2021년 8월 7일(토) ~ 8월 8일(일) 양일간 YES24 LIVEHALL에서 개최 예정이었던 2021 원호 팬미팅 <오호호 트립> 공연 연기 관련 안내의 말씀 드립니다.
이번 팬미팅을 개최하기에 앞서 정부와 지자체의 코로나19 관련 가이드라인을 준수하며 공연을 준비 중에 있었습니다. 하지만 급격한 코로나19 재확산에 따른 사회적 거리 두기 4단계 연장으로 다방면의 논의 끝에 아티스트, 공연 관계자들, 관객 분들의 건강과 안전을 위해 부득이하게 본 공연을 잠정 연기하게 되었습니다.
누구보다 공연을 기다려 주셨을 관객 분들께 공연 연기 소식을 전해드리게 되어 죄송한 말씀 드리며, 추후 변경되는 일정에 대한 공지도 빠른 시일 내에 안내해드릴 수 있도록 하겠습니다. 구매하신 티켓의 환불 절차는 예매처를 통해 진행되오니 아래 내용 참고 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.
[ 예매취소 및 환불 절차 안내 ]
2021 원호 팬미팅 <오호호 트립> 공연을 예매하신 모든 관객 분들께 순차적으로 예매 취소 처리 후 알림톡이 발송될 예정이며, 예매수수료 및 배송비 포함 전액 환불처리 됩니다.
직접 취소하실 경우 수수료가 부과되오니 예매처를 통해 취소될 때까지 기다려 주시기 바랍니다.

ㅣ카드 결제 예매ㅣ
- 일반적으로 취소완료 되고 4~5일(토, 공휴일 제외) 후 카드 승인 취소가 확인됩니다.
- 결제 내역이 매입되기 전에는 예매취소와 동시에 승인내역이 소멸됩니다.
- 매입 후 취소한 경우 카드대금이 결제되었다면 다음달 카드대금에서 차감, 카드대금 결제 전이라면 대금 결제일에 청구되지 않습니다.
- 매입 후 취소한 경우 카드 매입 취소 처리는 카드사에서 영업일 기준 약 3~7일정도 소요됩니다.
*단, 해당 카드사의 취소 정책에 따라 환급일 및 승인취소는 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.

ㅣ무통장 입금 예매ㅣ
- 순차적으로 예매 취소 처리 후 문자가 발송됩니다. 문자 수신 이후 YES24 ‘예매페이지’ 에서 직접 계좌 정보를 수정하시면 환불이 정상적으로 처리됩니다.
- 계좌 정보 작성 방법 : MY공연 > 예매확인/취소 > 환불진행상태 > 환불계좌 수정하기 > 계좌 수정하기 > 환불 받을 계좌 입력 후 수정
- 환불 받으실 계좌는 반드시 <은행명, 계좌번호, 예금주> 정보를 정확하게 입력해주시기 바랍니다.
- 취소 후 환불 처리는 영업일 기준 3~5일 소요됩니다. 환불진행상태는 MY공연 > 예매확인 / 취소 상세내역에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

[ 2021 WONHO FANMEETING Postponement Notice ]
Hello.This is Highline Entertainment.
We regret to announce that WONHO’s fan meeting , originally scheduled to be held on August 7th (Sat) and August 8th (Sun) 2021 has been provisionally postponed.
Prior to hosting the event, we had been preparing for the fan meeting abiding by the government and local authority’s COVID-19 regulations and guidelines. However, the newly imposed level 4 distancing to regulate the rapid spread of the pandemic has made us decide to postpone the event, taking into consideration the health and safety of our artist, staff, and the audience after careful and extensive deliberation.
We would like to sincerely apologize and ask for your understanding for issuing this notice of postponement to all of our fans who had been looking forward to the event. We will do our best to provide updated schedule soon. Please refer to the information below for refund as it will be processed through the website where you purchased your ticket. Thank you.
[ Reservation Cancelation and Refund Process Notice ]
For those who have reserved their tickets for 2021 WONHO Fan Meeting , you will be notified once your reservation has been canceled in order. The refund includes the booking fee and the shipping.
You may need to pay the penalty if you cancel the reservation yourself, so please be patient and wait until it gets canceled automatically.

- Please expect 4 to 5 business days for the completed cancelation to appear on the credit card statement.
- If the cancelation is made before the purchase on the card is approved, you won’t see it on the statement.
- If you’ve already paid the balance of your credit card and the ticket purchase had been approved, the amount of the ticket will be deducted from your next billing statement; if you are yet to pay the balance, you will not be charged.
- If the cancelation is made after the purchase had been approved, please expect 3 to 7 business days for your card provider to process.

- You will be notified once the automatic cancelation has been made in order. Once you receive a message confirming the cancelation, please go to “My Ticket” on YES24 to fill out your bank account information for refund.
- How to fill in your bank account: Go to My Ticket > Purchase Confirm/Cancelation > Refund Status > Refund Bank Account > Bank Account info > Fill in the bank account information for your refund
- Please make sure to provide correct information including the name of the bank, bank account, name of the account holder.
