예매 일정
1) 팬클럽 선예매 오픈
- 예매 일정 : 2023년 6월 22일 (목) 08:00 PM ~ 11:59:59 PM
- 참여 대상 : 2023년 6월 22일 (목) 02:00 PM 까지 NCTzen 127-ACE 회원 인증을 완료하신 분 (1인 1매)
└ KWANGYA CLUB의 NCTzen 127-ACE 회원은 YES24 티켓 사이트에서 6월 16일 (금) 12:00 PM 부터 6월 22일 (목) 02:00 PM 까지 ACE 회원 인증을 완료하신 분에 한해 선예매 참여 가능
2) 일반 예매 오픈
- 예매 일정 : 2023년 6월 23일 (금) 08:00 PM
└ 일반 예매는 선예매 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 선예매에 참여하지 않은 분에 한해 1인 1매만 예매 가능합니다.
3) 휠체어석 예매 오픈
- 팬클럽 선예매 : 2023년 6월 22일 (목) 10:00 AM ~ 06:00 PM
- 일반 예매 : 2023년 6월 23일 (금) 10:00 AM ~
- 전화 예매(YES24 콜센터 : 1544-6399)만 가능하며, 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.
- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다.
- 휠체어석 티켓은 당일 현장 수령만 가능하며, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 등의 본인 확인 후, 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다.
팬클럽 선예매 티켓 구매자는 NCTzen 127-ACE 모바일 회원카드를 지참하셔야 하며, 동반자가 직계가족이 아닐 경우에는 동반자의 NCTzen 127-ACE 회원 유무 확인 후, 티켓 수령이 가능합니다.
- YES24 콜센터 운영 시간은 평일 09:00~18:00, 토요일 09:00~17:00이며, 일요일 및 공휴일 휴무입니다.

1. Overview

- Ticket Price (Reserved seats) : 99,000 won for all seats (V.A.T. included) / 1 ticket per person

2. Reservation Schedule
1) Early Reservation for Fan Club Members
- Reservation Time : Thursday, June 22nd, 2023, 08:00 PM ~ 11:59:59 PM
- Open to : Everyone with a valid NCTzen 127-ACE membership by Thursday, June 22nd, 02:00 PM (One ticket per person)
└ ACE members are open to early reservations from Friday, June 16th, 12:00 PM, until Thursday, June 22nd, 02:00 PM, on YES24.
2) Regular Reservation
- Reservation Time : Friday, June 23rd, 2023, 08:00 PM
└ Available to those who didn’t make an early reservation for purchasing one ticket per person.
3) Reservation for Wheelchair Seats
- Early Reservation for Fan Club Members : Thursday, June 22nd, 2023, 10:00 AM ~ 06:00 PM
- Regular Reservation : Friday, June 23rd, 2023, 10:00 AM ~
- Booking is only available over the phone (YES24 Customer Service Center : 1544-6399), and reservations are available for only up to 2 people, including a person with a disability and a companion.
- In the case of wheelchair seats, reservations can only be made if the name on the disabled registration card or welfare card is "Reservation Person," otherwise both the reservation and the guardian cannot enter.
- Wheelchair seat tickets can only be received on-site on the concert day, and tickets can be received after identification of the disabled registration card or welfare card.
-Purchasers of pre-purchase tickets for the fan club must bring their NCTzen 127-ACE mobile membership card, and if the companion is not a direct family member, they can receive the ticket after checking whether the companion is an NCTzen 127-ACE member.
- Proof of eligibility (such as NCTzen 127-ACE mobile membership card on the KWANGYA CLUB App and disability or welfare card) must be shown upon receiving the ticket. Otherwise, neither the person who reserved nor the companion will not be allowed to attend.
- Business hours for YES24 Customer Service Center are 09:00~18:00 on weekdays, 09:00~17:00 on Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays and holidays.
