2024년 9월 12일 (목) 오후 8시에 예정된 시야제한석 추가 오픈과 관련하여, 기존 공지에서 안내 드린 301~320구역 A열 좌석은 판매하지 않기로 결정하였음을 알려드립니다. 이 점 양해 부탁드리며, 아래의 정정된 좌석 정보를 확인하시어 예매 진행 부탁드립니다.

* 유의사항
1. 기존 예매하신 매수 포함 회차당 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.
2. 추가 좌석은 공연을 관람하시기에 시야·음향적으로 제한이 있으며 아티스트가 무대에 있을 때 구조물로 인하여 보이지 않을 수 있는 좌석입니다. 일반좌석 대비 공연 관람에 불편을 느끼실 수 있으며, 이로 인한 환불은 불가 하오니 이 점 충분히 양지하시어 예매 진행 부탁드립니다.
3. 추가 티켓 판매 오픈을 위하여 9월 12일 (목) 16:00 ~ 19:59 (KST) 까지 잠시 예매/취소가 중단될 예정입니다.
4. 원활한 예매 진행을 위해 티켓 구매 시 무통장 입금 결제는 제한됩니다. 티켓 불법 양도, 암표 근절 및 티켓을 구입하고 싶어하시는 관객분들에게 피해가 되지 않도록 조치를 취하는 것이니, 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

Regarding the additional restricted view seats scheduled to open on September 12, 2024 (Thursday) at 8 PM, we would like to inform you that, we have decided not to sell seats in Row A of Sections 301~320, which were announced in the previous notice. We ask for your understanding and kindly request you to check the corrected seating information below before proceeding with your reservation.

* Seats to be opened : Some seats in Sections 304, 320, and 420
* Precautions
1. You can reserve up to 2 tickets per person for each show, including those you’ve already booked.
2. These additional seats have restricted view and sound quality. We kindly request your understanding for any inconvenience caused by structures, which could block the view of the artists on stage. These seats are not as comfortable as the general seats, and please keep this in mind, as refunds for these reasons are not allowed.
3. Reservation/cancellation will be temporarily suspended from 16:00 to 19:59 (KST) on Thursday, September 12, 2024, for the additional ticket reservation opening.
4. Making a deposit without a bankbook is restricted when purchasing tickets to ensure a smooth reservation process. Please understand that we are taking measures to prevent the illegal transfer of tickets, purchasing tickets through any unofficial means, and damage to audiences who want to make a ticket reservation.
