보내주신 뜨거운 성원에 힘입어 연출상 유보되었던 좌석과 시야제한석을 추가 오픈하기로 결정하였습니다.
일부 좌석은 공연을 관람하시기에 시야·음향적으로 제한이 있는 구역이지만, 더 많은 팬분들이 볼 수 있도록 하기 위하여 오픈 하오니 관람 시 불편하더라도 양해 부탁드리며, 이 점 참고하시어 예매 진행 부탁드립니다.
* 유의사항
1. 기존 예매하신 매수 포함 회차당 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.
2. 일부 좌석은 시야 및 음향적으로 제한이 있는 구역입니다. 일반좌석 대비 공연 관람에 불편을 느끼실 수 있으며, 이로 인한 환불은 불가 하오니 이 점 충분히 양지하시어 예매 진행 부탁드립니다.
3. 추가 티켓 판매 오픈을 위하여 10월 28일 (월) 16:00 ~ 19:59 (KST) 까지 잠시 예매/취소가 중단될 예정입니다.
4. 원활한 예매 진행을 위해 티켓 구매 시 무통장 입금 결제는 제한됩니다. 티켓 불법 양도, 암표 근절 및 티켓을 구입하고 싶어하시는 관객분들에게 피해가 되지 않도록 조치를 취하는 것이니, 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

Thank you for all the love and support for the Xdinary Heroes Concert <LIVE and FALL>.
Due to all the support, we've decided to open additional seats that were previously held back due to production, as well as restricted view seating.
Some additional seats are in sections that provide a restricted view and sound. As we have decided to open these seats with the hope that more fans can experience the show, we ask for your understanding even though you may find these seats uncomfortable. Please keep this in mind before reserving tickets for these seats.

- Restricted View Seats: Some seats in 2nd Floor Sections A2, E2
* Precautions
1. You can reserve up to 2 tickets per person for each show, including those you’ve already booked.
2. Some seats provide a restricted view and sound. They are not as comfortable as the general seats, and please keep this in mind, as refunds for these reasons are not allowed.
3. Reservation/cancellation will be temporarily suspended from 16:00 to 19:59 (KST) on Monday, October 28, 2024, for the additional ticket reservation opening.
4. Making a deposit without a bankbook is restricted when purchasing tickets to ensure a smooth reservation process. Please understand that we are taking measures to prevent the illegal transfer of tickets, purchasing tickets through any unofficial means, and damage to audiences who want to make a ticket reservation.
