여전히 세계의 항공 및 교통 수단은 감염의 위험에서 벗어나기 힘들고 코로나 바이러스 인한 향후 여파까지 예측하기 힘든 상황에서 불안정한 실정이 지속되고 있습니다.
이에 저희 드림 씨어터는 안정성 문제 등을 고려해, 하기 계획된 투어에 대해 전면 취소를 결정하였고, 각국 도시의 팬 여러분들께 다시 한번 깊은 사과의 말씀을 드리고 싶습니다.

previously scheduled performances, in a few cases, we have had to make the
difficult decision to cancel show dates. It remains an uncertain time in which
worldwide transportation and travel infrastructure continues to be affected
and unpredictable into the future. We would like to extend our most sincere
apologies to Dream Theater fans in the following cities, whom we cannot
reach on this postponed tour.”

- 카드 결제 승인 취소 처리됩니다
- 취소 완료는 카드사별로 약 5~7일 정도 소요됩니다.
- 환불처리 일자는 결제대금 납부일과 카드사에 따라 달라질 수 있으니 자세한 내용은 각 카드사의 고객센터를 통해 확인 바랍니다.
2. 무통장 입금 예매
- 순차적으로 예매 취소 처리 후 문자가 발송됩니다.
- 문자 수신 이후 YES24 ‘예매페이지’에서 직접 계좌 정보를 수정하시면 환불이 정상적으로 처리됩니다.
- 계좌 정보 작성 방법 : MY공연 > 예매확인/취소 > 환불진행상태 > 환불 계좌 수정하기 > 계좌 수정하기 > 환불 받을 계좌 입력 후 수정
- 환불 받으실 계좌는 반드시 <은행명, 계좌번호, 예금주> 정보를 정확하게 입력해주시기 바랍니다.
