■ 재예매시, 별다른 인증 절차 없이 ‘2021 N.Flying LIVE ‘&CON’ - Man on the Moon’ 공연 예매 시 사용하셨던 회원 ID로 선예매 권한이 자동으로 부여됩니다. 회원 ID로 로그인 하신 후, 재예매 시간에 맞추어 예매 진행 부탁 드립니다.

■ 기존 예매자 선예매는 YES24 국문 사이트에서만 가능합니다. 시스템 문제로 YES24 GLOBAL 사이트에서는 재예매 불가하며, YES24 GLOBAL에서 예매하신 기존 예매자 분들께는 회원정보에 기재된 이메일로 개별 연락드렸으니 확인 후, 회신 부탁드립니다.

- 팬클럽 선예매는 기존 예매자 선예매 종료 후 잔여석에 한해 진행됩니다. 

- 티켓은 일괄 현장수령으로 진행될 예정입니다.

- 공연 당일 매표소는 공연 시작 2시간 전부터, 공연 시작 30분 후까지 운영됩니다. 

* 공연 당일 현장 상황으로 인해 운영시간은 변경될 수 있습니다. 

- 티켓 수령 시 예매 확인증(모바일 예매 확인 페이지 혹은 예매 확인 페이지 출력본)과 예매자 본인의 법정 신분증(주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권, 등본, 미성년일 경우 학생증 또는 청소년증)을 꼭 지참해주시기 바랍니다. 티켓 대리 수령은 불가합니다. 

- 단, 가족 명의로 예매한 경우, 직계 가족의 경우에만 가족관계증명서류(의료보험증, 주민등록등본, 가족관계증명서 등)/예매자 본인 실물 신분증/관람자 본인 실물 신분증을 모두 지참하면 본인 확인 및 관람이 가능합니다. 

■ 팬클럽 회원 인증 방법

1) 2022년 1월 13일(목) 정오부터 YES24 로그인

2) 로그인 완료 후, 예매 페이지 내 ‘N.Fia 인증하기’ 클릭

3) 팬클럽 인증창에 ‘N.Fia 2기 팬클럽’ 가입 시 기재한 본인 이름 + V넘버(V+숫자,영문조합) 입력

* 팬클럽 인증에 필요한 V MEMBERSHIP 정보는 NAVER V LIVE 애플리케이션에 접속하여 확인 가능합니다.

* V LIVE앱 넘버는 대문자로 기입해 주셔야 하며, 숫자 0과 영문 O자를 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.

* 단, 인증된 ID 외 다른 ID로의 중복 인증은 불가하며, 예매되는 티켓에는 YES24 ID의 회원정보로 출력이 됩니다.

[유의사항]

- 팬클럽 인증 기간 동안 회원인증을 완료하지 못한 분들은 선 예매가 불가하며, 이후 오픈되는 일반 예매를 통해 티켓 예매가 가능합니다.

- 예매 전 팬클럽 인증이 완료되었는지 확인해주시길 바랍니다.

- 티켓 예매 이후 정해진 기간 내에 입금을 하지 않을 경우 해당 티켓은 자동으로 취소됩니다.

- YES24 ID 회원 정보와 팬클럽 인증자의 이름이 달라도 인증 가능합니다.

- 한 번 인증한 아이디는 재 로그인 시 다시 인증하지 않아도 됩니다. 

- 팬클럽 인증이 완료된 회원님은 ‘N.Fia 인증하기’ 버튼 클릭 시, ‘본 계정은 인증된 계정입니다.’라는 팝업이 뜹니다.

[일반 예매 안내]

■ 일반 예매: 2022년 1월 20일(목) 오후 6시 ~ 예매 마감 시까지

■ 일반 예매 매수제한: 1인 4매(선예매 포함 회차당)

Ex. 기존 예매자 선예매로 2월 5일(토) 오후 6시 회차 1매, 팬클럽 선예매로 2월 5일(토) 오후 6시 회차 1매를 구매하셨을 경우, 일반 예매 시 2월 5일(토) 오후 6시 회차 2매를 추가로 구매하실 수 있습니다. (다른 회차도 동일하게 적용됩니다.) 

- 오프라인 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 종료 후 잔여석에 한해 진행됩니다.

[방역패스 안내]

정부의 코로나19 특별방역대책에 의해 공연장이 방역 패스(Vaccine Pass) 의무 적용 시설로 지정되어,

본 공연은 관객 전원에 대해 ‘접종증명 및 음성 확인제’를 실시합니다.

당일 공연장 입장을 위해서는 ‘백신 접종 완료 증명서’ 확인 또는 ‘PCR 음성 확인’이 진행될 예정이며, 해당 사항이 확인되지 않을 시 입장이 불가합니다.

