1) 팬클럽 선예매 사전 신청기간

- 신청기간: 2023년 12월 22일(금) 10:00AM ~ 2023년 12월 26일(화) 11:59:59PM (KST)

- 신청대상: WayV 공식 팬클럽 “WayZenNi” 글로벌 멤버십 회원

2) 팬클럽 선예매 신청자 “YES24 티켓” 팬클럽 인증 기간

- 인증 기간: 2023년 12월 29일(금) 12:00PM ~ 2024년 1월 5일(금) 11:59:59PM (KST)

- 인증 방법: “팬클럽 선예매 사전신청” 기간 내 선예매 사전 신청을 완료하신 분들에 한해 YES24 “2024 TEN FIRST FAN-CON [1001]” 상품 페이지에서 팬클럽 선예매 별도 인증 진행

① ”YES24 티켓” 사이트에 가입하신 후, 팬클럽 선예매 본인 인증 절차를 진행할 수 있습니다.

단, YES24 가입자 정보와 사전 신청 회원 정보가 동일해야 합니다.

② YES24 티켓에서 선예매 인증을 받을 때에는 WayV 공식 팬클럽 “WayZenNi” 글로벌 멤버십 회원 정보(이름/멤버십 번호)와 동일하게 입력해야 인증이 가능합니다. (대소문자 및 띄어쓰기도 동일하게 작성)

※ 인증 기간 내 YES24 티켓 사이트에서 선예매 사전 인증을 완료하지 않을 경우에는 선예매 사전신청을 하셨더라도 선예매 참여는 불가하오니 주의 바랍니다.

3) 팬클럽 선예매 오픈

- 예매 일정: 2024년 1월 5일(금) 8:00PM ~ 2024년 1월 5일(금) 11:59:59PM (KST)

- 참여 대상: “YES24 티켓” 내 TEN 1ST FAN-CON상세 페이지에서 팬클럽 선예매 인증을 완료한 분에 한해 선예매 참여 가능하며 1인 1매만 예매 가능합니다.

- 팬클럽 인증을 진행한 페이지에서만 팬클럽 선예매가 가능합니다.

* 국문 예매 페이지에서 인증을 진행했을 경우, 팬클럽 선예매는 국문 예매 페이지에서만 가능하며 글로벌 예매 페이지에서 인증을 진행했을 경우, 팬클럽 선예매는 글로벌 예매 페이지에서만 가능합니다.

4) 일반 예매 오픈

- 예매 일정: 2024년 1월 8일(월) 8:00PM (KST)

- 일반 예매는 1인 2매까지 가능합니다. (팬클럽 선예매 매수 포함)

- 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한 해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 시 매진될 경우 일반 예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.

5) 휠체어석 예매 오픈

- 팬클럽 선예매: 2024년 1월 5일(금) 10:00 AM ~ 06:00 PM (KST)

- 일반 예매: 2024년 1월 8일(월) 10:00 AM (KST) ~

- 전화 예매(YES24 콜센터 : 1544-6399)만 가능하며, 팬클럽 선예매 시더라도 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 회차당 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.

- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다.

- 휠체어석 티켓은 당일 현장 수령만 가능하며, 장애인 등록증 또는, 복지카드 등의 본인 확인 후, 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매 티켓 구매자는 WayZenNi 모바일 회원카드를 지참하셔야 하며, 동반자가 직계가족이 아닐 경우에는 동반자의 WayZenNi 회원 유무 확인 후, 티켓 수령이 가능합니다.

- 동반인이 직계가족일 경우 가족관계증명서, 예매자 실물 신분증, 보호자 실물 신분증을 모두 확인 후 티켓 수령이 가능합니다. - YES24 콜센터 운영 시간은 평일 09:00~18:00, 토요일 09:00~17:00이며, 일요일 및 공휴일 휴무입니다.

팬클럽 선예매 사전 신청은 아래와 같이 진행됩니다.

팬클럽 선예매 사전 신청을 원하시는 분은 신청기간 내에 신청을 완료해 주시기 바라며, 팬클럽 선예매를 위해 선예매 신청자의 기본 정보(성명, 회원카드번호(11자리))가 “YES24” 측에 전달되오니 이에 동의하시는 분만 선예매 “사전 신청”을 해주시기 바랍니다.

“사전 신청”을 완료하신 분은 본 내용에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

[공연 티켓 관련 안내]

1.공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위해 초기 예약 분은 순차 배송 방식으로 운영합니다.

※티켓 순차 배송 시작일: 2024.01.23

2024.01.22 23시 59분까지 예매를 완료한 예매자에 한하여 순차적으로 티켓 배송이 시작됩니다.

2. 티켓 구매 전 티켓 배송지 주소가 정확한지 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.

3. 우편 발송된 티켓을 포함한 모든 티켓의 분실이나 파손은 어떠한 경우에도 재발권 및 취소/환불이 불가합니다.(티켓 미소지 시 입장 불가)

4. 배송받은 티켓의 취소는 YES24 티켓 고객센터로 반송하여 접수가 완료된 이후 가능합니다.

5. 고객의 부재로 인하여 반송된 티켓은 공연 당일 현장 매표소에서 수령하셔야 하며, 관련 문의는 YES24 티켓 고객센터를 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.

