▶ 팬클럽 선예매
1. 장우영 공식 팬클럽 / HOTTEST 9기 팬클럽 인증
- 인증 기간: 2026년 10월 12일(월) 7PM - 10월 14일(수) 11:59PM 까지 (KST)
- YES24 “Jang Wooyoung Concert” 예매 페이지에서 팬클럽 인증을 정해진 기간 내 완료해야 선예매가 가능합니다. 반드시 인증 기간 내 사전 인증을 진행해주시기 바랍니다.
- 팬클럽 선예매는 장우영 공식 팬클럽 / HOTTEST 9기 멤버십 고유번호 11자리(T포함) + 가입 시 기재한 성함으로 인증 가능합니다. (ex. T1234567890 / 홍길동)
- 선예매 인증 기간이 지나면 인증이 불가하며, 선예매 참여가 불가합니다. 반드시 사전에 미리 인증을 해주시기 바랍니다.
① “YES24 티켓” 사이트에 가입하신 후, 팬클럽 선예매 본인 인증 절차를 진행해야 합니다.
단, YES24 가입자 이름과 선예매 신청 회원 이름이 동일해야 합니다.
② YES24 티켓에서 팬클럽 선예매 인증을 받을 때에는 장우영 공식 팬클럽 및 HOTTEST 9기 팬클럽 회원 정보 이름과 멤버십 고유번호 모두 일치해야 인증이 가능합니다. (대소문자 및 띄어쓰기도 동일하게 작성)
③ 팬클럽 인증이 완료되었을 경우 예매 페이지 내 ‘JANG WOOYOUNG 인증완료’ 또는 ‘HOTTEST 9TH 인증완료’ 표시로 변경됩니다.
※ 본 공연의 선예매 혜택 제공을 위해 JYPE로부터 YES24에 장우영 공식 팬클럽 / HOTTEST 9기 팬클럽 데이터가 제공됩니다.
※ 팬클럽 인증 진행 시 반드시 멤버십 가입자 본인 명의의 YES24 티켓 ID로 인증해주시기 바랍니다. 예매자 정보와 팬클럽 회원 정보가 일치하지 않을 경우, 인증이 불가합니다.
※ 팬클럽 사전인증을 국문 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우, 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며, 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 진행했을 경우, 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다
※ 1개의 YES24 티켓 ID에 장우영 공식 팬클럽 / HOTTEST 9기 팬클럽 각 하나의 ID로 해당 팬클럽 인증에 1회씩 인증할 수 있으며, 중복 인증은 불가합니다.
※ 팬클럽 인증을 완료한 YES24 티켓 ID는 재로그인 시 재인증을 진행하지 않아도 됩니다. 인증을 완료한 정보는 수정, 취소 및 재사용이 불가하며 YES24 회원 탈퇴를 해도 해당 정보로는 재인증이 불가합니다.
※ 본인의 부주의로 인해 노출된 개인정보로 타인이 팬클럽 인증을 받거나 예매하는 행위에 대해서는 공연 주최, 주관사 및 예매처에서는 일체 책임지지 않으니, 본인의 회원 정보 관리에 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 팬클럽 인증 오류 발생 시 YES24 티켓 고객 센터(1544-6399)로 문의해주시기 바랍니다.
2. 팬클럽 선예매 티켓오픈 (회당 1인 1매 예매가능)
1) 장우영 공식 팬클럽 회원 선예매 : 2026년 10월 15일 (목) 8PM - 11:59PM (KST)
2) HOTTEST 9기 회원 선예매 : 2026년 10월 16일 (금) 8PM - 11:59PM (KST)
- 팬클럽 선예매는 장우영 공식 팬클럽, HOTTEST 9기 회원 대상으로 정해진 기간 내 예매 페이지에서 팬클럽 사전인증이 완료된 분들만 가능합니다.
- 장우영 공식 팬클럽과 HOTTEST 9기 모두 가입하신 분은 팬클럽 선예매 양일 참여가 가능합니다. 단, 팬클럽에 중복 가입하셨더라도 선예매 기간동안 회당 1인 1매만 예매 가능합니다.
▶ 일반예매 : 2026년 10월 19일 (월) 8PM ~ (KST) (회당 1인 2매 예매 가능)
- 선예매 매수 포함 회당 1인 2매 예매 가능합니다.
▶ 휠체어석 안내
- 휠체어석 구매는 2026년 10월 19일 (월) 오전 10시부터 11월 6일 (금) 오후 5:59까지 YES24 고객센터(1544-6399)를 통해 전화 예매만 가능합니다. (*고객센터 운영시간 : 평일 오전 9시 ~ 오후 6시 / 토요일 오전 9시 ~ 오후 5시 / 일요일 및 공휴일 휴무)
- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 동반인 모두 입장이 불가합니다.
- 공연 당일 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드와 본인 신분증(실물) 확인 후 티켓 수령이 이루어지며, 지정된 증빙 미지참에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며 확인 불가 사유로 인한 티켓은 당일 환불이 불가합니다.
- 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 이용 가능하며, 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)를 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 이용 불가합니다.
※ 원활한 예매 진행을 위해 티켓구매 시 무통장 입금 결제는 제한됩니다. 티켓 불법 양도, 암표 근절 및 티켓을 구입하고 싶어 하시는 관객분들에게 피해가 되지 않도록 조치를 취하는 것이니, 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
※ 반드시 공연을 관람할 본인의 이름으로 예매해야 하며 예매자 본인이 아닌 경우 공연 관람이 불가합니다.

