- 팬클럽 선예매 시, 별다른 인증 절차 없이 STAY 4기 회원가입 시 사용하였던 예스24 회원 아이디로 로그인 후 예매 진행하시면 됩니다.

▶ 휠체어석 안내
- 휠체어석 구매는 2024년 3월 6일 (수) 오전 10시부터 YES24 고객센터(1544-6399)를 통해 전화예매만 가능합니다. (*고객센터 운영시간 평일 오전 9시~오후 6시 / 토요일 오전 9시~오후 5시 / 일요일 및 공휴일 휴무)
- 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 구매 가능한 좌석이며, 동반 1인 포함 총 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.
※ 원활한 예매 진행을 위해 티켓 구매 시 무통장 입금 결제는 제한됩니다. 티켓 불법 양도, 암표 근절 및 티켓을 구입하고 싶어 하시는 관객분들에게 피해가 되지 않도록 조치를 취하는 것이니, 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
※ 반드시 공연을 관람할 본인의 이름으로 예매해야 하며 예매자 본인이 아닌 경우 공연 관람이 불가합니다.
- 1인 2매 구매 시, 반드시 2인이 함께 본인확인을 진행해야 합니다. 예매자 본인의 실물 신분증을 지참해야 하며, 동반인은 예매자 본인과 동행하지 않을 경우 단독으로 입장 및 본인확인이 불가합니다.
단, 동일 회차 1인 2매 예매자 중 입장 게이트가 다른 경우에 한하여 관람 당일 매표소 내 CS 창구로 오시면 별도 안내드릴 예정입니다.

- The FANCLUB price is only applicable during the FANCLUB PRESALE period.
- FANCLUB PRESALE is available without an extra verification process if you log in with the YES24 ID that you used to register for Stray Kids OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘STAY’ 4th Generation on YES24.
▶ GENERAL SALE : Wednesday, March 6, 2024 20:00~ (KST) (Purchase Limit : 2 tickets per person for each show)
- 2 tickets per person for each show, including the ticket purchased through the FANCLUB PRESALE.
▶ WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SEAT RESERVATION ANNOUNCEMENT
- Wheelchair accessible seat reservations are only available by phone. Please contact the YES24 Customer Service Number (T. 1544-6399) for reservations starting from Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 10AM. (*Customer Service Operating Hours: Weekdays 9AM~6PM / Saturday 9AM~5PM / Sunday & Public Holidays are closed.)
- Wheelchair accessible seats can only be purchased by wheelchair users. Wheelchair users can purchase up to 2 wheelchair accessible seating tickets, including 1 ticket for a companion.
※ To be able to collect your ticket and view the concert, please make sure to reserve tickets for yourself under your own name only. If you are not the person who made the reservation, you cannot watch the show.
- If a single person purchased 2 tickets, 2 people must be identified together. Ticket purchaser must bring the original copy of ID. If companion does not accompany with ticket purchaser, the companion cannot enter nor identify by himself alone. However, for individuals who have booked 2 tickets for the same performance but have different entry gates, please visit the Customer Service counter within the ticket office on the day of the performance for specific guidance.