6. 배송된 티켓을 공연 1주일 전까지도 수령하지 못했을 경우 YES24 고객센터로 반드시 사전에 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.(공연 당일 현장에서 문의하셔도 재발급 불가, 티켓 미소지시 공연장 입장 불가)

Ticket Reservation Schedule

1) Fan Club Presale Pre-registration Period

- Registration Period: December 22, 2023 (Friday) 10:00 AM ~ December 26, 2023 (Tuesday) 11:59:59 PM (KST)

- Eligibility: Members of the official WayV fan club "WayZenNi" with global membership

2) Fan Club Presale Applicant "YES24 Ticket" Fan Club Verification Period

- Verification Period: December 29, 2023 (Friday) 12:00 PM ~ January 5, 2024 (Friday) 11:59:59 PM (KST)

- Verification Method: Verification for Fan Club Presale will be conducted separately on the YES24 "2024 TEN FIRST FAN-CON [1001]" product page for those who completed the pre-application for presale during the "Fan Club Presale Pre-application" period.

① After signing up on the "YES24 Ticket" site, you can proceed with the Fan Club Presale personal verification process. Note that the information of the YES24 subscriber and the pre-application member must be the same.

② When receiving Presale verification from YES24 Ticket, make sure to enter the WayV Official Fan Club "WayZenNi" Global Membership information (Name/Membership Number) exactly as it is in the pre-application. (Write in the same case and spacing, including uppercase and lowercase letters.)

※ If you do not complete the Presale verification on the YES24 Ticket site during the verification period, even if you applied for Presale pre-application, participation in Presale will not be possible, so please be cautious.

3) Fan Club Presale Open

- Reservation Period: January 5, 2024 (Friday) 8:00 PM ~ January 5, 2024 (Friday) 11:59:59 PM (KST)

- Eligibility: Participation in Presale is only possible for those who have completed Fan Club Presale verification on the 2024 TEN FIRST FAN-CON [1001] detailed page within "YES24 Ticket." Each individual is allowed to reserve only one ticket.

- Fan Club Presale is only available on the page where fan club verification was conducted.

* If verification was done on the Korean reservation page, Fan Club Presale can only be done on the Korean reservation page. If verification was done on the global reservation page, Fan Club Presale can only be done on the global reservation page.

4) General Ticket Open

- Reservation Period: January 8, 2024 (Monday) 8:00 PM (KST)

- General ticket sales allow up to 2 tickets per person. (Including the quantity of Fan Club Presale per session)

- General ticket sales will take place after Fan Club Presale, subject to the remaining seats. If sold out during Fan Club Presale, there may be no available seats during the general ticket open period.

5) Wheelchair Seat Reservation Open

- Fan Club Presale: January 5, 2024 (Friday) 10:00 AM ~ 06:00 PM (KST)

- General Ticket Sales: From January 8, 2024 (Monday) 10:00 AM (KST) onwards

- Reservations can only be made through phone booking at the YES24 Call Center (1544-6399). Even during Fan Club Presale, individuals, including the person and one guardian, can reserve up to 2 tickets per session.

- For wheelchair seats, reservations are only possible if the name on the disability certificate or welfare card is the 'Purchaser.' If it is not the 'Purchaser,' both the purchaser and one guardian cannot enter.

- Wheelchair seat tickets are available for on-site pickup only. After confirming the identity through a disability certificate or welfare card, you can receive the ticket on the same day.

- Fan Club Presale ticket buyers must bring the WayZenNi mobile membership card. If the companion is not a direct family member, ticket pickup is possible after confirming the companion's WayZenNi membership status.

- If the companion is a direct family member, ticket pickup is possible after confirming the family relationship certificate, the physical ID of the ticket purchaser, and the physical ID of the guardian.

- The operating hours of the YES24 Call Center are weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00, Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00, and closed on Sundays and holidays.

The Presale pre-application process for Fan Club members will be conducted as follows:

If you wish to participate in the Presale pre-application, please complete the application within the designated period. For Fan Club Presale, the basic information of the Presale applicant (name, membership card number (11 digits)) will be shared with "YES24." Please proceed with the Presale "pre-application" only if you agree to this.

Individuals who complete the "pre-application" are considered to have agreed to the contents of this notice.

[Show Ticket Information]

1. To prevent congestion on the day of the performance, early reservations will be operated through sequential delivery.

※Sequential delivery start date: January 23, 2024

Tickets will be sequentially delivered starting from those who completed the reservation by 23:59 on January 22, 2024.

2. Before purchasing tickets, please ensure that the ticket delivery address is accurate.

3. Loss or damage of all tickets, including those sent by mail, cannot be reissued, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances. (No entry without the ticket)

4. Cancellation of received tickets is possible only after returning them to the YES24 Ticket Customer Center.

5. Tickets returned due to the customer's absence must be collected at the on-site ticket booth on the day of the show. For related inquiries, please contact the YES24 Ticket Customer Center.

6. If you have not received the delivered tickets by one week before the show, please contact the YES24 Customer Center in advance. (Reissuing is not possible if inquired on the day of the show, and entry to the venue is not allowed without the ticket.)
