- 일반예매는 회차당 1인 2매까지 가능합니다. (팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)
- 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매에서 매진될 경우 일반예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.
- 원활한 예매 진행을 위하여 9/29(화) 11:59:59PM (KST)까지 결제 수단 중 ‘무통장 입금’은 제한됩니다. 단, 해당 기간 이후 무통장 입금으로 예매할 경우 예매 당일(11:29:59PM)까지 입금이 완료되어야 예매가 완료됩니다. 기간 내 입금을 완료하지 않으면 예매하신 티켓은 자동으로 취소되며, 은행마다 입금가능 시간이 상이할 수 있으니 주의 부탁드립니다.

[Fanclub Presale Information]
- Fanclub Presale is available only for members of “Cassiopeia” (GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of TVXQ!, with a purchase limit of one ticket per person per show.
- Entry will only be permitted if the name is registered for “Cassiopeia” (GL), the official TVXQ! fanclub membership on Weverse, matches the name of the YES24 Ticket account holder and the actual attendee.
- The show organizers and the ticket vendor shall not be responsible for acts of other people who verified themselves with your membership information exposed due to your carelessness. Please be careful to manage your membership information.
- For questions related to joining the membership of “Cassiopeia” (GL), official Fanclub of TVXQ!, please check with the Weverse (//www.weverse.io).

- The members of “Cassiopeia” (GL), Weverse’s official Fanclub of TVXQ! can reserve the ticket in advance only when completing the verification process for the Fanclub through this page to reserve the ticket of the show. Please make sure to finish the verification process for the Fanclub within the applicable period.
- For the verification process for Fanclub Presale, you can verify yourself with your Weverse account’s membership of “Cassiopeia” (GL), official Fanclub of TVXQ!.
- If the Fanclub verification is conducted on the korean reservation page, you can purchase the Fanclub presale ticket only through the korean reservation page. If the Fanclub verification for Fanclub presale is conducted on the global reservation page, you can purchase the Fanclub presale ticket only through the global reservation page.
- You can verify yourself with only one Weverse account that you applied for the presale per YES24 Ticket ID. Duplicate verification is not permitted.
- Once verification is completed, you cannot amend, cancel, or reuse the Fanclub information. Even if you withdraw your YES24 Ticket account and create a new one, you will not be able to reuse the same Fanclub information again.
- Presale is valid only when membership status is maintained until the day of the show. Memberships whose presale verification have been confirmed cannot be canceled or refunded. (How to check the membership purchase shop: Weverse App > More > My Membership)

[General Sale Information]
- General Sale Period: September 22, 2026 (Tue) 8:00PM (KST) ~
- You can only 2 tickets per person per show is allowed.(Including Fanclub Presale tickets)
- General sale is only available for the remaining seats after the Fanclub presale is completed. If the tickets are sold out during the Fanclub presale, there may be no seats available for general sale.
- To ensure a smooth reservation process, the “Bank Transfer” payment option will be unavailable until September 29 (Tue), 11:59:59PM (KST). But after this period, in case of the method to make a deposit without a bankbook, the deposit must be completed by the day of reservation (11:29:59PM). If the deposit is not completed within the period, the reserved ticket will be automatically canceled. Each bank has different available deposit times, so please check in advance.

- Wheelchair accessible seats can only be reserved via YES24 Ticket Customer Center (+82 1544-6399) or online 1:1 Inquiry, and up to two tickets can be reserved per person, including the person using the wheelchair and one companion. Please make sure to reserve for accompanying individuals in advance, as they must also have reservations to enter.
- You can only reserve Wheelchair accessible seats only when the name of the person who reserves them is identical to the name in the disability register card or welfare card. If you are not the person who reserves them, you and your companion will not be allowed to enter.
- You can receive your tickets for Wheelchair accessible seats on-site on the show day after presenting the valid form of ID and disability register card (or welfare card). (Proxy receipt and transfer are not allowed.)
- Even if you have a disability register card (or welfare card), Wheelchair accessible seats are not available for audiences who do not use wheelchairs.
- You will be held solely responsible for failure to bring and present a valid ID, and a ticket denied entry due to failure to verify identity will not be granted a refund on the day of the show.
