※일부 좌석은 무대 연출 및 아티스트 위치에 따라 구조물, 특효 장치, 카메라, 난간, 주변 관람객과의 신장 차이 등의 이유로 인해 일부 시야 방해가 발생할 수 있습니다. 공연 당일 이로 인한 티켓 취소, 교환, 환불은 불가하오니 양해 부탁드립니다.

※본 공연의 스탠딩석은 단차가 없는 평지이며, 지정석은 계단식 좌석입니다.

※지정석은 가변석으로 공연 관람 중 객석 흔들림이 있을 수 있습니다.

※지정석의 경우 연석으로 예매하여도 일부 좌석은 좌석 간의 간격이 있을 수 있는 점 참고 부탁드립니다.

※스탠딩 구역은 별도의 좌석 없이 서서 관람하는 구역으로, 안전 및 원활한 입장·관람을 위해 휠체어를 이용한 입장은 불가합니다. 휠체어 이용 관객께서는 안전한 관람을 위해 별도로 마련된 휠체어석을 예매해 주시기 바랍니다.

<선예매 유의사항>

※선예매는 AKMU Weverse Shop GLOBAL에서 AKKADEMY 2nd MEMBERSHIP(GLOBAL)을 구매한 회원에 한하여 참여 가능합니다. 멤버십 관련 자세한 사항은 AKMU Weverse 공지를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

※선예매 참여를 위해서는 YES24 티켓 회원가입 및 AKKADEMY 2nd MEMBERSHIP(GLOBAL) 가입이 모두 완료되어 있어야 합니다.

※선예매는 본 예매페이지에서 위버스 가입 정보를 입력하여 사전 인증 기간 내 인증을 완료한 경우에만 참여 가능합니다. 1개의 ID로 1회만 인증 가능하며, 인증 완료 후에는 다른 ID로 변경하거나 재인증할 수 없습니다.

※인증 기간 중에는 회원 정보 수정이 불가하며, 기존 등록된 정보로만 인증이 가능합니다. 또한 인증 완료 후 회원 정보를 정정하거나 중복 인증할 수 없으며, 인증 완료 이후 탈퇴한 경우에도 재인증은 불가합니다.

※선예매 자격은 공연 관람 당일까지 멤버십을 유지해야 유효합니다. 멤버십 유효기간 만료, 환불, 위버스 탈퇴 등으로 공연 당일 회원 확인이 불가한 경우 입장이 제한될 수 있으므로 예매 전 멤버십 유효기간을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

※공연 당일 현장에서는 예매자의 신분증, 예매 내역, 위버스 멤버십 카드(모바일)를 확인하여 예매자와 실관람자의 일치 여부를 확인합니다. 본인 확인이 불가한 경우 입장이 제한되며, 이로 인한 티켓 취소 및 환불은 불가합니다.

※국내 예매페이지에서 인증한 경우에는 국내 예매페이지에서만, 글로벌 예매페이지에서 인증한 경우에는 글로벌 예매페이지에서만 예매 가능합니다.

<일반예매 안내>

※일반 예매는 선예매 매수를 포함하여 회차당 1인 4매까지 예매 가능합니다. 예매 가능 매수를 초과한 경우 최초 예매 수량을 제외한 티켓은 사전 통지 없이 취소 처리됩니다. 

※일반 예매는 선예매 종료 후 잔여·취소 좌석에 한해 오픈 예정이며, 예매 마감 전까지 구매 가능합니다.

※만 14세 미만 실관람자가 가족 명의의 YES24 티켓 ID로 예매한 경우, 예매자와 실관람자의 가족관계가 확인되는 경우에 한해 공연장 입장이 가능합니다.  티켓 수령 시 '예매자의 신분증', '예매 내역', '실관람자의 신분증', '실관람자와 수령인의 가족관계를 증명할 수 있는 원본 확인서(주민등록등본 또는 가족관계증명서 1부)'를 모두 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.

※In accordance with the venue's safety regulations, guests may only view the performance from the designated wheelchair seating area. Viewing from any other area is not permitted.

※Wheelchair Accessible Seats are available by email reservation only through YES24 Ticket Global Customer Support (global_yesticket@yes24.com).

※Each eligible customer may purchase up to 2 tickets, including one ticket for a companion.

※Tickets for Wheelchair Seating are available for on-site pickup only on the day of the performance. Tickets must be collected by the ticket purchaser in person. Proxy pickup and ticket transfers are not permitted.

※Tickets will be issued only after verification of wheelchair use, an official disability identification card (or Welfare Card), and the purchaser's original photo ID. Failure to present the required documents will result in the inability to collect the ticket.

※Wheelchair Seating is a designated area without fixed seats and is reserved exclusively for guests who use wheelchairs. Even if you possess an official disability identification card (or Welfare Card), you may not use Wheelchair Seating unless you are a wheelchair user.
