오는 12월 27일 예정되어 있던 DAY6 (Even of Day) Online Party Night <The Arcane Salon> 일정과 관련하여 안내의 말씀 드립니다.
현재 코로나19의 확진자 수가 연일 폭증되고 있는 심각한 상황에서 생중계를 진행하는 것은 위험하다고 판단, 진행 일정을 잠정적으로 연기하기로 결정하였습니다.
아티스트와 관련 스태프 전원의 건강과 안전을 최우선으로 고려하여 심사숙고하여 내린 결정임을 너그러이 이해해주시기를 부탁 드립니다.
본 생중계는 사태가 안정된 이후 보다 안전한 환경에서 진행될 예정으로, 상세 일정은 추후 안내 드릴 수 있도록 하겠습니다.

※ 예매를 진행하신 분들 모두 전액 환불 진행될 예정입니다. 티켓 취소는 아래 환불 절차를 확인 부탁 드리며, 자세한 내용은 예매처 사이트로 문의 부탁 드립니다.
[환불 절차 안내]
▶ 카드결제
자동으로 카드 결제 승인이 취소되며, 취소 완료는 카드사별로 약 7일 정도 소요됩니다.
※ 환불처리 일자는 결제대금 납부일과 카드사에 따라 달라질 수 있으니 자세한 내용은 각 카드사를 통해 확인 부탁드립니다.
▶ 무통장입금(계좌이체)
- 환불 계좌 작성 방법 : MY공연 > 예매확인/취소 > 환불진행상태 > 환불계좌 수정하기 > 계좌 수정하기 > 환불 받을 계좌 입력 후 수정
- 단, 환불 계좌 수정은 PC에서만, 화~금요일 10:00~15:00 에 수정 가능합니다.
- 환불 받으실 계좌 정보 <은행명, 계좌번호, 예금주> 를 반드시 정확하게 입력해주시기 바랍니다.
- 환불 계좌 정보 변경이 불가한 경우 1:1 문의로 예매번호, 환불 계좌 정보를 남겨주시면 처리 도와드리겠습니다.

We inform you about the change of [DAY6 (Even of Day) Online Party Night <The Arcane Salon>] scheduled on Sunday, December 27th.
As the number of COVID-19 confirmed cases is rapidly increasing, we've decided that the proceed the show will be dangerous and also, it has been decided to temporarily postpone the event.
We ask for your kind consideration of the matter that has been decided to deeply consider the safety of artist, all the staff of this show for the top priority.
The show will be held after the situation is stabilized and in safer environment, and we will also make sure to further inform you regarding the specific schedule.
We sincerely ask for your consideration again and send our thanks for medical staff and frontline workers who are struggling to overcome COVID-19.
