1) 팬클럽 선예매 오픈
- 예매 일정 : 2023년 5월 26일 (금) 8:00 PM ~ 11:59:59 PM
- 참여 대상 : 2023년 5월 26일 (금) 2:00 PM 까지 E.L.F.-ACE 회원 인증을 완료하신 분 (회차당 1인 1매)
└ KWANGYA CLUB의 E.L.F. 커뮤니티 내 오른쪽 상단 MY 프로필에서 ACE 업그레이드를 클릭, 구매한 ACE 멤버십 코드를 등록하여 ACE 등급을 획득 후, YES24 티켓 사이트에서 5월 24일 (수) 4:00 PM 부터 5월 26일 (금) 2:00 PM 까지 ACE 회원 인증을 완료하신 분에 한해 선예매 참여 가능
2) 일반 예매 오픈- 예매 일정 : 2023년 5월 30일 (화) 8:00 PM ~
└ 일반 예매는 선예매 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 선예매에 참여하지 않은 분에 한해 회차당 1인 1매만 예매 가능합니다.
3) 휠체어석 예매
- 팬클럽 선예매 : 2023년 5월 26일 (금) 10:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM
- 일반 예매 : 2023년 5월 30일 (화) 10:00 AM ~
- 전화 예매(YES24 콜센터 : 1544-6399)만 가능하며, 본인 및 보호자 1인을 포함하여 1인 2매까지 예매 가능합니다.
- 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다.
- 휠체어석 티켓은 당일 현장 수령만 가능하며, 장애인 등록증 또는, 복지카드 등의 본인 확인 후, 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다.팬클럽 선예매 티켓 구매자는 E.L.F.-ACE 모바일 회원카드를 지참하셔야 하며, 동반자가 직계가족이 아닐 경우에는 동반자의 E.L.F.-ACE 회원 유무 확인 후, 티켓 수령이 가능합니다.
- YES24 콜센터 운영 시간은 평일 09:00~18:00, 토요일 09:00~17:00이며, 일요일 및 공휴일 휴무입니다.

● Ticket Price (Standing/Reserved seats) : 121,000 won for all seats (V.A.T. included) / 1 ticket per person

2. Reservation Schedule
1) Early Reservation for Fan Club Members
- Reservation Time : Friday, May 26th, 2023, 8:00 PM ~ 11:59:59 PM
- Open to : Everyone with a valid E.L.F.-ACE membership by Friday, May 26th, 2:00 PM (One ticket per person)
└ Go to KWANGYA CLUB’s E.L.F. Community, under MY PROFILE located on the top right, and click on ACE UPGRADE. Register the ACE membership code to claim your ACE membership. ACE members are open to early reservations from Wednesday, May 24th, 4:00 PM, until Friday, May 26th, 2:00 PM, on YES24.

2) Regular Reservation
- Reservation Time : Tuesday, May 30th, 2023, 8:00 PM ~
└ Available to those who didn’t make an early reservation for purchasing one ticket per person.
3) Reservation for Wheelchair Seats
- Early Reservation for Fan Club Members : Friday, May 26th, 2023, 10:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM
- Regular Reservation : Tuesday, May 30th, 2023, 10:00 AM ~
- Booking is only available over the phone (YES24 Customer Service Center : 1544-6399), and reservations are available for only up to 2 people, including a person with a disability and a companion.
- In the case of wheelchair seats, reservations can only be made if the name on the disabled registration card or welfare card is "Reservation Person," otherwise both the reservation and the guardian cannot enter.
- Wheelchair seat tickets can only be received on-site on the concert day, and tickets can be received after identification of the disabled registration card or welfare card.
-Purchasers of pre-purchase tickets for the fan club must bring their E.L.F.-ACE mobile membership card, and if the companion is not a direct family member, they can receive the ticket after checking whether the companion is an E.L.F.-ACE member.
- Proof of eligibility (such as E.L.F.-ACE mobile membership card on the KWANGYA CLUB App and disability or welfare card) must be shown upon receiving the ticket. Otherwise, neither the person who reserved nor the companion will not be allowed to attend.
- Business hours for YES24 Customer Service Center are 09:00~18:00 on weekdays, 09:00~17:00 on Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays and holidays.
