- 팬클럽 선예매는 하이라이트 공식 팬클럽 ‘라이트(LIGHT)’ 6기 유료 회원에 한해서 티켓 예매가 가능합니다. 

- 팬클럽 선예매는 정해진 기간 내 예매 페이지를 통해 ‘라이트(LIGHT)’ 6기 인증이 완료된 분들에 한하여 회차당 1인 1매만 예매 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매는 YES24 웹과 모바일을 통해서만 예매 가능하며, 전화 예매는 불가합니다. 

- 팬클럽 선예매 전 반드시 ‘팬클럽 인증’을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다. 정해진 기간 내 팬클럽 인증을 하지 않았을 경우, 해당 ID로는 선예매가 불가하며, 이후 오픈되는 일반 예매로 예매가 가능합니다.

- 한번 인증한 ID는 재 로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 되며, 하나의 ID로는 한 번의 인증만 가능합니다.

- 본인 인증(휴대폰 또는 I-PIN)이 된 YES24 ID로만 팬클럽 인증이 가능하며, 반드시 YES24 가입자 이름과 팬클럽 회원 이름이 동일해야 인증이 가능합니다.

[일반 예매 안내]

- 일반 예매 기간: 2026년 9월 10일(목) 오후 8시 (KST) ~ 

- 일반 예매 매수 제한: 회차당 1인 2매 (팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함) 

- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 선예매 매진 시 잔여석이 없을 수 있습니다. 

- 팬클럽 선예매 티켓을 예매하신 경우, 구매하신 회차는 일반 예매 시 1인 1매만 추가로 예매 가능합니다. 

(ex. 팬클럽 선예매를 통해 10월 16일(금) 회차 1매를 예매하신 경우, 일반 예매 시 동일 회차 1매를 추가로 예매하실 수 있습니다. 다른 회차도 동일하게 적용됩니다.)

[휠체어석 예매 안내]

- 휠체어석 팬클럽 선예매 기간: 2026년 9월 7일(월) 오전 10시 ~ 9월 9일(수) 오후 6시 (KST)  

- 휠체어석 일반 예매 기간: 2026년 9월 10일(목) 오전 10시 (KST) ~

- 휠체어석 예매는 YES24 고객센터(1544-6399)를 통한 전화 예매만 가능합니다. 

- 휠체어석은 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 2매까지 예매 가능하며, 동반인의 경우에도 티켓을 구매하셔야 합니다. 동반하는 보호자의 경우 간이 좌석이 제공됩니다.

- 휠체어석은 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 성함이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가합니다. 

- 휠체어석 티켓은 공연 당일 현장 수령만 가능하며, 예매자 본인의 신분증과 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드를 지참하여 본인 확인 후 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다. 선예매의 경우 팬클럽 가입 확인이 추가로 진행됩니다. 

- 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 이용 가능하며, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드를 소지하였더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다. (대리 수령 및 양도 불가)

- 지정된 증빙서류 미지참에 대한 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며, 증빙 불가로 인해 발생하는 티켓 관련 문제에 대해서는 환불이 불가합니다.

- FLOOR층은 현장 수령만 가능합니다. 티켓 현장 수령 시에는 예매자 본인 확인이 가능한 유효 실물 신분증과 예매 내역서를 반드시 지참해야 하며, 미지참 시 티켓 수령이 불가합니다. 본인 확인 가능한 유효 신분증에 관한 상세한 내용은 예매 페이지 내 상세 이미지를 확인 부탁드리며, 신분증 미지참으로 인한 피해는 전적으로 본인에게 있습니다. 

- 공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위해 9월 13일(일)까지의 예매 건은 9월 14일(월)부터 일괄 배송 됩니다. (2층 예매 건에 한함) 예매 전 티켓 배송지 주소가 정확한지 사전에 확인하시기 바랍니다. 

- 본 공연의 티켓 예매는 YES24에서 단독 판매로 진행되며, 기타 구매 대행, 여행사 등에 별도의 티켓을 판매용으로 제공하지 않습니다. 공식 경로가 아닌 개인 거래, 인터넷 중고 거래 사이트 및 기타 경로를 통해 티켓을 구입한 경우, 또는 본 공연의 티켓을 관람이 아닌 재판매 목적으로 예매한 경우, 혹은 위조나 변조 티켓을 판매하는 등의 위법행위 적발 시, 주최 측의 권한으로 사전 통보 없이 티켓 구매를 취소할 수 있으며 이 경우 취소 수수료가 부과됨을 알려드립니다. 