<입장 가능 기준>

- 백신 접종 완료 증명 (2차 접종 완료 후 14일 경과 / 본인 확인 필수)- 미접종자 중 PCR 음성확인서 (음성 결과지 수령 후 2일(48시간) 이내/ 본인 확인 필수)

<입장 확인 절차>

- 백신 접종 증명 및 PCR 음성 확인 > 티켓 확인 > 체온 측정 > 입장

<백신 미접종자 중 PCR 음성 확인이 가능한 관객>

■ Ticket Holder Pre-purchase is only available on the YES24 Korean website. Due to system issue, Ticket Holder Pre-purchase cannot be made on the YES24 Global site, and we contacted ticket holders individually through the e-mail listed in the membership information, so please check and reply.

- Fan Club Pre-purchase will be made only for the remaining seats after Ticket Holder Pre-purchase.

- Tickets can be received collectively on-site.

- The ticket office will be open from 2 hours before the start of the concert until 30 minutes after the start of the concert on the day of the concert

* It is subject to change depending on the situation of the site on the day of the concert

- Please present your booking statement (mobile booking verification page or print of booking verification page) and your valid ID(ID card, driver's license, passport, resident register, student ID or juvenile ID if you are underage) to pick up your tickets. Those who are not the purchaser him/herself cannot pick up the ticket. 

- Those who have booked under the name of a family member, only in the case of immediate family, you can verify your identity and watch the concert by presenting evidentiary documents of family relations(medical insurance card, resident register, certificate of family relations, etc.)/Real ID of Purchaser/Real ID of Viewer.

■ How to Authorize Fan Club Membership

1) Log in to YES24 Ticket from January 13th, 2022 (Thu) 12:00PM (KST)

2) After log in, click ‘N.Fia authorization’ through the fan club authorization page on the ticket site

3) Enter your name registered in 'Official Fan Club N.Fia 2ND' + V number (combination of V + number and English letters) in the authorization window.

* V LIVE MEMBERSHIP information required for fan club verification can be seen in the NAVER V LIVE app.

* When entering the V LIVE App number, please capitalize the letters and insert the number 0 and the letter O carefully.

* However, duplicate authorizations with another ID cannot be made, and the account information of your YES24 ID will be printer on the ticket you have purchased.

4) Authorization completed

[Precautions]

- Those who did not complete their fan club authorization during the authorization period will not be able to pre-purchase tickets and will need to purchase once general tickets have opened.

- Before the Fan Club Pre-purchase period begins, please make sure you have successfully made your fan club authorization.

- If payment for tickets are not made within the given period, tickets will automatically be cancelled.

- Authorizations can be made even if the name of the YES24 ID holder and the name of the fan club member are different.

- A ‘This account has been authorized’ pop-up window will appear when clicking the ‘N.Fia authorization’ tab for the members who have successfully made their fan club authorization.

Ex. If you purchase one Ticket Holder Pre-purchase ticket for the February 5th (Sat), 6PM (KST) concert and one Fan Club Pre-purchase ticket, you can purchase 2 more tickets for the same day during General Purchase. (Applies the same to other dates)

- General Purchase for offline concert will be made only for the remaining seats after Fan Club Pre-purchase

[Information on Vaccine Pass]

Due to the government's quarantine measures against COVID-19 the vaccine pass is mandatory in the venue,

Therefore, ‘Vaccination Certificate and Confirmation’ is implemented for all audiences.

Checking of ‘Vaccination Completion Certificate’ or ‘PCR Verification’ will be implemented in order to enter the venue, and admission will not be permitted if the relevant information is not confirmed.

<Entrance Criteria>

- Proof of completion of vaccination (14 days after completion of 2nd dose of vaccination / identification required)

- PCR negative confirmation among those non-vaccinated (within 2 days (48 hours) of the negative result / identification required)

<Entrance Process>

- Proof of completion of vaccination or PCR negative confirmation among those non-vaccinated > Check Tickets > Temperature Measurement > Enter the venue

■ Audience 14 days after completion of vaccination

3) Visit the vaccination institution to have it issued

■ Audience who is confirmed PCR-negative for those non-vaccinated 

* QR check-in + PCR-negative confirmation text or confirmation within 48 hours from the date of concert* Audiences under the age of 18 who are not vaccinated and those who are not vaccinated for unavoidable reasons will be subjected to a negative confirmation through PCR testing. 

* Due to COVID-19 quarantine measures, it may take some time for entrance. Please arrive at the venue in advance to prepare for entrance.