1. JANG WOOYOUNG OFFICIAL FAN CLUB / HOTTEST 9TH Fanclub verification
- Verification Period: October 12, 2026 (MON) 7PM (KST) - October 14, 2026 (WED) 11:59PM (KST)
- You must complete the Fanclub verification on the YES24 “Jang Wooyoung Concert” product page within the designated period to participate in the pre-sale. Please make sure to complete the verification within the verification period.
- Fanclub pre-sale verification is available by entering your 11-digit JANG WOOYOUNG OFFICIAL FAN CLUB / HOTTEST 9TH membership number (including the letter T) and the name registered at the time of joining. (ex. T1234567890 / Hong Gildong)
- Once the verification period ends, verification will not be possible, and you will not be able to participate in the pre-sale. Please make sure to verify in advance.
① You can proceed with the fanclub pre-sale verification process after registering on the “YES24 Ticket” website.
Please make sure your YES24 Ticket account name and fanclub membership name match.
② When getting verified for the fanclub pre-sale on YES24 Ticket, both the membership name and membership number for JANG WOOYOUNG OFFICIAL FAN CLUB and HOTTEST 9TH must match exactly. (Including capitalization and spacing)
③ Once the fanclub verification is complete, the status will change to “JANG WOOYOUNG Verified (registered)” or “HOTTEST 9TH Verified (registered)” on the product page.
※ To provide pre-sale benefits for this show, JYPE will provide JANG WOOYOUNG OFFICIAL FAN CLUB / HOTTEST 9TH fanclub data to YES24.
※ When proceeding with your fanclub verification, please use a YES24 Ticket ID under your own name. If the reservation account information does not match with the fanclub membership information, verification will not be possible.
※ If the fanclub verification was conducted on the Korean Reservation Page, tickets may only be reserved on the Korean Reservation Page. If the fanclub verification was conducted on the Global Reservation Page, tickets may only be reserved on the Global Reservation Page.
※ One YES24 Ticket ID can be verified once per each fanclub (JANG WOOYOUNG OFFICIAL FAN CLUB / HOTTEST 9TH) with one fanclub ID, and duplicate verification is not possible.
※ YES24 Ticket IDs that have completed fanclub verification do not require re-verification at re-login. Verified information cannot be modified, cancelled, or reused. Re-verification is not possible with information that has already gone through verification, even if you cancel your YES24 membership.
※ The event organizer/sponsor and ticketing agency are not responsible for any damages from exposure of your personal information caused by your own negligence-such as others proceeding with fanclub verification or making reservations using said personal information-so please take precautions in managing your own membership information.
※ If you encounter a fanclub verification error, please contact the YES24 Ticket Customer Service Center (1544-6399).
2. FANCLUB PRESALE TICKET OPEN (Purchase Limit: 1 ticket per person for each show.)
1) JANG WOOYOUNG OFFICIAL FAN CLUB : Thursday, October 15, 2026 8PM - 11:59PM (KST)
2) HOTTEST 9TH : Friday, October 16, 2026 8PM - 11:59PM (KST)
- FANCLUB PRESALE is available only to JANG WOOYOUNG OFFICIAL FAN CLUB and HOTTEST 9TH members who have completed the fanclub pre-verification on the product page within the designated period.
- If you are a member of both JANG WOOYOUNG OFFICIAL FAN CLUB and HOTTEST 9TH, you can participate in both fanclub pre-sale days. However, if you are a member of multiple fanclubs, you can only purchase one ticket per person for each show during the pre-sale period.
▶ GENERAL SALE : Monday, October 19, 2026 20:00~ (KST) (Purchase Limit : 2 tickets per person for each show)
- 2 tickets per person for each show, including the ticket purchased through the FANCLUB PRESALE.
▶ WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SEAT RESERVATION ANNOUNCEMENT
- Wheelchair accessible seat reservation is only available by phone. Please contact the YES24 Customer Service Number (T. 1544-6399) for reservations starting from Monday, October 19 at 10AM until Friday, November 6, 5:59PM. (*Customer Service Operating Hours: Weekdays (9AM~6PM) / Saturday (9AM~5PM) / Sunday & Public Holidays are closed.)
- Wheelchair-accessible seats can only be reserved if the name on the Disability Registration Card or Welfare Card matches the actual ticket purchaser. If the names do not match, both the purchaser and any accompanying person will be denied entry.
- Tickets will be issued on the day of the show after verifying your Disability Registration Card (or Welfare Card) and a physical ID. You are solely responsible for providing the required documentation; tickets cannot be refunded on the day of the performance if verification is not possible due to missing documents.
- Wheelchair-accessible seats are open spaces without physical chairs and are reserved exclusively for spectators using wheelchairs. Please note that even with a Disability Registration Card (or Welfare Card), you will not be permitted to use these seats if you are not using a wheelchair.
※ To be able to collect your ticket and view the concert, please make sure to reserve tickets for yourself under your own name only. If you are not the person who made the reservation, you cannot watch the show.
※ YES24 Global Ticket Service will be available.
※ Those who reserve tickets on the global page do not have to authenticate themselves via mobile or I-PIN to be able to reserve tickets. However, you will only be able to collect your tickets on-site after presenting a proper ID.
