※ 선예매는 AKMU Weverse Shop GLOBAL에서 AKKADEMY 2nd MEMBERSHIP(GLOBAL)을 구매한 회원에 한하여 참여 가능합니다. 멤버십 관련 자세한 사항은 AKMU Weverse 공지를 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 선예매 참여를 위해서는 YES24 티켓 회원가입 및 AKKADEMY 2nd MEMBERSHIP(GLOBAL) 가입이 모두 완료되어 있어야 합니다.

※ 선예매는 본 예매페이지에서 위버스 가입 정보를 입력하여 사전 인증 기간 내 인증을 완료한 경우에만 참여 가능합니다. 1개의 ID로 1회만 인증 가능하며, 인증 완료 후에는 다른 ID로 변경하거나 재인증할 수 없습니다.

※ 인증 기간 중에는 회원 정보 수정이 불가하며, 기존 등록된 정보로만 인증이 가능합니다. 또한 인증 완료 후 회원 정보를 정정하거나 중복 인증할 수 없으며, 인증 완료 이후 탈퇴한 경우에도 재인증은 불가합니다.

※ 공연 당일 현장에서는 예매자의 실물 신분증, 예매 내역, 위버스 멤버십 카드(모바일)를 확인하여 예매자와 실관람자의 일치 여부를 확인합니다. 본인 확인이 불가한 경우 입장이 제한되며, 이로 인한 티켓 취소 및 환불은 불가합니다.

※ 국내 예매페이지에서 인증한 경우에는 국내 예매페이지에서만, 글로벌 예매페이지에서 인증한 경우에는 글로벌 예매페이지에서만 예매 가능합니다.

<일반예매 안내>

※ 일반 예매는 선예매 매수를 포함하여 회차당 1인 4매까지(선예매 매수 포함) 예매 가능합니다. 예매 가능 매수를 초과한 경우 최초 예매 수량을 제외한 티켓은 사전 통지 없이 취소 처리됩니다.

※ 일반 예매는 선예매 종료 후 잔여·취소 좌석에 한해 오픈 예정이며, 예매 마감 전까지 구매 가능합니다.

※ 일반 예매는 멤버십 선예매 진행 후, 잔여석에 한하여 진행됩니다.

※ 가족 명의 ID로 예매한 만 14세 미만 예매자의 경우, 예매자가 만 14세 미만 실관람자의 가족관계임을 증명한 경우에 한해 공연장 입장을 허용합니다. 티켓 수령 시 '예매자의 실물 신분증', '예매 내역', '실관람자의 실물 신분증', '실관람자와 수령인의 가족관계를 증명할 수 있는 원본 확인서(주민등록등본 또는 가족관계증명서 1부)'를 모두 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.

※ Only members who have purchased the AKKADEMY 2nd MEMBERSHIP(GLOBAL) through AKMU Weverse Shop GLOBAL are eligible to participate in the Fan Club Presale. For more information about the membership, please refer to the notices on AKMU Weverse.

※ To participate in the Fan Club Presale, you must have both a YES24 Ticket account and an active AKKADEMY 2nd MEMBERSHIP(GLOBAL).

※ To access the Fan Club Presale, you must complete the presale verification on this ticket page during the verification period by entering your Weverse membership information. Verification is limited to one YES24 Ticket ID per membership, and once verification is completed, it cannot be transferred to another ID or verified again.

※ Member information cannot be modified during the verification period. Verification is only available using your currently registered information. Once verification is completed, your information cannot be corrected or verified again. Re-verification is also not available if you withdraw your membership after completing verification.

If your membership expires, is refunded, or is terminated due to withdrawal from Weverse before the performance date, and your membership cannot be verified on the day of the event, admission may be denied. Please check your membership validity before purchasing tickets.

※ On the day of the performance, staff will verify your original photo ID, ticket reservation confirmation, and Weverse Membership Card(mobile) to confirm that the ticket purchaser and the actual attendee are the same person. Admission will be denied if your identity cannot be verified, and tickets cannot be canceled or refunded in such cases.

※ If you complete presale verification through the Korean ticketing site, you may only purchase tickets through the Korean ticketing site. Likewise, if you complete verification through the Global ticketing site, you may only purchase tickets through the Global ticketing site.

〈General Sale Information〉

※ During the General Sale, each person may purchase up to four 4 tickets per performance, including any tickets purchased during the Fan Club Presale. If the ticket limit is exceeded, all tickets exceeding the limit(excluding the first purchase) may be canceled without prior notice.

※ The General Sale will begin after the Fan Club Presale ends and will be available only for the remaining seats and any canceled tickets. Tickets may be purchased until the ticket sales deadline.

※ The General Sale will be conducted only for seats remaining after the Fan Club Presale.

※ For ticket holders under the age of 14 whose tickets were purchased using a family member's YES24 Ticket account, admission will only be permitted if the purchaser can verify their family relationship with the attendee. When collecting tickets, please bring all of the following:

-The purchaser's original photo ID

-Ticket reservation confirmation

-The attendee's original photo ID

-An original official document proving the family relationship between the purchaser and the attendee (Family Relation Certificate or Resident Registration Certificate)

※ In accordance with the venue's safety regulations, guests may only view the performance from the designated wheelchair seating area. Viewing from any other area is not permitted.

※ Wheelchair Accessible Seats are available by phone reservation only through the YES24 Customer Center(+82-1544-6399).

※ Operating Hours: Weekdays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM(KST)

※ Please note that the Global Ticket site does not provide phone support. For inquiries regarding wheelchair seat reservations, please contact global_yesticket@yes24.com.

※ Each eligible customer may purchase up to two 2 tickets, including one ticket for a companion.

※ Tickets for Wheelchair Seating are available for on-site pickup only on the day of the performance. Tickets must be collected by the ticket purchaser in person. Proxy pickup and ticket transfers are not permitted.

※ Tickets will be issued only after verification of wheelchair use, an official disability identification card (or Welfare Card), and the purchaser's original photo ID.
