.

- The purchase limit for the Fanclub Presale is 1 ticket per person, per show.

- Revisions can be made after submitting the survey, and it can be modified again within the participation period. However, after the participation period ends, revisions will no longer be possible. Please enter your information carefully.

- How to verify : Enter your e-mail (TOKTOQ xikers OFFICIAL ID) and 6-digit [roady] MEMBERSHIP number (e.g.,A0A0A0) on the Fanclub Verification popup.

* You can find and copy your roady membership number on the xikers OFFICIAL FANCLUB [roady] MEMBERSHIP page under ‘MY > My Membership > Membership Details > Membership Information’.

- Enter your 6-digit [roady] MEMBERSHIP number and e-mail (TOKTOQ xikers OFFICIAL ID) that you provided in the Fanclub Presale Survey on the Fanclub Verification popup.

- To successfully complete your ‘Fanclub Presale Verification’, your information-including capitalization and spacing-must exactly match the details submitted in your ‘Fanclub Presale Survey’. Typos or incorrect information will result in failed verification. (e.g., an incorrect or non-6-digit roady MEMBERSHIP number, an invalid e-mail address, or personal information written in a language other than Korean or English, etc.)

* The information you enter in the xikers 2025 WORLD TOUR [Road to XY : Enter the Gate] IN SEOUL ‘Fanclub Presale Survey’ must match the information you enter on YES24 Ticket website for ‘Fanclub Verification’. If the information does not match, you will not be able to verify your membership.

- If you do not complete Fanclub Presale Verification within the verification period, you will not be able to participate in the Fanclub Presale and will need to purchase tickets during the General Sale instead.

- If the Fanclub Verification is conducted on the Korean booking page, the Fanclub Presale will only be available on the Korean booking page. Similarly, if verification is conducted on the global booking page, the Fanclub Presale will only be available on the global booking page.

- Once verification is completed, you will not have to verify your ID again when re-logging in.

- After verification is completed, you cannot change or re-verify your account. Even if you cancel your YES24 Ticket account, re-verification will not be possible.

[Wheelchair seats]

- Each person can purchase up to two wheelchair seat tickets per show, including one for a companion. The companion must also purchase a ticket to enter the show, so please ensure both tickets are bought together in advance.

- Wheelchair seat tickets can only be purchased if the name on the reservation matches the name on the disability registration card or welfare card. If the names do not match, both you and your companion will be denied entry.

- Wheelchair seat tickets must be picked up on-site on the day of the event. You must present a valid disability registration card or welfare card at the ticket box to verify your identity. If you fail to provide the required documents, you will not be able to receive your ticket or use a wheelchair seat.

- The wheelchair seat zones do not have physical seats; they are exclusively for wheelchair users. Individuals who do not use wheelchairs cannot occupy these seats, even if they possess a disability registration card or welfare card.