또한 공연 당일 현장에 티켓을 소지하였을지라도 입장이 불가함을 알려드립니다.

- Fan Club Pre-sale is available exclusively for paid members of the official HIGHLIGHT Fan Club 'LIGHT' 6th generation. 

- During the Fan Club Pre-sale period, only those who completed the 'LIGHT' 6th generation verification on the designated page within the specified period may purchase 1 ticket per person per performance.

- Fan Club Pre-sale is available via YES24 web and mobile only. Please note that phone reservations are not allowed.

- Before the Fan Club Pre-sale, please make sure to complete the 'Fan Club Verification’ prior to the Pre-sale. If you fail to complete the Fan Club verification within the designated period, you will not be able to purchase tickets during the Pre-sale but, you may purchase tickets during General Sales.

- If the Fan Club verification is completed on the Korean ticket purchase page, the Fan Club Pre-sale is only available on that page. Similarly, if the verification is completed on the Global ticket purchase page, the Fan Club Pre-sale is only available on the Global ticket purchase page.

- Once an account is verified, you do not need to re-verify upon re-logging in, and each account can only be verified once.

- Fan Club verification is only possible with a YES24 account that has been authenticated through personal verification (mobile phone or I-PIN). The name on your YES24 account must match the name on your Fan Club membership.

[General Sales Information]

- General Sales will only be available for remaining seats after the Fan Club Pre-sale. If all seats sell out during Pre-sale, no tickets will be available for General Sales. 

- If you purchased a ticket through Fan Club Pre-sale, you may only purchase 1 additional ticket for the same performance during General Sales. (e.g., If you purchased 1 ticket for the October 16 (FRI) performance through Fan Club Pre-sale, you can purchase 1 additional ticket for the same performance during General Sales. This applies equally to all performance dates.)

[Wheelchair Accessible Seats Ticket Sales Information] 

- Wheelchair Accessible Seats Fan Club Pre-sale Period: September 7, 2026 (MON) 10AM ~ September 9, 2026 (WED) 6PM (KST)

- Wheelchair Accessible Seats General Sales Period: September 10, 2026 (THU) 10AM (KST) ~

- Tickets for Wheelchair Accessible Seats can only be purchased via phone through YES24 Customer Center (1544-6399). 

- Each person may purchase up to 2 tickets, including 1 for an accompanying person, who must also have a ticket to be admitted. A separate seat will be provided for the accompanying person. 

- Wheelchair Accessible Seats can only be purchased if the name on the Disability Registration Card or Welfare Card matches the ticket purchaser’s name. If the names do not match, neither the ticket purchaser nor the companion will be admitted. 

- Tickets for Wheelchair Accessible Seats can only be picked up on the day of the concert. The ticket purchaser must present their own ID along with their Disability Registration Card or Welfare Card to verify their identity and pick up the ticket. For Pre-sale ticket holders, Fan Club membership verification will also be conducted. 

- Wheelchair Accessible Seats are open spaces with no physical chairs and are strictly for wheelchair users. Even if a Disability Registration Card or a Welfare Card is presented, these seats cannot be used by attendees who do not actually use a wheelchair. (Pickup by proxy or transfer to another person is not permitted.)

- The responsibility for failing to bring the required supporting document lies solely with the ticket purchaser, and no refunds will be provided for any ticket-related issues arising from a failure to present such proof documentation.

[Ticket Purchase Guidelines]

- FLOOR seats are available for on-site pickup only. When picking up tickets on-site, you must bring a valid physical ID and your purchase details to confirm your identity. Any issues arising from a failure to present valid identification are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder.

- To prevent congestion on the day of the performance, tickets purchased by September 13 (SUN) will be shipped collectively from September 14 (MON). (Applicable only to 2nd floor seats tickets) Please make sure that the delivery address for your tickets is accurate before purchasing.

- Tickets for this concert are exclusively available via YES24. No other ticket platforms, travel agencies, or third parties are authorized to sell tickets. Any tickets purchased or traded through unofficial channels - including personal transactions, secondary online markets, or forged/altered tickets - may be immediately canceled at the discretion of the organizer without prior notice. Such tickets may be subject to a cancellation fee. Admission will be denied even if such tickets are presented on the day of the concert.
