핑크 스웨츠(PINK SWEAT$) 내한공연에 관심을 가져주신 관객 분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다.

2025년 9월 29일 진행 예정이었던 핑크 스웨츠(PINK SWEAT$) 내한공연은 

예상치 못한 상황으로 인하여 부득이하게 공연이 취소되었음을 안내 드립니다. 

기다려주시고 예매해주신 관객 여러분들께 진심으로 사과드리며, 

관객 여러분들의 너른 양해 부탁드립니다. 

예매 하신 티켓은 절차에 따라 취소 수수료 없이 전액 환불될 예정입니다. 

다시한번 안타까운 소식을 전하게 드리게 된 점 진심으로 사과드립니다.

※ 환불 절차 안내

- 카드결제

카드결제 승인이 일괄 취소됩니다. 취소 완료는 카드사별로 약 5~7일 정도 소요됩니다. 환불처리 일자는 결제대금 납부일과 카드사에 따라 달라질 수 있으니 자세한 내용은 각 카드사의 고객센터를 통해 확인 바랍니다.

- 무통장입금

순차적으로 예매 취소 처리 후 문자가 발송됩니다. 문자 수신 이후 YES24 ‘MY티켓’에서 직접 계좌 정보를 수정하시면 환불이 정상적으로 처리됩니다.

계좌 정보 작성 방법 : MY티켓 → 예매확인/취소 → 환불진행상태 → 환불계좌 수정하기 → 계좌 수정하기 → 환불 받을 계좌 입력 후 수정 (환불 받으실 계좌는 반드시 <은행명, 계좌번호, 예금주> 정보를 정확하게 입력해주시기 바랍니다.)

* 환불은 계좌 접수일로부터 은행영업일 기준 3~6일 소요됩니다.

We regret to inform you that Pink Sweat$ Live in Seoul, originally scheduled for September 29, 2025, has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

We extend our deepest apologies to all fans who have been waiting and had purchased tickets, and kindly ask for your understanding.

All purchased tickets will be fully refunded without cancellation fees in accordance with the established procedure. We truly regret having to share this unfortunate news and greatly appreciate your patience and support.
