2021년 3월 6일(토)~7일(일) 양일간 YES24 LIVEHALL에서 진행 예정이었던 MONSTA X 5th OFFICIAL FANCLUB MONBEBE FAN-CONCERT 오프라인 공연이 취소되었음을 알려드립니다.
당사는 이번 오프라인 공연을 준비하며 정부 및 지자체의 사회적 거리두기와 일반공연시설 방역 지침을 준수하고자 ‘좌석 간 거리두기’, ‘체온 측정’, ‘문진표 작성’, ‘마스크 착용’ 등 일반적으로 권고되는 방역 지침을 빠짐없이 준비했습니다.
더불어, 보다 안전한 공연 진행을 위해 지자체에서 추가적으로 요청한 방역 및 운영 지침을 철저히 준비하였고, 공연 진행에 대한 충분한 논의를 거듭해왔습니다.
그러나 사회적 거리두기 단계 유지에도 불구하고 해당 공연에 대한 지자체의 별도 지침이 확정되지 않아, 기존 ‘수도권 집합, 모임, 행사 방역지침 의무화 조치’의 ‘100인 이상 모임. 행사 금지’ 지침을 따라야 한다는 지자체의 급작스러운 결정이 있었습니다. 이에 부득이하게 오프라인 공연을 취소하게 되었습니다.
누구보다 오프라인 공연을 기다려주신 팬 분들께 취소 소식을 알려드리게 되어 죄송합니다.
모두의 안전을 위해 오프라인 공연을 취소하게 된 점 다시 한번 사과 드리며, 깊은 양해 부탁 드리겠습니다.
오프라인 공연 티켓을 구매하신 분들은 예매처를 통해 환불 절차가 진행될 예정이며, 온라인 공연은 예정대로 진행되오니 공연 관람에 혼란이 없으시길 바랍니다.

오프라인 공연을 예매하신 모든 관객 분들은 취소 수수료 없이 전액 환불 될 예정이며,
직접 취소하실 경우 수수료가 부과되오니 예매처를 통해 취소될 때까지 기다려 주시기 바랍니다.

자동으로 카드 결제 승인이 취소되며, 취소 완료는 카드사별로 약 7일 정도 소요됩니다.

[MONSTA X 5th OFFICIAL FANCLUB MONBEBE FAN-CONCERT Offline Concert Cancellation Notice]

This is Starship Entertainment.
We regret to announce that the MONSTA X 5th OFFICIAL FANCLUB MONBEBE FAN-CONCERT offline concert scheduled to be held in YES24 LIVEHALL on March 6(Sat), 7(Sun), has been canceled.
We have been preparing the offline concert in while following with the guidelines of the government and local authorities regarding the COVID-19 social distancing, temperature checks, medical questionnaire and wearing a mask.
In addition, for the safe performance, we have been preparing the show with additional guidelines from local authorities and discussing the availability of performance progress.
However, despite the social distance stage maintenance, further guidelines for this performance from local authorities have not been confirmed. Later the local authorities suddenly decided that we must follow the prohibition of any meeting and gathering more than 100 people in metropolitan area mandatory quarantine guidelines. It is unavoidable that we decided to cancel the offline concert.
We apologize to all fans who have been waiting for the offline concert.
For the health and safety of all, we are deeply sorry to announce that we have decided to cancel the offline concert, and we ask for your understanding.
For cancellation and refunds of offline ticket will be processed via ticket site, and please note that online concert will be proceed as scheduled.

Tickets already reserved will be refunded without cancellation fee via ticket site, so please refer to the refund notice below. Please be reminded that you will be charged with cancellation fee if you cancel your ticket by yourself.
